Ch. 24 Award Show
Niall’s P.O.V.
*a month later*
Lately over the past month or so Lyric has been a bit uneasy and not herself. I never asked her about I just assumed it was because she was just missed me or something I don’t know. But I’ll get to see her today since it was the day of the teen choice awards.
“hey lad come on lets go we’re gonna be late” Zayn said waving me over.
Lyric’s P.O.V.
Austin, Madison and Mrs. Garcia have temporality moved into an apartment for Mrs. G’s treatments. And Madison is pregnant with twins. Oh yay she’s “blessed” as ms.garcia said when we found out. Blessed yeah that’s exactly what it is yeah an 18 year old girl “blessed” with two twins oh my god wow a single 18 year old mom of twins damn. No no no stop lyric don’t think about that right now you have to focus you got nominated for best female athlete and that’s all that matters right now. And I also get to see Niall and the boys. I smiled at the thought of seeing them. I finished applying my lip gloss I grabbed my clutch and I left.
*at award ceremony*
The boys had received every award they were nominated for. And every time I stood up and clapped.
“Ok and the best female athlete is……Lyric Gonzales.” They said. Shocked I stood up and walked over to the stage. They handed me the award and a microphone.
“Ok well I didn’t prepare a speech since I didn’t think I was actually going to win.” I lightly laughed “ok first I wanna thank MTV for nominating me, um I wanna thank everyone who voted for me really this is amazing thank you so much.” I ended my speech and I walked
Off the stage.
*at the hotel*
As I lay in bed and stare at the award I heard a knock at the door. I got up and I wrapped a robe around my body due to the fact that I was in my bra and underwear. I as I unlocked the door and opened it blonde hair and blue eyes came into view. Niall. I immeadtily pulled him into the room and closed the door behind him. I ran to him and gave him a kiss on the lips and hugged him.
“Oh my god I missed you so much niall.” I said into his chest.
“I missed you more than you could imagine.” He said before pulling me closer to him and planting a kiss on my lips.
“I love you niall.” I said in between kisses.
“I love you too princess.”
