Chapter 5
Niall's POV
I wake up the next morning to the sun hitting my eyes. Macy is still asleep with her arm and head on my chest. God is she beautiful. I carefully get up so I can change, trying not to wake her up. I slip my shirt over my head, changing into a clean one, then do the same with my shorts. As I'm turning back around I see Macy's eyes snap shut causing me to smirk, a slight blush creeping onto her cheeks.
Macy's POV
I felt Niall scoot out from under me, even though he was being careful. I wanted him to think he was quiet enough so I pretended to be asleep until he turned around at his dresser. Slipping his shirt off, it was the first time I got to see just how toned he was. When he finished changing he starts to turn back around, so I quickly shut my eyes. Thinking I was caught I couldn't control the blush on my cheeks.
"Enjoy the show?" He asked, you could hear the smirk on his face.
"Ok ok Niall you caught me. Just don't get to big headed" I sighed, faking annoyance. He walked over to me, and without warning threw me over his shoulder and started walking downstairs with much protesting from me. "Arg! Niall put me down" I whined, lightly hitting his back. Wait. Oh me god! I haven't texted Jade in over a week! She probably thinks I'm dead! "Niall! Can I please use your phone? I need to let Jade know I'm alive!"
"Yeah here ya go" he said, handing me his cell. "Do you know her number?" Nodding my head and thanking him I punched in the number.
Me: OMG Jade I'm so sorry I haven't talked to you in so long. My phone broke so I'm using Niall's.
Jade: it's cool! Just glad to know you're ok!
me: yeah I'm fine! Just not at home. Will explain later. I gotta go now. Love you! Xx
Jade: stay safe! Love you too! Xx
Niall cooked me an amazing breakfast. Pancakes bacon and eggs. Of course he loved it too, but now I'm stuffed. I hadn't been on twitter since going to the hospital, so I decided to go on there. I was shocked to see someone had taken a picture of me and Niall when we were at nandos, of him givin me a bite of his pizza (amazing I know) and a few others. I was horrified at some of the comments.
"You're such a whore"
"stay away from Niall. You don't deserve him"
"you're really ugly" and many more. Feeling the tears start to pool I grabbed the one thing I could turn to, and that Niall didn't know I had with me.
Niall's POV
I started wondering where Macy was when she was gone for about 30 minutes. Walking into my room I see my laptop open, on twitter and there was a pic of us. Oh no. The comments. Oh gosh. Where is she now!? I started to panick, and went to the bathroom. Opening the door, she was sitting in the bathtub, crying, with the water turned red. It breaks my heart seeing her like this. Grabbing a towl, a bandage and he cloths, I pick her up and wrap her in the towel, carrying her back to the bedroom. As I sit her on the bed I cup her chin making her look at me. "Macy please listen to me. You're beautiful. Don't listen to what those people say alright? You're perfect. You have to stop this though." I plead, bending down to lightly kiss her wrist.
"I'm sorry Niall. I really am. I don't know why I let them get to me. It just really hurts." She replied. After I pull her into a hug I look back at her, and she smiles at me, glancing down at my lips. She starts leaning towards me, and her lips crash against mine. Stunned, it took me a minute to kiss back. After she finally pulled back her eyes got wide.
"I- uh I- need to go. I- uh have to talk to Jade" she stuttered out. I sighed. What was going on?
Macy's POV
i had to get out of there for a while. I asked Liam to drive me to Jades house, and he happily agreed.
"Macy are you alright? You seem upset" he questioned.
"I kissed Niall, Liam. I have feelings for him, but I don't want to hurt him." I sighed.
"You know Macy, he really likes you. Maybe you should give it a try." He said as we arrived at Jade's place. "Just think about it, ok? He added, opening the door and hugging me.
Maybe I should give it a try.....you never know.
