Ch. 22 I'll Miss You
Niall’s P.O.V
“Hey you know what we should go ice skating.” Liam exclaimed breaking the silence.
“Yeah we should go it’ll be fun.” Harry said. I looked down at my lap as I stroked lyric’s hair she had fallen asleep on my shoulder but she kept falling so she then settled on my lap and I didn’t mind.
“Yeah but we have to wake her up first.” Louis said nodding his head at lyric.
“Yeah ok but be careful she can and will possibly slap you so be very careful.” Louis said. They all got up and gathered around me and lyric.
Lyric’s P.O.V.
“Come on just do it.” I heard someone whisper
“No you do it harry.” Ahh it’s the guys they had woke me up but I still hadn’t opened my eyes.
“oh my god just poke her cheek that’ll wake her up.” Zayn said
“Ok fine” Liam said. As I felt Liam’s finger on my cheek I raised my hand and grabbed his wrist. And I heard a lot of gasps
“you know I could still hear you right.”I said still holding Liam’s wrist and I gradually started to strengthen my grip on it.
“Oww, ow, ow” Liam cried out in pain. I finally opened my eyes and I let go of Liam’s wrist.
“You know you almost gave me a heart attack.” Louis said putting his hand over his heart.
“Come on princess go get changed into something warm.” Niall said getting up and helping me up as well.
“What why.” I asked
“We’re going ice skating.” Harry said smiling and revealing his dimples.
“Ooh I’ve never been ice skating before.” I said before jogging to change.

I didn’t really put on any make up or jewelry but ever since niall gave me the necklace with his name on it I have never taken it off. I walked out and I quickly grabbed my favorite jacket of all.Niall's.
“Alrighty then let’s go.” I said walking straight passed them and heading down to the car.
As we got the ice skates and put them on I turned to Niall.
“Ni can you do me a big favor.” I asked
“Of course” he smiled and pecked my cheek.
“If I fall can you at least try to catch me I have never done this before and the last time I went roller skating was years ago.” I said
“Obviously I’m gonna catch you.” He said “and if I can’t I’ll fall with you.” He pecked my lips.
“Thanks babe.” I hugged him. We walked out onto the ice and I immediately held onto the wall. Niall chuckled and skated closer to me he extended his hand out to me but I hesitated.
“Trust me” he said smiling. I gave in and grabbed his hand. he intertwined our hands and I held onto his arm just in case.
“Hello” Louis screamed skating right past us causing me to slip and fall and I dragged Niall down with me too. I landed flat on my back while I broke Niall fall with my body. Niall had landed flat on top of me.
“Hi” Niall said looking up at me still lying on top of me.
“Yeah hi um can you get off of me please.” I said wincing
“Oh crap yeah.” Niall said lifting himself up and helping me up off the cold solid ice.
“Sorry love I didn’t mean to startle you.” Louis said. Coming up behind me and putting his hand on my shoulder.
“Are you ok princess?” Niall asked me
“Yeah no I’m fine it didn’t hurt at all falling on solid ice and then having my boyfriend fall on top of me.” I said slowly making my way back to the wall.
“Ok I’m staying on this wall now.” I said firmly gripping it and walking across the ice still holding the wall.
“Ahh come on love have some fun.” Liam said coming up beside me.
Liam’s P.O.V.
“Ok fine” lyric finally gave in after five minutes of me trying to persuade her to let go of the wall. she slowly made her way over to me and I place my hands on her sides as if we were doing a conga line. As she carefully skated across the ice she yelled.
“Haha look Niall I’m doing it Haha.” She said with a wide smile on her face.
“Good job princess.” Niall said giving her a thumbs up and smiled. Right after her shoe lace went undone and she slipped on it and fell and I fell on her too. But this time she didn’t fall on her back she fell flat on her face. As soon as she hit the ground Niall and the rest of the boys rushed over.
“Holy crap babe are you ok.” Harry asked
“oh my god my boobs.” She said hoarsely and we all started to laugh.
“Ok then let me rephrase that are they ok.” Harry asked
“I don’t know I mean hitting solid ice again and having your best friend fall on you I really don’t know how to answer that.” She said sitting up and rubbing her forehead. “Ok I’m sticking to the wall and no one can tell me otherwise.” She crawled over to the wall and sat down and crossed her arms over her chest as she winced.
Niall’s P.O.V.
*a couple of hours later*
“I’m sorry princess if I knew you were gonna fall all of the time you were on the ice I wouldn’t have taken you to the rink.” I said sitting down on the couch and pulling lyric onto my lap.
“My boobs still really hurt.” She mumbled into my chest and I slightly laughed
“I know baby I know if I had some mine would’ve hurt too.” I said slightly smirking.
“Shut up” she said giggling.
*next morning*
I woke up and turned to wrap my arms around lyric but my arms fell down to the mattress. I lifted my head up off the pillow and as I assumed she wasn’t there. I got up and walked over to the bathroom and she wasn’t there either.Since I was already there I decided to take a quick shower.
I walked out of the bathroom and quickly changed.
As I walked to the kitchen I saw lyric sitting at the table eating some scrambled eggs.
“Morning” she said as she saw me walking in and sitting down in front of her.
“Morning princess.” She got up from the table and grabbed a plate and placed it in front of me.
“Come on you got to eat before we go.” she said sitting down and taking a sip of her orange juice.
“Where are we going?” I asked
“We are going to the mall.”
Niall’s P.O.V.

“I’m going to miss you guys” lyric said hugging and giving the boys pecks on the cheeks.
“Stay safe ok and don’t get into too much trouble.” She said. They grabbed their stuff and walked away and waved at her. It was six am so we were all in our pjs and she was wearing the star wars onsie. She walked towards me and swung her arms around my neck and hugged me I wrapped my arms around her waist and we stay like that for a few minutes. Until the lady on the speakers called my flight. We both pulled away and she crashed her lips on mine.
“I love you Niall.” She said resting her forehead against mine.
“I love you too princess.”
“ok well stay safe and call me when you land.” She said giving me a light push. As I walked away I kept glancing over my shoulder at her and I smiled at the ground. Man she looks so cute in that onsie. I glanced at her one more time.
