Rose's POV
I am sitting in Harry's living room with Niall, Liam, and Harry watching a movie. It's Valentine's Day and I know that Harry should have took me out to celebrate but we decided that since everyone goes out on Valentine's Day we will just wait till the weekend to celebrate it. Since Liam and Niall are single, Harry thought it would be fun to get together and hang out. I wish I could have invited Aurora but Liam was coming and Aurora is about to pop! Her due date was 2 weeks ago. She is so nervous that the baby just won't come out and it will just stay in there forever. Another reason why she didn't come tonight is that she is just so big she can't move from the couch without getting winded. It is quite funny actually.
I am not even paying attention to what is happening, all I can think about is that maybe I should go home and be with Aurora, but I know that I can't say that reason with Liam here because he would be suspicious. The movie ends and Liam turns to me and asks "Hey, what is Auri doing today?"
"Oh you know, hot date." I say with a wink and a smile. He gulps and he looks pained.
Niall laughs hysterically, "If you mean with her couch then yes she has a 'hot date'"
I start laughing because it's true.
"So if she is just sitting at home, why didn't see want to come here and hang out with us?" Liam asks really confused.
"Well, um you see, she still hasn't been feeling well. I really should take her to the doctor soon because this has been going on for way too long." I mean what I say too because she is way, way past her due date she should definitely get labor induced.
"She is still sick?" Liam asks.
"Yea,"
"Maybe I should go visit her, I can't count how many times that I have helped her when she was sick."
"No, you might get sick too and with another tour coming up you can't risk it." I say trying to make him change his mind.
"Rose, the tour starts in a couple months I am sure that I would be over it by then."
"Well, look how long she has been sick for. You really don't want to catch whatever she has."
"Well you haven't been sick yet, and neither has anyone else that is around her." Liam points out, that observant bastard.
"Liam! Drop it. Maybe she just doesn't want to see you." Harry says finally, damn I didn't know he could get angry.
"Fine," He huffs into his seat. He is so dramatic sometimes.
My phone rings and I look at the caller id, Aurora. I quickly answer it.
"Aurora? Are you okay? Is everything alright? Do I need to come home?" I quickly say into the phone.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" I hear Aurora scream. I am starting to panic.
"Aurora! Aurora!" I say. I can tell that all the boys are looking at me with concern.
"I'm fine it was just a contraction." Aurora says calmly to me.
"A contraction? Oh my God! Oh my God! The baby is coming?" I scream into the phone.
"Yes, now get over here so you can drive me to the hospital because I sure as hell can't drive." She hangs up the phone and I jump up from my seat.
I turn to Harry excitedly and start jumping up and down. "The baby is coming! The baby is coming! The baby is coming!" I grab his head and kiss his lips. I can tell he is really shocked on what the hell is going on. I start jumping in a circle when I realize that Liam is staring at me with shock. Shit! Rose, you have to watch your mouth sometimes.
"I, uh, I have to go get Aurora because, um yea." I turn to leave the room when Liam grabs me by my hand.
"Aurora isn't sick, she is pregnant." He states. Man, I really messed up.
"Yes she is but she doesn't want to see you so I am going to go now and take her to the hospital before she destroys our condo, so bye." I quickly exit the room and go to my car.
I drive back to my condo where Aurora is sitting on the front steps in a jacket and her bags sitting right by her.
"Rose, what took you so long. My water broke and I am getting…. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH… contractions every 10 minutes." Aurora slowly gets up and heads to my car. She sits down and I start driving to the hospital.
"So, Aurora how are you feeling?" I ask trying to brighten her mood before I tell her that I may or may not have told Liam she was pregnant.
"How do you think I am feeling? I am in labor!" She tells me aggravated.
Okay so maybe I just should wait until the baby is born.
"Yea good point," I stay quiet for the rest of the ride to the hospital because I don't want to make her feel any worse.
When we get to the hospital, Aurora is put into a room immediately because she was so far along. She changes and gets into bed and waits for the nurse to come in.
"I'm sorry I ruined your Valentine's Day plans" Aurora says after we have been waiting for about 2 minutes.
"It's okay, it was getting boring anyways and Liam was so nosey"
She laughs, probably at a memory.
The door opens and we both look to see who is at the door, we both expect the nurse. Instead of the nurse we see Liam with Niall and Harry trying to hold him back. They were all in disguise but since we see them in disguise all the time we can easily recognize them.
"We tried to stop him, he is just so persistent" Niall says sounding exhausted.
"Auri, why didn't you tell me?" Liam asks Aurora. She just sits there gawking.
"What are you doing here?" I ask him
"Well what did you expect? You said that she was having a baby and I had to come." He says.
"I expected that you would respect her wishes and didn't come, she doesn't want you here. If she did, she would have told you about this a long time ago."
"I doubt that she really wants me to leave." He says very cockily.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Aurora screams and grabs her stomach. Liam rushes over to her to try and comfort her. He pushes her hair back and starts whispering into her ear.
Aurora's face turns to rage when he touches her face. "GET OUT!!!" she yells at Liam. He is startled so he backs away from her.
"Auri," Liam tries to plead with her.
"You heard me! GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS ROOM RIGHT NOW!" She is seething and I think she might try to get up and push him out the door.
Liam leaves the room defeated.
"Good Luck Aurora! I will stop by tomorrow!" Niall says as he follows Liam out.
"I'm going to go too" Harry says as he comes over and gives me a kiss. "Bye babe." he tells me.
Now it is just me and Aurora in the room. She looks at me like she is going to kill me. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to tell him. It just slipped. I mean you called and I got excited and he over heard my end of our phone conversation." I plead with Aurora.
"Rose, you should have been more careful. I can't have him be involved."
"Why though? You always say that it is a bad idea and that it would be terrible if he knows but you never say why."
"Do you really think I want to raise a child who is always in the spotlight? I don't want people to treat her differently because her daddy is famous. She deserves better, and he deserves better than me."
"You think he deserves better than you? You know I think that he couldn't do better than you." I tell her.
"He can have anyone in the world if he just asked. He needs someone who won't mess up his life like this, I mean I messed it up by being pregnant and the only way I can correct it is by making sure that no one knows about it."
"Aurora, don't you think he should decide what he wants to do?"
"I know him well enough to know that he would make the wrong one so I decided for him." Aurora says as she has another contraction. Man these are getting really close together.
The nurse walks into the room and checks to see how far Aurora is.
"Okay, I think we are ready to go. Let me just get the doctor and you can start pushing." The nurse says and walks back out the door.
"Rose, I'm scared. I don't want to mess up this baby's life." Aurora says as I go to the door.
"You won't besides you have all of us to make sure that you don’t. I am going to go in the waiting room." I say and I go out of the room. I wish I could be there with her but I know that I couldn't handle seeing all that. There is a reason I am not really into the human body.
I enter the waiting room and I see Harry, Niall and Liam sitting there. I go and sit by Harry.
"Hey baby! Is everything going alright?" Harry asks me.
"Yea, she is about to start pushing so I decided that I should be out here for that process."
"You left her to go through this alone?" Liam asks me shocked.
"I don't want to see that! I am not the father." I say and I regret it immediately.
"Where is that bastard anyways? Shouldn't he be here for this? When I find out who that asshole is I am going to ruin his life." Liam says starting to get angry.
"He doesn't know, actually I don't think Aurora really knows who this guy is." I say hoping that he will just drop the father issue.
"Well I mean if the baby doesn't know who their father is, I will gladly be a substitute." Liam suggests. Awe! If only he knew.
"I already suggested to be the father figure… she doesn't want any of that." Niall says, he really needs a filter around Liam because I feel like Liam wants to kill Niall half of the time.
"Guys she doesn't want any of you to be the father figure she wants the baby to have a normal life, and you guys are NOT normal." I say.
"Rosie… you want kids with me still even though I am not normal right?" Harry asks me with his puppy dog eyes. He is just too cute to handle.
"If I even have any kids that is." I say as I laugh a little.
"You don't want kids?" Harry asks me.
"Do you really want to see me all fat and boobs hanging to the floor?"
"You could make it look sexy." Harry says as he winks at me, that cheeky bastard.
"I will think about it." I smile at him, making it seem like I am thinking about having kids with him but I know that I don't want any.
Just then the doctor came into the waiting room and came over to me. "She had a beautiful baby girl. You can go in and see her now."
I get up and turn to Liam. "Liam maybe you shouldn't come at all you don't want her to get angry at you again especially with the baby here now."
"Will you tell me the baby's name when you know? If I can't be a father figure to the little girl I want to be her cool uncle." Liam tells me, if only he knew that it's his little girl. I want to cry because I feel so guilty for not being able to tell him everything, I mean he has the right to know right?
"Yea Liam I will keep you updated." I say I turn to Harry and Niall and say, "Maybe you should let me go in for awhile first to see how she is doing then I will come and tell you if she is feeling up to visitors right now." I head into her room and I see her sitting up in her bed holding the cutest baby girl I have ever seen.
"Hey Aurora." I say to her she looks up from looking at the baby and she smile at me.
"Hi, isn't she so precious?" She asks me. I walk over and sit by her on the bed.
"She is really adorable Aurora, you and Liam really make a cute baby." I tell her as she gives me the little girl to hold.
"Thanks"
"Liam left by the way but Harry and Niall are in the waiting room." I look down at the baby and she opened her eyes and I see her bright blue eyes staring at me for a second before shutting them again. Her dark brown hair was curly.
"Okay, I just need a little bit before I see anyone else right now."
The nurse came in to ask for information to put on the birth certificate. "Okay so I just have a few questions for you." she tells Aurora.
"Okay shoot." Aurora tells her.
"Okay so first things first, What is the name of the baby?"
"Chasity Jane Green."
"What is the father's name?"
"Liam Payne." Aurora says unfazed.
"Seriously honey." The nurse says.
"I am serious. The father's name is Liam Payne."
"Like the member of One Direction?"
"Same one, but I would rather this information not be public." Aurora says.
"I'm sorry I just don't believe you."
"Okay listen here lady. You want proof I can get you proof. I can have any member of the band here within the hour if you wanted." I say getting frustrated that this lady doesn't believe Aurora. She isn't some crazy fan.
"Yea okay whatever helps you sleep at night" She says as she rolls her eyes at me. "Okay you have to tell me the truth now. Who is the father of your baby?" The nurse asks again as I leave the room with little Chasity in my arms, I head to the waiting room.
"Hey, is that who I think it is?" Niall asks me.
"Yea this is little Chasity Jane. Don't Liam and Aurora make a cute baby." I say ogling at Chasity some more.
"Yea they do. But I think we might make a cuter baby" Harry tells me. I realize as I am holding this cute little girl that maybe I do want kids.
"I don't know she is really adorable." I say to him.
"So can we go see Aurora?" Niall asks me.
"Oh yea there was a reason I came out here, so the nurse who is in charge of the birth certificate information doesn't believe that Liam is the father" I say as Niall stands up and heads towards the room where Aurora is staying. Harry and I follow, Harry wraps his arms around my shoulders.
"I am not some crazy fan! Why would I lie about something like this?" I hear Aurora say as we enter the room.
"You want the attention" The nurse responds back.
"I don't want any of the attention but I don't want to lie on the birth certificate."
"She is telling the truth" Niall says as he walks over to give Aurora a hug and then says "You look good for just having a baby"
"Thanks Ni," Aurora tells him
"God! How many people do you have involved in your lie?" The nurse asks, she is really fed up with all of this. Niall takes off his disguise along with Harry and the nurse just looks at them totally shocked.
"She isn't lying about the baby being Liam Payne's" Harry tells the nurse who just stares at them.
"I…. I…. I…." The nurse gawks.
"Do you believe me now?" Aurora asks the nurse.
"Yea," The nurse says as she exits the room.
"Thank god, I was just about to lie about who the father is, because I was getting so fed up." Aurora says.
"You wouldn't have had this problem if you would have told Liam a long time ago or let him be there for you earlier." I tell her. She really needs to realize that it isn't going to be easy without him. She needs him more than she realizes.
"Can I hold Chasity?" Niall asks Aurora he is really excited about the whole baby thing.
"Of course, that is if Rose will give up the baby." Aurora chuckles.
"I don't know, are you sure that Niall wont drop her?"
"Hey! I have held babies before!" Niall argues for himself. I go over and give him Chasity, he smiles at her. He is going to make some girl really happy one day. "Yes!" Niall exclaims. We all look at him questioningly. "I am the first guy to hold the baby!" We all just laugh at his remark.
Aurora's phone rings from the night stand, she answers it "Hello?"…."Hey Mum!"….. "Yea I am doing fine, oh I should let you know that you have a little granddaughter now named Chasity Jane"….."Yes you can call his family"….. "Okay see you tomorrow morning, bye love you too." she hangs up the phone.
"Guys I am really tired… can you come back tomorrow?" Aurora asks us.
"Okay we will go don't worry" I tell her as Niall gives her back Chasity.
We all left Aurora and Chasity in the room and I head back to my condo while Harry takes Niall home. I can't wait to go visit them again tomorrow.

Notes

Okay so story time. So because I am slightly crazy and want to get done with school as quickly as I can I am taking classes at the community college by my house. And well since I want to go into medicine I have to take statistics. I had to learn about percentages today, flipping percentages. What are we in elementary school? I am technically a Calculus 2 level math student so I know my shit about numbers. So I wanted to bang my head against the desk because I was done with this easy stuff. It doesn't help that I already took stats and I just didn't get a high enough score on the AP test so I didn't have to take it in college. So my advice to all y'all is to study the hell out of those exams they help make sure you don't end up with idiots in college classes. But anyways I love this chapter it is so awesome! I finally get to add a new character so I am ecstatic.
