Chapter 6
Louis P.O.V.
"Louis. . ." She said tensing up a little.
I just stood there. Not sure of what to say. I did get mad at Belle, yes. The truth is, I was jealous. It hurt me to think that I hurt her feelings. I wanted to ask her something, but I know that she would most likely say no to my question.
She shook her head fast and said, "Are you going to come inside?" She asked. I nodded, not wanting to say the wrong thing to her. I already felt bad enough, I didn't want to feel worse. I didn't want to make her feel worse than she already did.
Upstairs and Laura's P.O.V. . . .
The doorbell rung and Belle answered it. Me and Athena just decided to chill. Someone covered my eyes and I immediately knew who it was. You'd think that being Niall's younger sister would be a hoot, right? Wrong! He is the most annoying brother on the entire planet. "Really, Ni?" He frowned. "Laura," He began. "I haven't seen you in six months and that's how you greet me?" He critisized. "Yup!" I said, popping my 'p'. He death-glared me.
"Niall, I haven't seen you in six months and that's how you greet me?" I mocked in an Irish accent. "Nope. This is how I greet my sister." He said. He then walked over to me and started tickling me. "Niall! Stop it!" I said laughing. "Not until you admit that you are glad to see me!" He demanded. After like two minutes of that, I finally gave in. I finally caught my breath and Saw B and Lou. "Hey Belle, I need to confess something to you." I said.
"What's up?" She asked, sitting down next to me. I sighed. I knew she was going to hate me after I told her what I did. "I never planned on going on vacation. It was all a setup." "What?" "*sigh* I wanted you to meet my brother and his friends slash bandmates." "So you had them ransack my adoption center to do that?!" She said, standing up. I nodded guiltily. I felt really bad that I did that, but I had no excuse for why I did that.
Normally I would blame it on Niall, but there's no way that would work. This was all me. I told Niall and the rest of his friends to mess up the center, but not destroy it which they obviously did. Belle ran out of the house. I don't blame her though. If my best friend stabbed me in the back, because they told their brother and his three friends to sabotage her home slash business, I wouldn't want to be around them either.
Belle's P.O.V.
I ran out the door and to my secret spot where nobody knows about it. Not even Athena or Laura. Speaking of her, I can't believe her! She had four idiotic brits ((A/N No offense to them, just a line in the story to go with Belle's fellings.)) sabotage and ransack my everything. I found my favorite spot in the forest. There's a tree that's easy to climb and at the top, there is a branch that's spit open that I put my favorite things in.
Whenever I'm upset, this is where I come to take a breather. I felt my Eiffel Tower necklace and thought about how I got it. Five years ago, when I was fourteen, My parents and I went to Paris as our summer trip there. We got to see everything there. My mom and dad bought the necklace for me at a gift shop right next to the Eiffel Tower. It means everything to me. Especially since they died.
"Belle! Where are you?" I heard a familiar voice say. I stayed hidden in my tree. I really didn't want to talk to anyone right now, let alone Louis! 'You should talk to him. He did apologize and give you flowers after all, didn't he?' For once I knew that was my heart. Should I listen to it? 'Yes!' No! Ugh! I'm going to talk to him. I carefully got down the tree and faced Louis. "Hi." I said. "Hi." He said. "I was a little bit worried about you." He said. "I'm glad." I said.
"Belle, there is something I want to ask you. Just answer me truthfully." He said. I nodded.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, taking my right hand and putting a gold ring on my finger.
