Winter

When the doctor told me how long I had been pregnant, I just didn’t make sense because during that time, I was thrown back into the past and this had to be a few days after but I really couldn’t remember the night I lost my virginity, it was just disturbing me. How could I forget a night like that, did they drug me or maybe rape me?

“Miss Blackwood, are you okay dear?” I looked at the nurse and quickly nodded and dressed myself. Elena was waiting for me in the waiting area and stood up the moment she spotted me but halted when she saw my expression.

“And?”

“Well I am pregnant and it’s at least four months on it way.” She was shocked and I know I saw the panic on her face because in that time I was gone, time hadn’t stopped and I actually was away for at least a month. I had scared the crap out of everybody but they were glad I was okay. I did lose some weight and I had a lot of bruises but aside from that I was okay until now, as I was pregnant, from some stranger that I couldn’t remember.

“Winter, do you really don’t know who knocked you up?”

“I really don’t I’m trying to figure it out believe me, maybe you can remember something from before I got lost?”

“We were in this cottage celebrating Christmas and there were guys next to us. They were from the boyband One Direction but all I know is that you got lost and that was the most important thing so I completely forgot about the guys as we tried to find you.”

“I see.” I was playing with my ring, which I obtained in a manner I couldn’t really remember but it was too beautiful to take it off. “It’s going to be okay Winter, you know you can stay as long as you need.” Elena had put her hand over mine to stop my nervous jitters.

“Have I told you that you’re the best in the world?” I nudged her as we walked out of the building. “Nah don’t think you have.”

“Well you are.” I kissed her on her cheek and she hugged me. “You know what we need, we need a shopping trip.” I snorted at that because she always thought it was time for a shopping trip.

“Sure but can it wait till tomorrow because I really could use some sleep.”

“Oh you poor thing, of course, let’s go home.”

The next morning, the sun was shining brightly and I just stayed there in bed to enjoy the warmth when the door suddenly burst open revealing a way to energetic Elena, with breakfast on a platter. “Good morning my queen.” I giggled at that and sat up when she made her way to the bed, she placed the trap on my lap and my stomach actually growled when I smelled the eggs and bacon. She even made tea for me, thank fully without milk because that was something I never did in my tea.

“So I know we were going to shop today but maybe we can postpone it till tomorrow.” She suggested and this raised my suspicions because there was only one thing that would made her cancel a shopping trip.

“Why?”

“I totally forgot I have two tickets to a concert.”

“You just forgot?”

“Yes because you were more important.” She said cheekily and how in the word could I not love her for this. “Alright who’s playing?”

“Well that’s the thing, it’s like a reunion concert.”

“Okay spill it.”

“It’s One Direction, they finally are going to perform again and I managed to get tickets.” She beamed at me and there was no way I couldn’t be happy about this, as she was so happy about it.

“Really?! Well than we should go see the boys shouldn’t we?” I snickered and she hugged me. “I thought that maybe we could go get some lunch and after we could leave to Murrayfield Stadium?”

“Why so early?”

“Well I became friends with the lads and they would like to hang before the show.” I nodded but thought about the bun in the oven. “I’m not sure if that is wise, I mean I get tired really quick.” I pointed to my stomach and she tapped it gently. “I know but you can always take a nap there, we just have to tell them and they wouldn’t mind. I mean Louis is a dad himself and Louise was in the same spot as you are now.”

“Okay.”

“Okay, really?!”

“Sure but let me first eat this breakfast and take a shower.”

She left the room and as I enjoyed my breakfast I started to feel anxious but I couldn’t really think of a reason to feel like this. It was like something was blocking me and that made me anxious. I but the breakfast to the side and walked into the shower, hopefully this would calm me down, but I was a mess by the time I got out of the shower.

I felt sick but not the pregnant kind of sick. It was hard to explain but the minute she told me about the concert, I became anxious and it was weird because I apparently already met the lads.

I had put on boyfriend jeans with rolled up ends and a marvel shirt but none of the superhero’s contained superman or batman not I had captain America on the front. I slipped into my vans and pulled my hair into a messy ponytail. I applied just a small amount of make-up but that was about it. I put on my watch and my necklace. I packed my bag with some saltines and put my phone it there as well before I walked downstairs.

Elena was already jumping around, when she spotted me. “Ah you’re ready, let’s go.” She grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the door and as it was already April it wasn’t that cold, which was great. Elena took me to one of her favourite places to grab some lunch, normally we would walk but this time we took the tram, as I didn’t want to waste all my energy.

“WINTER!” I turned when I got grabbed into a bear hug from Bella. I really didn’t expect her to be here, as she lived in London but here she was. “What are you doing here?”

“I talked to Elena the other day and she told me that you were going to stay at her place for a while and I hadn’t spoken to you for so long that I couldn’t stay home.” I hugged her again and that’s when she pushed me away to look at me and I know she knew. “Pregnant huh.” I nodded. “Well you look amazing.” I thanked her and we quickly took a seat near the window.
“So who is the lucky bastard?”

“Excuse me?”

“Well who knocked you up?”

“I don’t know Bella and I’d rather not talk about it because it really frustrates me that I somehow got pregnant without knowing who put it in there in the first place.”

“I’m sorry.”

“It’s fine really but it bothers me that I don’t know who I had unprotected sex with.” She didn’t say a thing after that and we ordered our food. I just had a simple fish and chips because I really didn’t want anything else.

“How late does the concert start?” Bella asked and when I looked at her closer she got a dreamy expression on her face. “I think you know this better than we do love.” This made me look up.

“Wait why does she know this better?”

“Are you going to tell her or?”

“Oh god it’s really not a big deal but I’m going out with Liam.” She beamed at me and I couldn’t be happier. “That’s awesome and it also explains the tickets, right?” Elena nodded and I couldn’t help but smile at my two besties but for some reason my hearts speed picked up again when she said Liam’s name and I was actually feeling nervous before she told me that it was Liam. I kept getting these weird reactions towards the One Direction lads and it was really confusing me, maybe I just had to see them again, so my weird body would remember they were just normal lads, who could carry a great tune.

After lunch we made our way towards Murrayfield Stadium. “So are they staying together now, or is this a goodbye tour?” I asked because I was genuinely curious, as they had been on a break since forever.

“I’m not really sure, I mean at the moment they are excited to be back on stage but let’s be honest they are getting older and they don’t have the same interests as they had when they first started.”

We got out and were not surprised that there were a lot of fans waiting already, thank god to back stage passes. Bella made the call that we were here and within five minutes there was this broad shouldered dude who ushered us in. We were directed immediately back stage to the dressing room and the closer we got, the more nervous I got, my hands were actually sweating and I felt as if I could faint any minute, which was weird because I just had lunch.

That’s when Liam stormed out. “We need a doctor, something is wrong with Niall!” He yelled but he stopped when he saw us and a smile replaced the worry on his head. “Bella.” He pulled her towards him and hugged her. “Elena and you must be Winter.” He smiled at us and stopped when he saw my state. “Are you okay love?” I nodded but the more steps I took towards the dressing room the worse I felt.

We walked through the door and as my eyes roamed the room, they stopped when they fell on Niall and the minute he locked his eyes with mine everything turned black.
