"May..?"

I quickly break with Ashton and look up.


"I KNEW IT!!!" Nikki squeals.


I sigh and roll my eyes as I get off Ashton.
"Yeah Mike does too." Ashton chuckles as he stands up too.


Nikki frowns before her eyes widen.
"He did that to your face?" She asks.


Ashton nods his head as he scratches his neck.
"Yeah, he didn't really like me dating his sister." He tries to smile a little.


"So? What happened?" She asks, taking her gaze back to me.
"Well, Mike walked in and Ashton told him... Mike got mad and began to beat up Ashton. When I pulled him off Ashton I told him that he needed to leave..." I mumble.


"May, you know that he can't stand it when you're hurt.." Nikki replies.
"I know, but he can't decide who I date and who I don't date."



"Besides he had no reason to be afraid. I won't hurt her." Ashton adds as he wraps his arms around me.
"Then show him that he doesn't need to be worried." She pleads.



"I will. I'll talk to him tomorrow. Let him just get used to the idea of us two dating." He kisses my cheek.


Nikki and I nod our heads.


"Well, maybe we should head back down stairs. Mike is still on his room, and he probably won't go down." Nikki says, already turning around.
"But what about my parents?" I ask.



"I'm here." Ashton whispers.
"They're not mad." Nikki assures.



I sigh and we walk downstairs, into the living room.


I see my mum and dad sitting on the couch and they stand up when they see me.
"I leave you alone to talk." Ashton mumbles as he rubs my arms before walking to the kitchen with Nikki.


I thought he was going to be here with me?
I internally roll my eyes and him and focus back on my mum and dad.


"Mum.. Dad.." I begin but stop when the wrap their arms around me.
"We're so sorry." My mum sobs into my shoulder.


"We never wanted to make any of you anxious." My dad adds.
I wrap my arms around them and close my eyes.




So, I made things right with my parents.

Mike still doesn't talk to me.

And now vacation is over and it's Monday.
Awesome.



I walk into the school with Nikki as I see Ashton lean against the lockers.
I get my phone out and text him.


Me: Hey Weirdo, look up from your phone.
After a few seconds I see him smile and look up.
I walk to him and kiss his cheek.


Though, he doesn't think it's good enough and presses his lips against mine immediately.


"Cutie." He smiles as he waves at Nikki before turning back to me.
"Handsome." I smile back.


He smirks and connects his lips with mine again.
"Do you think we have some time before class starts?" He mumbles as he pushes me slightly back against the lockers.


Just at that moment the bell goes off.
"Apparently not." He grumbles.



I smirk and we walk to class.
We'll see how we handle Calum when he finds out....
