I Can't Stop Drinking About You

First Sighting

Reagan' POV

"Is is gonna be so cool! I can't believe were playing in the same arena that the bruins play in!" Marc fangirled.

I was laughing because he literally had his face smushed against the car window. We had just got within seeing distance of the Zachem Bridge, to which the TD Garden flanked. I could see the poster of the familiar bruins bear, snarling at the public. It was a place that I had always loved when I was little. Of course, I had missed a lot of games when I was in Australia, but sometimes we got to some when we had school breaks.

Marc never left Boston. He was still in college at BC when we left, so it wouldn't have made sense for him to pack up and leave. I had just finished 8th grade when my dad got the job at GM Australia, so it was much easier for me to go along.

"I missed this when we were on tour," he sighed.
"What?" I asked
"Just, all of it," he hummed, "I missed the people, and the games, and everything,"
"Yeah, but that experience was nothing I will ever forget," I smiled as I thought back to our tour with Calvin Harris.

Still to this day, I couldn't believe that we actually collaborated. He was the first dance artist I got into, the whole reason why I even started to like EDM. I even begged my parents to go to a concert, but my mom wouldn't let me. She said that those concerts were for punks.

Well oops, I kinda opened up for him...

Maybe that's why I haven't seen my mom since my parents divorced 3 years ago. I don't think she ever really liked me that much anyway. As I said before, I wasn't the mild mannered girly girl she expected. I was a reject in her eyes. But I like being a reject. It was definitely hard to hear that when I was younger, but the day I realized that I only had myself to please was a great one.

I spent the rest of the ride texting Nick. He had already arrived at the arena with his management team, because he was also performing and hosting the show. I told him I'd be there really soon. He, being his adorable lovely self, had taken the initiative and got me an iced coffee. It was pretty much a routine for me. I always got an ice coffee on the mornings of shows. It wasn't ever something I asked him to do, he just learned it from watching me.

Nick was a great boyfriend. He was always attentive to me, take the coffee as an example. He always made me giggle and squeal when he'd serenade me with his guitar and horrible songs he made up on the spot. It didn't matter to me if the songs made absolutely no sense, they were entertaining. He was up for anything too, whether it be a snuggly day inside or some crazy adventure to the middle of nowhere.

I really liked him. A lot. I think it was pretty safe to say, because we'd been together for about 7 or so months.

One minute I was staring off into space and the next a water bottle hit me in the face and I hit my head against the window. I opened my eyes and saw Marc laughing really hard.
"Hey numb nuts," he shot, "are you coming or not?"
"What the hell was that for?" I huffed getting out of the car.
"You weren't listening to me," he shrugged

I grumbled a response and followed him. I was practically running, because it was really cold outside.

I am wearing shorts.
It is snowing.

I seem to have forgotten how cold it gets here. Then again, it is December. Whatever, you only live once right?

We almost made it inside before some fans who were against the back fence spotted us. They started calling and screaming to us. I was freezing, but I always enjoyed meeting fans, so I went over. Marc came over too. He enjoyed the female attention because when he was younger he was always too nervous to actually talk to girls. Marc was very sweet and smart and sensitive. He wasn't ugly. I knew it, so I wasn't surprised when girls were asking him on dates.

"Hello," I smiled when I got to the fence.
The girls giggled, "hi Reagan!"
Marc was behind me and they automatically became shy.
"Um...can I get a picture with you?" One asked me.

I nodded and she giggled. I decided that the fence was an annoying obstacle, so I legit climbed over it. They all looked shocked, not expecting me to do that at all, marc was laughing and calling me a jackass.
"That's better," I grinned when I got down to the other side.

The girl grinned and held her phone up. We took a bunch of pictures, making weird faces and cute ones too. I took pictures and talked to the other ones. There were only about 8 or 9 of them. Marc took pictures and talked to them as well. One even whispered to me that she wished that I was still dating Calum. I shrugged it off, having no idea what to say.

I was dating nick. End of story. But I didn't want to bash Calum either. So I just kept my mouth shut. The security guards told us that It was time to go inside, so I climbed back over the fence and said goodbye to them all.

"Shit shit shit," I cursed as I finally ran inside.
Marc rolled his eyes at me, "You chose to wear shorts!"
"Well I didnt plan on being outside!" I hissed

He laughed. We passed by a bunch of dressing rooms. They had the names of all the people performing. I was so excited, because these were all artists that I loved. I've never met Jessie J or Lil Jon before, but I wanted to.

I spotted nick and ran to him. He heard my squeaky shoes on the floor and turned to catch me as I jumped. I landed in his arms laughing gleefully.

"Nick!" I grinned
He smiled and squeezed me tight, "hi- why are you wet?"
I laughed, "I was outside,"
He gave me a weird, amused look, "oh yeah?"
I nodded, "yeah there were some fans so I climbed the fence to meet them,"

"You did not," he snorted
"Oh yes I did!" I grinned
He smiled and shook his head, "you're crazy you know,"
"I know," I buried my head in his chest, "and you're really warm,"

He squeezed me tighter, "are you warm yet?"
I laughed and nodded, "yes,"
He kissed my nose causing me to blush.
"You're so cute," he mumbled into my hair.
"You are too," I grinned

He hated being called cute. He said that he was manly. Yeah yeah nick, whatever you say. We all know that even though you look like a tough guy on the outside, you're just an absolute cutie patootie on the inside who loves to cuddle.

He emmited a playful growl, "I am so not cute,"
"Whatever you say," I kissed his cheek.
Marc was gagging from behind us. I looked under nicks arm and saw him scrunching his face up.
"You two are so sappy!" Marc accused.
"Go away," I waved him off.

Nick grinned over at marc. They got along really well, which I appreciated. They even texted and stuff. I bet they just talk shit about me together. That'd actually be pretty funny.

"I'm gonna go explore," marc called
As if he's never seen the inside of The Garden before
We shrugged and decided to retreat to Nicks dressingroom. We could be alone there.

"I missed you," I grinned kissing him.
"I missed you too baby." He hummed pressing my body against his.
I traced his jawline with my finger as we kissed. Me, being the cheeky little fucker I was, decided to tease him a bit by nibbling on his bottom lip. He groaned.

"Don't start something you're not going to finish," he warned playfully.
"Who said I wouldn't finish it?" I smirked.
He smirked and pinned me down within a second.

Calum's POV

"Just, don't worry about that now," Luke mumbled in my ear, "focus on the gig,"

I nodded my head as we entered the venue. There were hundreds of girls lining outside, yelling our names, but it was too gross outside. Security just wanted us to be inside for a sound check already.
We went to the dressingroom first. It was next to Lil Jon's and Rixton. I hadn't spotted Reagan's dressing room yet. Was that a good or bad thing? I'd find out soon probably.

We sat in the room for a while until an attendant came in and asked us to go to the stage for a soundcheck. I grabbed my bass and followed the boys out. I also forgot to tune it before we got here, so I'd have to sit out there for a little and fix it.

"I need to tune my bass," I told Michael.
"I need to tune my guitar too," he agreed.

Luke and Ash went on with the check and we sat out in the chairs, trying to prepare our instruments. Michael was telling me about this really funny thing he saw, and was laughing as I stared down at my bass. I didn't notice anything was amiss until he stopped talking.

I looked up and easily spotted a girl with grey hair. Reagan. Even from behind, I could tell it was her. Her figure was just so familiar to me. Who was standing with her, but Nick. Of course. My small moment of happiness was torn by the sight of him. It brought a disgusting taste to my mouth.

She was looking up into the stands, and he was smiling at something she said. She grinned up at him.
"Mate," Michael tried to get me to look away, "stop staring,"

I growled and tried to go back to my tuning. I couldn't. My mind was too caught up in her. I missed her so much more now that I was actually seeing her in person. I could tell she had grown a lot. Not physically, no she looked exactly the same, save for her hair which was dipdyed pink last time I saw her.

I knew that she had toured. I had kept up with her for a little. I just needed to make sure that she was okay. And I was honestly ready to stop everything and go get her if her world ever came crashing down. I was going to catch her if she fell, but she never did, she didn't need me.

I looked back over in time to catch them kissing. She hadn't noticed me. I knew that. She couldn't have, she was way too far away, and me and Michael would be hair to see in the sea of chairs and equipment.

My grip on my bass became so tight I thought I was going to break it.
"Calum, calm down," Michael said softly.

I was seething, my knuckles were white. I wanted to go over and punch him. I wanted to rip her out of his grasp and take her home with me, where she truly belonged. I wanted to curl up with her in my arms forever so then I would never have to worry that she would get hurt. I was so mad and yet all I wanted was her back. My emotions were a complete mess because of her.

Notes

I swear the next chapter will have the performance in it! I proooommmissee!
