Explaning (Chapter 27)
(Harry’s P.O.V)
Everything was good. Everything was perfect. My mum is safe and sound, while Tass and I are in a really good terms. I can’t help but smile at the memories of meeting Mr Lee’s family last week. I was not expecting what I had found out at all. Now thinking about it, I can’t believe it didn’t click the first time I heard Tass’s last name.
“Harry….I haven’t seen you smile like that in a long time,” my mum snapped me out of my daze and I looked at her direction, she was smiling sweetly at me. “She is your light Harry….our light in fact,” she added and I was really confused.
I don’t know if I pulled a confused face or a weird face because I am not sure. “You might not know it now but you will one day,” she gave me one last smile and walked out of the kitchen to go and open Mr Lee’s coffee shop.
I just sit there, I don’t for how long but I just sit there and tried to register what my mum just said.
“Harry love….it’s time for school,” my mum called out from the shop and I shook my head to get rid of my thoughts.
**School**
“Harry,” Louis and Zayn both exclaimed at the same time as soon as I got out of my car. I nod in their direction to acknowledge there greetings. But I guess that was not enough because they are approaching me with smirks on their faces now.
Before I could even register what was happening, both of these lads have their arms on my shoulder. “You are not going to be sitting alone and being a loner anymore from now on. You will have to hang out with us whether you like it or not,” Louis stated as a matter of fact way.
“We have to get to know our future brother in law….to see if he is really the one for her,” Zayn added and my eyes almost popped out of my head. What the heck are they talking about?
“What?” I asked really confused about what is happening. “Oh don’t act all innocent Hazz, we know you and Tass have a thing and if you like hanging out with her….you have to learn to hang out with us,” Louis chuckled.
Before I could even say anything I could feel them pulling me to their group. “Tass…..we are making your man sitting with us….he is more stubborn then you,” Zayn yelled out to Tasman and her head snapped at our direction. Saying she was blushing was an understatement.
“Zayn you are so embarrassing,” she groaned. “I know you love me,” Zayn stated with a wink and gave her a side hug. “Guys….if you don’t already know this dude already….his name is Harry and just so you know….he is taken…so Zara don’t get any ideas,” Louis teased a girl with a dark hair and she glared at him.
“This is Perrie Edward….she is Zayn’s girl,” Louis introduced me to the girl with a really bright blonde hair. She waved her hand at me and I smiled in return. “Take a seat Harry…..you are one of us now,” Liam gesture me to sit between Tasman and him.
I haven’t got a proper friend in a very long time. I haven’t really socialised with people in a very long time as well. But Tass’s group is making it really easy for me to fit in. They treated me as if they’ve known me their whole life and I assure you they are quite a crazy group….there is nothing wrong with that though.
“You still have a lot of explaining to do mister,” Tasman nudged me, pulling me out of Niall’s crazy food stories and I smirked at her. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” I grinned at her.
“Just so you know….I am still very capable of pinching your cheeks until it will permanently red,” she tried to threaten and I just chuckled at her. She is just so dam cute when she tried to be intimidating.
“You really doubt me aye Styles?” she glared at me because I can’t stop smiling. I don’t even know if I was lost in her chocolate eyes or the beauty of her face because I didn’t even realised that she rise her hand to actually pinch my cheek. “Ow...,” I yelped out.
“I warn you,” she smirked while I rubbed my cheek. “You are so mean,” I pouted and I could see the side of her mouth twitched. She is totally fighting a smile and I know my pout can get her all the time.
I extended my hand and start to tickle her and she started giggling like a mad woman. A very cute looking mad woman, that is. “I can play that game too,” I whispered in her ear and she shivered at our close distance.
I could hear someone dropped something on the table and both Tasman and I turned our heads of the direction. We haven’t even notice that everything went quite until now because everyone…..I mean everyone in this group was staring at us like they have seen a ghost.
Their mouths were opening and closing like a fish but no words come out. “Umm Tass….are they O.K.?” I asked but still keeping my eyes on gawking eyes. They are starting to freak me out a little. “Ahum…,” Tass tried to clear her throat but nothing happen. “
Ahum,” she tried again this time it was much louder. They all shook their heads and blink a couple of times as if to wake themselves up.
“Are you all o.k.?” I questioned, still a bit concern about what happened just a second ago. “Yeah….we are good,” Niall answered and look around the table. Everyone nodded their heads and agreeing with him. But before I could sign and relax, they all stand up and started throwing questions at us.
“What is going on between you two?”
“Are you two dating?”
“When did this start?”
“How come you haven’t told us about this?”
“OMG…..Tass is finally looking at the opposite gender more than just friends and brothers.”
I just blinked and blinked because I had no idea what to do. They were all throwing questions at the same time. I looked over Tasman and she is having the same reaction as me.
“You want to get out of here for now?” I whispered. It’s funny how they went from bombarding us with questions to now almost arguing at each other about how they didn’t notice it.
“They are getting away….get them,” Louis yelled as we dash off and they didn’t even notice until we are ten meters away. We speed up our running so they can’t catch us. “You can’t hide from us forever…..both of you have a lot of explaining to do,” the girl named Zara shouted while puffing.
“That was the creepiest and weirdest feeling I’ve ever felt before,” I laughed and Tass joined me. “Welcome to my world,” she looked up at me with a beautiful smile.
