Aurora's POV
When Liam and I get to the party and walk to see Rose chugging a beer and Harry taking shots. We walk over and then see that Rose already had taken 5 shots and was now working on some beer while Harry has gotten through 4 of his 5 shots and had a beer waiting for him for after he finished. I had no idea that Harry could drink so much.
"Auri! Baby! I love you so much! You should ditch Liam and come and party with me!" Harry slurred to me. Okay, maybe he can't drink.
"Harry, you should slow down on the alcohol" Liam said as he tried to balance the swaying Harry.
"And you sir need to speed up!" Harry retorted.
"Okay well let me have your last shot and then your beer." Liam said as he grabbed the last shot from Harry's hand and grabbed the beer.
I went to the kitchen to grab a couple beers for everyone, minus Harry of course. When I came back Harry was all over Rose. She was standing there as he had his arm draped across her shoulders and he was whispering something in her ear. She was cringing at what he just told her.
Liam had already downed the beer that he took from Harry so I gave him another beer and gave Niall one as well and I slowly nursed my own. Liam was already done with his second beer by the time I was a quarter done with mine. Man he really wanted to drink tonight. He left and grabbed another beer from the kitchen.
"Aurora…" Harry whined.
"Yes Harry?"
"I wanna dance with Rose but she won't let me" Harry pouted.
"What do you want me to do about it?"
"Will you dance with me?" Harry asked as he dragged my arm to the room where everyone was dancing.
"Well I guess I will seeing as am already on the dance floor with you."
Harry started dancing really close to me. Harry started singing in my ear, he really does have the voice of an angel. He then moved from in front of me to behind me. He grabbed my hips and started grinding. I was so not drunk enough for this.
"Harry" I warned.
"Loosen up a bit Aurora, let the music take you away" Harry slurred, we was still obviously really drunk. How can I be mad at a drunk Harry? He is just too adorable to handle. So I just gave in and started grinding with Harry, I mean how many girls would want to be in this situation right now?
"Aurora?" I hear a voice come from the doorway. I stop grinding and lift my head up to look towards the voice.
"Luke! Hey!" I waved my hand as I recognize him.
"Hey." Luke says as he walks over to me and whispered. "Does Liam know you're dancing with this guy?"
I look at him confused, "Does he need to know?"
"Well, I guess not. But how about I save you from potential disrespectful wondering hands and dance with you instead." Luke says as his eyes wonder up and down my dress. Maybe Liam was right and I shouldn't have worn this dress today.
"I guess so." I respond, I turn to Harry and say "I am going to dance with Luke now, okay? Go find your…. Um…. Friends… yea friends" I didn't want to say Niall and Liam because putting those names together might lead to suspicion that they don't need especially when they are all drunk.
"Okay! I am going to go try and dance with Rose again. Maybe she will want to if she drank a couple more beers." Harry said optimistically.
Luke took Harry's place behind me. It was more awkward this time because I knew he wasn't drunk and I knew I wasn't drunk. I wish he was Liam instead which I knew I shouldn't because I can't have him.
I hear a loud "What?" Coming from the room where Liam, Rose, Niall, and Harry were in. I look and see Liam standing in the door way, our eyes make contact and he has a look of rage but it softens when he looks in my eyes. He beelines for me and grabs my hand to stop me from dancing with Luke.
"Can you please not dance like that with her?" Liam asked as he swayed. Well shit he was gone, he is going to be unpredictable.
"Calm down. I was just saving her from dancing with this other dude who looked like his hands would wonder." Luke responded.
I laughed knowing Harry might be cheeky but he knows that Liam would kill him without questioning if his hands were in questionable places.
"What are you laughing about? He was a pretty boy and had the look in his eyes" Luke argued.
"He is harmless, he is a good friend of Liam and I." I say still laughing at the fact of Harry trying to pull a move on me. We all know what happened last time.
"Yea. Now you I don't know and I would appreciate it if you would back off my girl." Liam said, still slurring his words.
"Yea dude, whatever. I don't want to cock block." Luke said as he left. Cock block? Seriously he knows who Liam is and that he is just a friend.
"Come on babe, let's dance" Liam said as he came really close and wrapped his arms around my waist, his eyes were looking into mine and we just swayed. I can't do this, this is just going to be harder to handle when I realize that nothing would or could happen to us. His milky brown eyes were pulling me closer. No! Aurora, you can't do this! Remember he is drunk, he is only doing this because he is drunk.
I back up and say, "You know what we should go back to the room. I mean you really look like you should sleep off whatever is going on with you right now. Let's go find where Harry went off to and catch up with Niall and Rose."
Liam closes the distance again that I made. "No, I want to dance with you. We are at a party after all. You are just too beautiful to let out of my sights."
I was about to give in and melt into Liam's arms and let my worries drift away when I hear Rose pant my name, "Aurora! I finally lost him."
"What? Who did you lose?" I ask as I pull away from Liam.
"Harry, he has been trying to get me to dance all night. Oh shit! I see him, he spotted us." Rose said as she went to try and hide behind Liam.
"Rose, will you just dance with me? You are the prettiest girl here." Harry said as he approached us.
"Not so Styles." Liam said objecting Harry. "My princess here is the fairest of them all" Liam pulled me into his chest and started swaying again.
"Let her go! She is going to save me from 'the Harry'" Rose said and she pulled me away from Liam.
"Dude you need to chill." Niall said as he approached us.
"You know what I will dance with Niall because he is sober." Rose said as he grabbed Niall's arms and wrapped them around her waist. Niall just smirked and went along with Rose.
"What?" Harry whined. "Niall! I wanted to dance with her. I am the one that loves her." Harry slowly started to get louder and louder as he was speaking.
"Okay, well we should really go back to the dorm because you guys are going to do something really stupid and we don’t want the press all over this." I say.
Harry started pulling Niall off of Rose. Rose doesn't fight Harry because she is letting the information that Harry just let out sink in.
"You love me?" Rose asks really confused. "Holy shit! You love me!" Rose just got really excited really fast. Shit! Her inner directioner is coming out. Then reality sinks in her "But he is just drunk, damn it! Aurora I think we should really get them out of here now." Rose turns to Niall and says "You are the only sober man here you need to help me with Harry because it looks like Liam here wont have a hard time following Aurora back to her bed." I roll my eyes.
Niall wraps Harry's arm around his shoulder while Rose has the other arm.
"Come on big guy, let's go to my bed." I say to Liam as I snuggle close to him.
"Yes! I get to go to bed with an angel! You are so pretty you know that Aurora?" Liam started to sing "cause you make my heart race, shot me out of the sky you're my kryptonite…" his voice trailed off into humming.
"My, my, you are really drunk because if you weren't you wouldn’t be saying this stuff to me" I say.
"No, not true I love you so much it hurts right here." Liam says as he points to his heart.
"I love you too, sweetie." I respond, his 'I love you' is just a friendly I love you.
"No no no! Not like that! I really really love you!" Liam was looking in my eyes so it looks like he is earnest but I know he isn't when he slurs his words.
"Okay whatever you say Hot Rod." I say and roll my eyes.
"I have a Hot Rod! Wanna see it? But we have to go somewhere private." Liam says with a very serious expression.
"Maybe some other time. Let's just get to my room first." I say as I open the door to my building Rose, Harry and Niall are trailing close behind.
We reach my door and I open it I walk in and tell Liam "Okay now it is time to get ready to bed. Go to the bathroom and brush your teeth okay?"
"Okay" Liam says as he goes to the bathroom. I go and grab pajamas from my dresser. Niall and Rose are setting up beds on the floor for Harry and Niall. Harry is sitting on the bed and trying to play with Rose's hair whilst she is trying to make the bed.
"Harry! Stop it!" Rose says getting aggravated.
Liam comes out of the bathroom with just boxers on… well this was going to be a long night.
