Hard Fall

Savannah's P.O.V.
Today is Christmas, and I literally couldn't be happier. I decorated everything in sight from the ceiling to the floor. I even decorated my door, so everyone knew I was excited. I had even gotten some compliments from it. Niall had been coming by and helping out, because I'm not very tall. Him and I had gotten more serious than just dating occasionally, and today I'm going to cook him the best Christmas dinner, along with Emma and someone she is bringing. I planned a dinner like my mum would plan one. Really extravagant, and then ill probably end up making the regular stuff.

I went to the store and tried to find the best possible. I was determined.He said he would be over at 6, and so I planned accordingly. I would make the turkey at 12:00, then the stuffing at 3:40, the potatoes at 4, and then pumpkin pie which was store bought after dinner. Then around 4:40 I will start getting ready.

I had finished putting everything together and started my look. I took a shower and curled my hair. I put a Smokey eye and a red dress on, trying to perfect the look I put on a pair of white flats. I hear the doorbell go off and I walk to the door, inhaling and exhaling first then opening the door.

Emma stands at the door along with some on it the background that is hidden. I welcome her in and then I see Harry behind her.

Emma's P.O.V.
As I walk in, I see Savannah's face change from happy to I'm-about-to- squeel-face. I shush her and step aside so she can greet Harry and me.
"Hey, Emma" she says kindly.

"Hey Harry, I didnt know you were the some on coming over" She says with just as much kindness as surprise.

"Hello Savannah, its nice to see you again. And yes me and Emma are dating." He says and wraps his arm around her gently.

She smiles and leads us to the dining room, where it smells incredible. We sit down and she pours us a drink. Right as she sits down, the doorbell rings and she gets back up again.

Niall's P.O.V.
I ring the doorbell and wait with flowers. I'm pretty sure I'm going to ask her after dinner if she would like to be my girlfriend. She opens the door and smiles. I kiss her cheek and she blushes. She pulls away and notices the flowers in my hands, her eyes lighting up as she does.

"These are for you love" I say with a smirk.

"Thank you Ni" she says with another smile and I lean on for a kiss, as Emma walks in.

"Hey Niall" Emma says.

We back away quick and stand apart. She walks towards us and then I see Harry walking behind. Why is he here?

"Harry.. mate why are you here?"

He chuckles and says that he is with Emma and that they're dating. I nod, and say that I'm happy for them.

We walk towards the dining room and start to chat about life until a timer goes off. She tells us to wait and then she leaves the room with Emma. Harry and I start to talk about golf and the band when the girls come in and announce that dinner is ready.

We sit around the table and start to eat. It was fantastic and she went all out. After a couple plates Emma and Harry took off. This was my chance, we finished cleaning and washing the dishes, and we are relaxing on the couch.

"Savannah, I have two questions for you..." I say playing it cool.

"Okay shoot" she says.
Lacing our fingers together, I ask "How did I get so lucky?"

She blushes and lays her head against mine.

And finally...

"Savannah, will you be my girlfriend?" I ask with no regret.
