It had been about a week, and Calum’s leg was healing perfectly and quickly.

Randomly, one morning, him and Julia sat down next to me.

“We have something we want to talk to you about, Luke.” Calum said to me.

“Okay…” I said confused and a little nervous. “What’s up?”

“Have you ever thought about having more kids?” Calum asked.

“I haven’t given it a lot of thought, no…” I answered.

“Well…we were thinking…” Julia started.

“Both Julia and I want another child.” Calum said.

“Okay…” I said, still a little confused.

“There’s this thing we can do.” Calum said. “Where we both make a….deposit…you know in the doctor’s office, then they mix the two…deposits…together and they use the….mixture…to inseminate Julia, so she would get pregnant with one of our childs biologically, but we wouldn’t know who’s it is.”

I felt a little blindsided by all this information.

“And Julia, this is something you want to do?” I asked.

“Yes!” Julia responded. “You two have given such nice home, and I love to have more kids, and they be yours, too.”
