“No way.” I said. “I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to see them unless they come crawling to me on their knees.”

“Luke,” Ben said, “You know that’s never going to happen.”

“That’s reason number two why I don’t want to see them.” I said.

“What do you want to do then?” Jack asked.

“Let’s all three move in here.” I said. “Or find a different place. Jack, you have a job. And I can get one. We’ll all pay rent.”

They contemplated for a moment. “It’s not a bad idea.” Ben said. “I could talk to my landlord and see if this building has a three bedroom available for rent.”

“Just as long as you don’t look at us as we walk around in our underwear.” Jack said to me.

That comment set me off and rage fell over me. “What the fuck Jack?” I almost yelled. “You think because I’m gay I’m going to be into my brothers? You think being gay means also be into incest? Seriously, is that what you think?”

“Dude, it was just a joke.” Jack said.

“Maybe the three of us shouldn’t live together.” Ben said.

“Are you going to kick me out to?” I asked Ben.

Ben looked at me sympathetically. “Of course not.” He stood up to give me a bro hug, but I went in for the real thing.

Yes, after only five more short chapters, a lot of this story will be ended and the story will jump five years forward. Elements of this story will be five years in the future, but the jump is for sure, it's happening, shit's gon' get real, shit's gon' go down and I may or may not be taking a suggestion from the comments *wink-wink, nudge-nudge*
