Do I Frighten You?

“Haz, What's up?” He said after a few rings.

I didn't know what to say in the beginning, I shouldn't tell him about Amelia and then he would think that I am some kind of player. But that is what I am known for.

“Nothing, Hey, I am outside. Are you having or going to any parties tonight?” I asked kind of curious. I need a party in me right now. Knowing what had just happened.

“Yeah, at Zayns.” He said quickly and then I seen as he opened the front door. “Come in.”

I got out the car and locked the door behind me and headed towards his house and then hung up the phone when I seen his face through the glass of the screen door.

I opened the door and he had a smile on his face. “I haven't seen you in ages, Lad.”

“I know right.” I said with a smile to hide the pain on my face. I didn't know anyone to know about what is going on right now with me and this triangle. Triangle? No, me and Amelia. I sighed and then sat on his couch.

“Hey, Do you have some vodka?” I asked in a low voice.

“Yeah, coming right up.” He said, He wasn't like Louis, He was more positive with giving drinks. “Want anything in it?”

“Yes, Orange juice would be nice.” I mumbled. He trailed off into the kitchen and then I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and tried to ring Amelia again. Straight to voicemail. I sighed and then tired to text her a 'hey' or something.

No response. I put my phone back into my pocket and then sighed and then turned away and then just sighed. I wish that I could have taken this all back. I know I should have broken up with Jessica right after I told Amelia I would, But I waited a week to do so. I can't just let all of this go. I know I wanted Amelia but then again I know that I was going to hurt her. Niall came back with a glass in his hand that looked like orange juice. It looked like it was for me. I sighed and grabbed the drink from his hand and then looked at it for a moment before placing the glass on my lips and taking a sip. I love this guy. He knows that I want my vodka strong blinded in here. He is Irish of course he would know.

“Want some more?” He asked, One I had finished my glass.

“Course.” I said giving him the glass. I felt more relaxed now. I felt like I could just rest. Maybe I could smoke a cigarette to? He was in the kitchen by now and I noticed that I didn't have my pack with me.

“Niall, I know I am being so greedy right now. But do you have a cigarette?” I slurred.

“Yeah, In a minute.” He called to me. I looked down. I am such a fuck up that it makes no sense.

Amelia's Pov

It was getting dark once I pulled up to a house. This house was tan with a white fence that was around it with a double call parking lot with only one car that sat in the front and that was a Volkswagen. I got out of my car and closed the door behind me. I smelled fresh cut grass once I stepped onto his sidewalk and then made my way through the fence and towards the porch.

I looked down at the welcome mat that I stood on. I began to shake and then I had the guts to knock though. I knocked twice until I heard someone mess with a door and then it opened. It revealed a guy with messy hair and his hands came to his head and he was shirtless. He must have been sleeping. He looked at me for a moment and then it ran through his head on who I was.

“Hey,” He said and then invited me in. His place was decently clean and everything was neat. Usually a guys house would be messy and unorganized. His house was nice. “Here, Take a seat.” He said instructing me to sit down on the couch. I listened to him and sat down. “I will be right back I have to go and get a shirt.”

He left a few moments after and I was left alone. My hands were in my lap a little nervous because I was visiting a stranger. I barely knew this guy and I didn't even know his name. He came back tugging a shirt over his head and then sitting on the other side of couch.

His gray sweat pants hung below his waist and his white t shirt hugged his torso.

“Are you okay?” He asked me, His eyes looked at me. I looked at him and a little shy to speak. It was a little more awkward because we were not at the coffee shop with a lot of people.

“Yeah.” I said softly with a small sigh, No I wasn't.

“That is good.” He said with a bright smile.

“Tell me about you.” He said softly.

I didn't speak for a moment, I didn't know what to tell him. I should start off simple.

“I am 18, I live with my mom and I don't have much friends that I can hang out with. I attend high school.” I said shyly.

“Great, I am 21, Nerd in science, Love to have long walk my dog, I also love to party, Believe it or not.” He chuckled.

That brought a smile to my face and I laughed a little. This guy seemed sweet, I mean maybe he could make me feel like a better person.

“Have you ate?” He asked me.

I shook my head and then looked down again.

“I will order us a pizza.” He said and then smiled and then pulled his phone out of his pocket and began to dial before I objected.

I sat there quietly he asked me what I wanted and I said peperoni and he nodded and ordered a large pizza. He also got bread sticks just in case. I was sitting there quiet, I bet he was wondering why I was over here. Well, He did say I can come over here whenever I need someone. He is all I have right now.

The door bell had rung. He had stood up and got the door and there was the pizza man. H gave the pizza man money and told him to keep the change. He grabbed the box and then sat it on the table.

“Ouch.” He said shaking his hand.

“What happened.” I said eyes widened.

“Hot box.” He said and sat down next to me and checked out his hand. I looked at it to being nosy. It was red. Nothing bad.

“You are a very pretty girl.” He said dropping his hand down to his lap.

I blushed a little and then looked away. I felt his eyes look at me it became awkward again but I had to say thanks.

“Thank you.” I said shyly. His hand came up and brushed my cheek. I didn't move away. I looked at his blue eyes as he looked into mine. He smiled and then leaned into me, Our faces were close. I felt a good amount of tension between us.

We heard the door knob turn and then he moved away. He cleared his throat and then came in a guy. Must be his roommate.

“Hey, Dave.” He said and then David stood up and his roommate came and gace him a big hug. I was confused a little since when do guys hug. Then it all spoke to me when David planted a kiss on him. What?

“Missed you all day at work.” He smiled and then looked at me. “Who is your little friend.” He smiled at me.

“Amelia, this is josh, Josh this is Amelia.” He said introducing up. I stood up and shook his hand. His hands were quiet soft and he was shorter than Dave. His hair was done in a quiff and he smiled at me. His hazel eyes widened as he looked down.

“My favorite.” He said and moved over to the box and opened it and grabbed a slice.

“Save some for company.” David called to him and then Josh giggled and then walked out the room.

I looked at David for a moment. I mean I didn't want to be rude and ask him. But the look on my face. He read my mind.

“You thought I was straight?” He laughed softly.
I nodded unable to say anything.

“No, No. I am gay. Been ever since I was 14.” He said smiling at me.

“That is amazing.” I said kind of confused for when it seemed he was about to kiss me.

“Dave, There is a party tonight, You guys should come.” Josh called from the kitchen.

David looked at me, I wasn't sure if I should go to a party or not, I mean I would have nothing to worry about, It wouldn't be at my house. I nodded. Giving it a try wouldn't be hard.

“I have to go home and change.” I said in a soft voice.

“Please, Come and eat first before leaving. You must be hungry.” He said poking my stomach. I giggled. Now, everything wasn't so awkward.

Once I finished the pizza, I was on my way home to go and get dressed Josh had given me the address of where to go and where to meet them. I found myself at home. I was going to straighten out my hair today, First I have to take a shower, once I did that I had put on some black skinny jeans and a black t shirt and a black beanie hat and applied black eye liner on my eyes along with mascara. I sighed and then put my phone in my back pocket and put on my converses and then headed out the door locking it behind me.

I was driving now, and the house really didn't seem far away from what my GPS said, It was only down the street, I parallel parked at this house were there was a few cars and then I stepped out and immediately saw Josh and David. I walked up to them.

“You look fab.” Josh said and smiled.

“Thanks, so do you.” I said, and he really did, He had on a black cardigan with a gray shirt underneath with lime green skinny jeans on.

“Thank you, Ma'am. So what are we waiting for lets go out back.” He said in a excited tone.

“Outback?” I whispered to David.

“Really a bonfire.” He whispered to once he opened the door. The house was dirty and it was clean aswell. I didn't know whose house this was, It was kind of cool. There was amazing chairs and then everything was so plain. We made out way out back and seen a fire busting in the middle of the yard and everyone was gathered around it. I seen people with drinks in there hand and I looked around to see if I saw Maria around here, but nope.

Me, Josh and David sat down on a log together. I was kind of nice if you asked me. People gathered around and played songs and it was really relaxing.

“Hey, I am going to go and get another drink.” I whisper to them as Josh was onto him.

“Okay.” David said with a small smile.

I went to go and get a drink once I bumped into someone. I didn't bother to look at them but I mumbled a sorry. I was pouring my punch into a cup.

“Amelia?” A familiar voice said, and I looked up to see a tall figure, His curls were brushed out of his face, He had a bandana on his head, He had on a black t shirt and black ripped skinny jeans and his usual boots.

My eyes widened, at seeing him and seeing how hot he looked tonight. I didn't know what to do, I wasn't talking to him. What should I do?
