Ch 39

Niall's POV

I was totally confused. So, she DID know who I was? No....she wouldn't have lied to me. I shook my head at my thoughts.
"Excuse me." I stood up, I started to walk back to my room.

Hannah's POV

Everything was hot. I felt my cheeks burning, my hands were sweating, my feet were burning. In the pit of my stomach, I felt it, I knew it was over then.
I looked over at Max, he seemed to have a clue what was going on.
"Ah, man." I heard him whisper.
I felt the tears ready to come so I got up from the table and started to follow Niall.
"Hannah! Where are you going?" Mom said.
"Let her go." I heard Max say.
I began to cry and walked faster trying to keep up with Niall, but he was going so fast. He hopped on an elevator and just before it was about to close I hollered, "Wait!". But unlike the first time we had met, he didn't even try to stop it.
I started to cry harder and pushed the up button at least twelve times.
When an elevator finally opened, I was relieved to see that it was empty. I just gave up on trying to keep it all in, I burst into tears. When the door opened on the 11th floor I heard a door close.
I walked down the hallway, wiping my eyes and trying to keep calm. Why was I even crying, I didn't know what to expect. I knocked on the door, but he didn't answer.

Niall's POV

I plopped down on my bed and looked up at the ceiling.
This changed everything. Of course, I didn't want it to, but it did.
She kept knocking on the door, but I couldn't go answer it.

Hannah's POV
I started to cry again and just sat in front of the door.

Niall's POV
The knocking suddenly stopped, I went to the peep hole of the door and didn't see anyone. But I did hear crying. I swallowed hard and opened the door.
