Struggle - H.S.

I felt numb when he said that, how the hell am I getting out of this mess with Harry, Louis, Liam and Olly? "Niall how do I get out of this house, without getting shot?" I asked him with a trembling voice. "Okay Anna, I need you to stay calm, do you still have your gun?" He asked but I didn't. "No I got hit in the head, which made me black out and when I woke up the gun was gone." There was the silence again, this was wrecking me. "They let you live?" I heard Niall ask with wonder in his voice. 'They did and I don't know why but for some reason I'm still alive." I told him quietly.

"Okay here's what you got to do. Try and find the others, make sure you stay invisible, we will follow your steps and direct you through the house. We will switch off the lights again and this time we will make sure they wont come on again, at least not until your safely outside." He explained and I waited and when the lights went out, I felt safe enough to leave the closet.

"Anna, love you have to get to the hallway and then go to your left, be careful because everyone is on their feet right now. I have spotted Liam and Louis, they are hiding downstairs but first you need to find Harry." I nodded but realised he couldn't see that. "I got it but how in heavens name can I find him." I asked him. "I don't know Anna but we.....Harry....." The line went flat, this couldn't be good. "Niall?" I whispered urgently but there was no response.

"Shit!" I whisper yelled and this was something I shouldn't have done. "She's on the first floor." I heard people say and that's when I ran. I ran up the stairs that let to the second floor. I felt my way by touching the wall in the hope I would find something to hide in but I had no such luck. I did find an empty room, which I quickly entered. I walked over to the window and opened it to see if I could jump but it was way to high. "She's in here." I recognised that voice anywhere, it was Bradley himself that stood behind the door and I felt the fear make it's way into my body.

He would kill me for sure and it wouldn't be a painless death. "ANNA, COME OUT PRINCESS!' he had raised his voice. I couldn't give in that easily right? I grabbed my knife and sat behind the door. Bradley opened the door and before closing it he tried to turn on the lights but they still weren't working. I didn't make a sound I even tried to hold my breath. I had my hand in front of my mouth and nose to make sure he couldn't hear me. "I know that you are in here, there is nowhere you can go." I had to stay calm because if I gave in to the panic attack that was making it's way to the front I was surely screwed. Bradley walked over to the window, which gave me the chance to move out of the way. I crawled as quietly as possible to the desk that was standing in the room. I sat under the desk, still holding my knife in front of me.

"ANNA WHERE ARE YOU?" This was Louis who was yelling for me and if I wasn't in this situation, I would yell back but I couldn't give up my hiding spot with Bradley so close. "You know princess, we have Harry and he is in really bad shape, we could get him help, you just have to give yourself up." He was walking through the room. Listening if he could hear me and as much as I wanted to give myself up for Harry, he would never forgive me if I did.

"If you give yourself up, we will not kill you because to be honest I don't want you dead. I just want to torture you in front of Harry, making him suffer is all I want." There went a chill through my body when he said that. What the hell has Harry done to him? It must be something really bad to get this sick in the head. "You are only making it harder for yourself princess.' That's when he stopped in front of the desk, I could see his shoes. I wrapped my hand around my knife and was ready to attack him.

What I didn't expect was that he literally threw the desk to the other side, revealing me. I didn't waste any time though as I shot up and as I had my knife ready, he was too quick. I did grace his skin with it but he had my wrist and turned it making me drop the knife. "Hello princess, I've missed you." He said whilst stroking my face but there was no way in heaven I was going down without a fight. I didn't even think but kneed him in his balls, which made him let go of me. I ran, bolted out of the door, when I ran into a hard chest. "shit!" I yelled but to my surprise he let go of me. I listened closely when I heard Bradley. "SHE IS MINE LET HER RUN!" He literally yelled into Ashton's ear.

I took this opportunity to put my fist against his nose, which cracked. That surprised me and it shocked Ashton even more. He held his nose and groaned but he still didn't do anything, this is when I saw my gun. I quickly launched for it and to my surprise he didn't put up a fight. I didn't have time to check if I had bullets, as I heard Bradley approach. I ran downstairs when I collided with another chest but I recognised the smell, it was Liam and he pulled me with him into a room. He immediately put his hand over my mouth to keep me from making any noise.

'What the hell is happening Anna?" I took a step away from him. "I don't know but Niall told me it was a trap, where are Louis and Olly?" I quickly asked him. "They are safe, I went back inside to get you and Harry out, speaking of, where is Harry?!" He whispered urgently. "I don't know, he got shot and he ordered me to look for a place he could stay hidden but when I got back he was gone." I explained quickly.

"Anna, come out princess." He kept yelling, which made me really nervous. It made me so nervous that I leaned against Liam to feel safe again. To my surprise he embraced me and kissed me at the top of my head. "Anna, I want to thank you. I never had a sister and you gave me one so if this ends badly I just want to make sure you know that you are my family." I felt a tears fall down my face because I know what he was going to do. He was going to make the path clear for me, risking his own life. "Please just stay here Liam." I begged him but he was already walking towards the door. He checked the hallway first before he walked into the darkness.

I stood here alone in this room, when I suddenly recognised the bed. This had been my room, when they held me hostage. The shivers ran over my body when my mind took me back to that time. They way Bradley abused me, just to piss off Harry. I let myself slide down with my back to the wall. I had to get out of here. I know it was no use to try to jump out of the window because there were bars in front of it. As I was sitting here I felt exhausted and my heart wasn't slowing down. I had to get out of here, I pushed myself up again and opened the door. I scanned the hallway and was surprised to see that there was nobody here. I slowly walked out of the room when a door opened right in front of me, knocking me flat on my ass. I scrambled up and tried to run the other way when Bradley's voice stopped me, as he was right in front of me, pointing a gun at my head.

"There you are princess." That's when I heard his gun going of and I know I was hit when I flew into a wall.
