Right In Front of Your Eyes
Fixing the Pain
Aurora's POV
I continue to sob into Liam's shoulder. It feels so nice to be so close to him. I look up at his eyes they are filled with concern. I reach up and give him a kiss on his cheek. Then I whisper into his ear "Thank you" I break away from his hug. Then ask him "Can I take a shower… and maybe borrow some clothes?" I point down to what I am wearing currently.
"Yea, you go start taking a shower and I will bring in some clothes for you okay?" He says.
"Okay" I head towards his bathroom and start the shower.
I hop into the shower and just let the warm water run over my skin it felt so nice and refreshing. I need to wash away all of my worries right now because it is just too emotionally tolling to think about them. I hear the door open as I am trying wash off all of the residue on my skin.
"Auri, I put new clothes on the counter for you. Are you doing better?" Liam asks me.
"Yea I am feeling a lot better." I say and I peep my head from out of the shower curtain.
"You're starting to look a lot better" He says and walks over to the shower. He rises his hand and wipes something off my face probably some more residue from the explosion.
"Thanks" I look him in the eyes and I know I want him just as badly as I wanted him before he became famous.
He leaves the bathroom and I finish up cleaning myself. I get out of the shower and grab a towel I notice that Liam didn't shut the bathroom door when he left it was probably because he was concerned that I was going to lose it or go unconscious or something. I go and look at the clothes that he put out there was a pair of athletic shorts which are going to be way too big on me a t-shirt and a pair of his boxer briefs. I look to see if my body has any damage from the explosion, my ribs look like they are starting to bruise and there is a huge gash starting on my left side and crossing over to just past my belly button, and there are several bruises on my arms and legs. I put on the t-shirt and shorts but I don't put on his underwear because I think that would just be plain weird. When I am changing I swear I feel someone watching me, it's probably Liam and I could really care less right now. I walk out of the bathroom into Liam's bedroom where he is sitting on his bed.
"Auri are you going to tell me what happened?" He asks me.
"No, I wish I could but I literally can't… I am sorry, there are confidentiality rules" I say, I really want to tell him too.
"Okay, well can I help you some how because it kills me to see you so damaged, I never can handle seeing a single scratch on you." Liam said looking into my eyes.
"I know I remember when I fell off my bike when I was 7, I had to stop you from destroying my bike because it hurt me." I laugh at he memory.
"And I wouldn't go bike riding with you ever again." Liam says.
"Do you have anything to drink? Because I could really use one right now." I ask him.
"Yea come on there is stuff in the kitchen." I follow him to the kitchen and he goes and grabs a couple beers from the fridge. I grab a beer right as he puts it on the counter. I drink the whole think relatively quickly.
"Wow slow down, we have all night." Liam tells me and laughs.
"Sorry, I just really needed that." I smile at him, it's good to hear him laugh again. I look into his eyes for what seems like forever then I grab another beer from the counter. I take a little bit more time on this one but I still go through it really fast. I am pretty sure Liam hasn't even grabbed one yet. I go onto my third beer and I turn and walk towards the living room.
When I was walking I got a sharp pain on my abdomen probably from the gash. I look and see that there is blood on the t-shirt. Liam is right behind me and he gasps.
"Auri, you're bleeding. Lay down I am going to go get some stuff to stop the bleeding I will be right back I promise." He says and rushes off somewhere.
"I am so sorry I got blood on your t-shirt. I am just a mess." I yell off into the distance as I sit on his couch and drink some more beer then lay down slowly trying to not make it worse.
"It's okay I could care less about the shirt." Liam yells back. He emerges from where he left and he has a wet towel some antibiotic cream, gauze and some wrap. "Okay lift up your shirt." He tells me as he kneels by the couch.
I lift it up the shirt to just under my chest. Liam gently presses on my wound and tries to stop the bleeding and he is cleaning up the blood on my abdomen as well. I watch him intently. Finally the bleeding stops enough for Liam to put the cream and the gauze on the wound. He makes me stand up from the couch, he remains kneeling by the couch. He starts the bandaging on my side and makes me turn slowly as he wraps the bandage around by abdomen. My heart is racing because his hands are slowly caressing my stomach. His touch tingles and I forget all of the pain I was feeling. He stops wrapping and secures it then stands up and looks at me as I drop my shirt back down.
"I regret everything." I say barely audible. "I could have tried harder to make it work, I didn't think it through. I am so sorry." I look up at his eyes and he is calculating what I just said. Then he leaned down and kissed me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. His lips pressed down harder on mine and I returned the pressure. One of his hands moved up to my neck to pull my head closer. He moves his lips from mine to down my neck and softly bites it. "Liam" I moan. "Shhh we want this" He mumbles against my neck. He moves his hands underneath my shirt and pulls me against his chest while slightly picking me up in the process. One hand wonders up my back while the other grabs my butt making my hips press against his. I move my hands up his shirt and start to take it off of him. He stops what he is doing and raises his hands so I can take it off I throw it somewhere behind me and I let my hands wander down his chest and his abs tracing the outlining of his muscles. He snaps his eyes shut and moans as my hands reach the top of his pants I stop and look at him in the eyes and plead for him to touch me again. He gets the message because his hands wrap around my waist and start to take off my own shirt. "You don't need this, it is a bloody mess." He winks at me and I think I am going to faint. After he throws the shirt somewhere in the room he picks me up and I wrap my legs around his. Our bare chests are in full contact. I pull up further to deepen the kiss and he starts walking towards his bedroom door. The door must have already been open because next thing I know I am laying down on his bed. He starts grinding on my hips and I can feel his hard on through his pants. I reach down and put my thumbs in his waist band and pull down his sweatpants and boxers at the same time. He kicks them off and they land somewhere on the floor. His hands wander down to my shorts and repeat the action. I can feel every inch of his steaming body on mine. He breaks off the kiss and starts to get up. I feel cold and empty when he gets up "No," I tell him urging him to come back.
"I am just going to grab a condom." He tells me.
"No, I just want you." I say and grab his arm and pull him back on top of me. I continue kissing him and then his kisses wander down my neck and collarbone he slowly kisses between my breasts and softly kisses down past my wound and licks my navel with his hands on either side of my hips. My back arches up and he kisses his way back to my neck. He nibbles on my ear lobe and runs his hands under my hips to lift them up for easier access. He sits up and situates him self at my opening and slowly presses into me. I cringe at the pain and recoil a little. "Are you okay? Did I hurt you? I can stop, I can't see you in pain" Liam tells me and he pulls back and pushes the hair out of my face and looks deep into my eyes. "I'm alright, just a little uncomfortable that's all." I smile at him and caress his face. He sits back up and pushes himself further into me I move around to try and get more comfortable. It doesn't really work so I just roll with it. Liam applies more pressure and brings his arms on either side of my head for better leverage. The pain isn't as noticeable when I look into Liam's warm eyes. We just look in each others eyes and I know every thought he is thinking. He is finally all the way in me and to be honest I thought that it was going to be worse than this. He slowly brings himself out and thrusts himself back in. Every time he thrust it hurt a little less. He increases his speed. "Aurora, oh my God." He groans into my ear. I can't find my voice so I just moan in response. I throw my head back at the pleasure. "Aurora…" I know what he is going to say I can feel that he is close. He nuzzles my neck and kisses underneath my jaw until he unloads inside of me. The feeling brought me over the edge and we both just collapse on the bed not wanting to move.
"That was…" Liam starts
"Amazing" I finish.
"I love you…" He says as he lifts his head and looks into my eyes.
"I love you too." He leans down and kisses my lips one last time before rolling over and pulling me in to cuddle with him. He starts playing with a curl in my hair. I am so content laying in pure bliss with the love of my life. I finally feel like I am whole.
