Lol so the summer I turned 12 I was in Georgia for my baby cousin's dedication and that Thursday we were supposed to go swimming and I got my first period. I had pads luckily (my mum had prepared me) but everyone in my family kept asking me why I wasn't swimming and I just wouldn't answer anyone but my uncle who kept bugging me about it and threatening to throw me into the pool. So like fastfoward a couple hours and the adults got out the drinks. My uncle got drunk and blabbed to everyone about my becoming a woman. It. Was. So. Mortifying cause they kept cheering and patting me on the back and giving me chocolate like no.

At my school once, my period went through my pants. So I wore a sweater around my waist. But my school has fucking UNIFORM, and my teacher (who's a freaking GUY) kept pestering me to take the sweater off, so I had to go up to him and tell him what the hell had happened. Worst. Day. Ever -.-
