No Right
We'll see how we handle Calum when he finds out....
As like any other day, the boring classes went by slowly.
Even though I'm not gonna skip school, the temptation is huge.
"Cutie." Ashton whispers.
I wake up from my daydreaming and turn my head.
"Yeah?" I whisper back.
"Do you wanna tell Calum, or show him?"
"I don't care, he'll need to get used to it anyway. What about you?"
"Well, you now as the best that I think that he's a douchebag..." He chuckles.
I smirk.
"Did you already spoke to Mike?" I ask.
Ashton sighs and shakes his head.
"I tried to, but he doesn't listen. He acts like I don't exist."
I sigh too.
"He'll need to get used to it too Ash.."
"I just want to let him know that I don't have any intention in hurting you."
"He'll get used to is Ashton. Give it some time."
"3 weeks aren't enough?"
"Mike is a complicated person. He needs time. That's all he asks."
When we finally have a break we walk into the cafeteria.
Ashton takes my hand and leads us through the now busy place.
I see people stare and whisper.
I'm guessing we're the newest gossip.
We arrive at our table and I see Nikki standing next to Mike.
I didn't spoke to Nikki a lot anymore too because when it came to me and Ashton, she was siding with Mike.
My own best friend, siding with my brother instead of me.
But now. Now something in me popped.
They were holding hands.
Holding. Hands.
I feel anger boil up as I walk to them.
"Hey." I say, dangerously calm and on purpose bringing tension into the air.
Nikki gets slightly red but ignore her.
My best friend (if I can even call her that) is dating my brother and she didn't even tell me.
Mike turns his head to me and I look straight back at him.
"Care to explain?" I lift an eyebrow.
"We don't owe you one." Mike answers.
"You're fucking dating my best friend and you don't tell me?! Because you don't owe me one?!" I yell.
He was about to protest but I go on.
"So let me get this straight for a second. You didn't speak to me for 3 weeks, you didn't even LOOK at me because I'm dating your friend, but you're dating MY BEST friend behind my back?!?!?! AND NOW YOURE SAYING THAT I CANT JUDGE?!"
He looks at me and I turn to Nikki.
"Ex-best friend by the way." I look into her eyes before turning around on my heels and walking away.
"May!" I hear Ashton follow me and another pair of footsteps.
I feel Ashton take my hand and he pulls me into him.
Tears begin to well up in my eyes as I try to blink them away.
"It's okay." He pets my hair.
"No it's not. They have no right to judge us Ashton. They have no right to be mad!" I squeal.
He stops me from ranting on by kissing my softly.
"Why do you even care? Let them think what they want." He smiles and takes one hand of my cheek to lace our fingers.
I smile because he smiles and he's honestly so adorably cute right now.
"C'mon Cutie. Don't be sad. You'll always have me, no matter what happens." He mumbles as he rests his forehead against mine.
I nod my head and close my eyes.
"Now show them that you're a boss and focus on the other people." He smiles.
I look around me and see that several people are looking at me.
The cafeteria is now a little less busy because everyone has their food and found their place.
I nod my head and Ashton takes my hand.
We take a step and I see that it's Nikki who followed us too.
"May-" she begins but I walk straight pass her, taking Ashton with me.
I can't bare to speak to her now.
I'll figure that out later.
We walk back to the table and see that Mike isn't looking at me.
Good.
I turn to Luke, Calum and James.
"So, you're together now?" Luke asks.
I nod my head and Ashton kisses the side of it.
"Well, damn finally." Luke rolls his eyes.
Ashton chuckles and turns a light shade of pink.
"What?" I ask.
"Well, this guy has been talking on and on about you for the past 2 months." Luke rolls his eyes again.
I giggle and blush.
"He never shut up." Luke complained.
"What makes you think that I'm gonna stop now?" Ashton smirks.
"Please no." Luke pleads.
Calum looks from Ashton to me and back to Ashton.
"I guess, I'll have to live with it." He mumbles.
"I'm happy for you two.. But Ashton, if you hurt her, I. will. kill. you." Calum adds.
"Thanks... I guess..." Ashton chuckles.
"And I have no intention in hurting her."
"Then we're all good." Calum smiles softly.
Ashton smiles back.
James just softly congrats us and I remember when Calum told me that he had a crush on me.
Wonder how that ended up.
"And I thought Calum was going to be my biggest concern." I sigh and roll my eyes.
I don't know if I did that out of relief, or exhaustion....

Well, it's getting all back on track, a little at least :)
Currently writing the next one so I can't tell for sure when it's out but I promise it will be out soon! <3
Oh, and btw, for the people who are accusing me for trying to get my story more popular by reacting to all your comments: I'm not. I just think it's nice that when someone compliments you you say thank you :) and I have not really anything better to do. Even though it gets a little awkward when always the same people comment (not that I'm complaining, I love hearing your thoughts on the chapters :) <3 but I don't always know what to reply anymore :')
