How to Move

As I walked into...

As I walked into my room I kept on telling myself that I only had to do this for another three days. After that all the hurt and heartache would stop. I of course didn’t go to sleep, even though I knew I would be exhausted tomorrow. When I got inside my room I closed the door to make sure he understood that I really needed some space and went to sit on the ledge by my window. As I looked out on the streets on London I couldn’t help but feel the memories flooding back.

I was clutching my stomach and had tears in my eyes. We were sitting on the couch in his apartment and he had just told a hilarious joke about a friend of his from university. I was laughing so hard I was literally crying and my stomach hurt so much because I couldn’t breathe. When I calmed down a bit I turned my head to look at him and saw that he was staring at me. He had a sweet smile on his lips that made my heart tug and I couldn’t help the smile that formed on my face. He lifted his hand and gently caressed my cheek as I blushed.

“You’re so beautiful.” I let out an awkward laugh and shook my head. I didn’t feel comfortable getting compliments but something in his face told he was telling the truth. He slowly leaned in and gently pressed his lips to mine. When he pulled away I let out a sigh and opened my eyes slowly. “And don’t let anyone tell you any different.” I smiled and he pecked my lips once more. He looked at me with the kindest eyes and waited for me to speak. I smiled sweetly and sighed at his stubbornness.

“I won’t, I promise.” His smile grew and before I knew it he jumped me and began tickling my sides. Once again I laughed so much that my stomach hurt and he joined in this time.

I eventually fell asleep but had only been asleep for two hours when I woke up to the smell of food being cooked. I kind of understood that it was Louis cooking, mostly because Harry wasn’t coming home until later that day and Harry doesn’t cook breakfast. My body screamed at me for trying to get up but I knew I had too. I put my PJ on and pulled my hair into a bun before walking out into the kitchen. When I walked in I couldn’t help the smile on my lips. He was frying something on the stove and was gently singing ‘Little Things’. I leaned against the door frame and watched him as he went on with it. I sighed gently before speaking up.

“Good morning.” His head snapped my way and a huge smile spread across his face. I blushed as I felt a bigger smile spread across my own.

“Morning.” He said as he walked towards me. He wrapped his arms around me and gave me a long sweet kiss. When he pulled away I found myself smiling like a goof. He pecked my lips and hugged me close. “You sleep okay?” I could tell by his tone that he knew I didn’t feel all that good yesterday. I leaned back and looked at him. I smiled as I shook my head.

“Only slept about two hours.” I shrugged and he gave me a sympathetic smile. His smile faltered quickly and he looked at the ground. He looked really sad at it made my heart break.

“Was it because you regretted what we did?” His voice was so soft I almost didn’t hear what he said. I lifted his head up with my hand and made him look at me. My smile was gone and I was a hundred percent serious. He looked so hurt and so small I couldn’t even stand to see him like that.

“It wasn’t because I regretted anything that has anything to do with you. Okay?” He furrowed his eyebrows and it looked like he didn’t believe me. “No matter who tells you I regret this, do not believe them. You are the only thing I don’t regret in my life. That I found you have made my life a little more worth living, you make me happy Louis. I would do anything for you Louis.” A very small smile spread across Louis lips as I whispered those last words. He had no idea they meant as much as they did, but he understood it meant a lot.

“I really do love you Johanna.” I smiled happily at him. “I mean it.” Without thinking I spoke.

“I love you too.” I hugged his body close to mine and rested my head against his chest. “More than you know.” He held on to me a little longer before kissing my head. He unwrapped his arms from me and I felt cold.

“You hungry?” I wasn’t but I still nodded. He had gone to the trouble of making me breakfast, the least I could do was eat it. I hopped up on the counter and watched him fix the rest of the breakfast. He placed it all on the table before waving me over. I smiled at him and walked over to him. I pecked his cheek and sat down on the chair he was standing by. He sat down in front of me and we began eating. It turned out that I was a lot hungrier than I thought I was and the food quickly disappeared. After I was finished I leaned back in the chair and patted my stomach.

“Gosh, that was good!” I almost groaned the last word because I was so full. I looked at him with a big smile on my lips and he smile at me as well. He just finished his food. “So, what do you want to do today?” I leaned forward and placed my elbows on the table. He shrugged and I sighed. “Come on! I’ll do what ever.” I smiled and he raised his eyebrow with a suggestive wink. “Oh gosh! Louis!” He laughed and shrugged once more.

“You’re the one who said, what ever.” He pointed at me before standing up and clearing the table. I was about to stand up and help him but he pushed me back down. “No, I’ll take care of it. Sit still.” I looked at him strangely before shrugging and propping up my feet on the chair next to me.

“So, seriously. What would you like to do? It will be like a late birthday present, but if it costs a lot you’re paying!” He laughed at me and flipped me off. I fake gasped and hid my face in my hands.

“Oh, baby! Don’t be sad! I only meant it as a compliment!” He laughed as he wrapped his arms around me. Since I was sitting down and was slightly hunched over my face was the same height as his willy. I blushed and looked up at him.

“Ehm, Louis. Your thing is practically in my face.” He blushed but another suggestive smile reached his lips. I gasped for real this time and shook my head. “Louis! You’ve spent too much time with Harry! Oh lord! I am not going to… No Lou.” I laughed at him and stood up. “I’m gonna change and when I’m done you have to have an answer for me!” I walked into my room and got changed.

It took me about an half hour to get ready and when I walked out into the living room Louis was lying on the couch playing with his phone. When he heard me come he looked up at me and smiled.

“You look great.” I waved him off and crossed my arms. I waited for his answer and his smile grew. “Alright, I have an idea but I know you’re not going to like it.” I raised my eyebrow and waited. He took a deep breath. “I want to go on London Eye with you.” At first I felt the normal panic about being in public with him but then I remembered my plan. I smiled at him and nodded.

“Okay, that’s fine. But you’re paying. That shit expensive!” He hopped of the couch laughing. We walked towards the door and he wrapped an arm around me. He pecked my cheek, making me smile.

“I know we can’t be seen but I want to go outside with my girlfriend.” He rested his head against my shoulder and sighed. “Reality ruined my life.” I laughed at how he quoted his own song.

“Oh the irony!” He looked up at me and laughed along with me. He put on a beanie and other winter clothes. It was rather cold outside so if we were lucky the thick layer of clothes would hide him. When we were fully dressed he grabbed my hand and looked at me.

“Ready?” I nodded and he opened the door. We walked outside and down to the car. Before we walked outside Louis looked around to see if there was any visible paps but there seemed to be none. He pulled me towards the car and we quickly got in. When he had gotten the car out on the road I finally spoke up.

“Gosh, you’re crazy.” I shook my head and laughed.

“Why do you say that?” He glanced at me quickly before returning his gaze to the road.

“No particular reason.” I shrugged and looked at him with a big smile. “I just know you’re mentally insane.” He let out a loud laugh and it even came out a snort. I smiled largely because I knew I had caused that.

“And that’s supposed to come from you? The weirdest person I have ever met!”

“What do YOU mean by that?” I gasped and looked at him with fake shock.

“You told a salesman you wore condoms.” He spoke flatly before bursting out in laughter once again. I guess he’s right, I am not a normal girl. But I also knew he loved me for that exact reason.
