Chapter 4
Niall's POV
It's been two days since we almost kissed and every time I try to talk to her about it she always has something else to do. It meant something to me. I don't know about her but it did to me. See, I've had a huge crush on Macy since we became friends but she has never let down her walls and I fear she has stronger walls now.
Macy's POV
I can't face Niall about what almost happened. I do like him. I mean look at him, he's gorgeous. The only problem is I feel like I can't be loved. Anyone who I've ever let loved me used me. Not that Niall would do that, but I don't think I can do it.
Niall's POV
Today Louis and Zayn were having Eleanor and Perrie over and I figured it would be good for Macy to have some female friends around here. "Macy will you come here please?"
"coming!" She yelled. I could here her walking down the stairs. "Zayn and Louis's Girlfriends are coming over today Would you want to hang out with them? We all plan on watching a scary movie later!" I asked, sounding a bit too enthusiastic
"sure thing Niall! I love me a scary movie!" He said back sounding excited herself.
"First things first. You need clothes and I am starving. Let's get nandos, and then go clothes shopping for you!"
"okay. But I won't let you spend too much money on me!" She giggled.
We just ate and had made it to the store. She picked out a few nice shirts, jeans, a jacket, and a new set of shoes. I let her pay for it with my money and I went to the restroom. That's when I heard someone scream. Rushing back to her, the site I saw made my anger boil over. I had to do something quick.
Macy's POV
I was having a good time shopping with Niall. After I picked what I wanted, I headed to the register while he went to the bathroom. After checking out I went outside to wait for him. Suddenly I could feel hot breath on my neck and a hand wrapped around my stomach tightly. "you've been a bad girl, running away and whatnot. I think you need to be punished" a voice growled in my ear. Tom. Oh no. My heart was now in my stomach. This can't happen. That's when he let go. I turned around to see him on the ground, and Niall pounding his face!
"Ok Niall that's enough. Lets get out of here!" I cried, grabbing his hand and dragging him to the car. As much as I hate him he's still my brother.
We got out of there in a hurry. "Macy I promised I wouldn't let him hurt you, and I won't break that promise" he said. I was crying now. That was a close call. I don't know what I would have done if he had taken me. Just getting back to the flat he got out of the vehicle helped me out and wiped away my tears pulled me into a hug. "Ok babe they're here. Ready to meet the girls?" He asked.
"Yeah. Lets go" I smiled, wiping the last of my tears away. When I walked in I went up to Eleanor and Perrie and gave them both a hug. They both told me I was pretty which got me blushing. "It's great to finally meet y'all! They talk about you guys all the time!" I said. We put in the movie, me, Niall, Harry, and Liam were all on the couch. Zayn and Perrie were in the love seat and Louis and Eleanor were in the floor. About Halfway through the movie my face was buried in Niall's chest, because this was by far the scariest movie I had seen. I would definitely have nightmares.
At around 12 everyone decided to call it a night. As the girls were about to leave I made sure to give them a hug and headed up to the room. I heard a knock on the door after I had called into bed, yelling "come in!" It was Niall.
"Just thought I would come say goodnight" he said with a smile, giving me a hug. As he was about to leave I grabbed his arm and said
"Niall would you sleep in here tonight? I'm scared" feeling dumb and blushing.
"Of course I will" he replied crawling into the bed beside me. I laid my head on his chest and felt him kiss my forehead before drifting off to sleep.
