Struggle - H.S.

Anna!" I heard my mom call and I quickly got up from my floor and ran downstairs. "What's up mom?" I asked and my gaze fell on the boy next to her and my.. my what a sight he was. He was tall and muscular, he had tattoos all over his arms and his hair was just a bit too long but somehow he made it work. I now looked at his face and my god he was beautiful, not only really handsome but just really beautiful. He smiled and his dimples appeared and I took a step back when I saw his piercing green eyes meet my grey eyes.

"Anna, this is Harry, he is our neighbor" I looked at her and back at the guy who's name was Harry apparently. "Anna, say something sweetheart" My mom said again and I snapped out of my trance and quickly recovered myself. "I'm uhm sorry. Hi I'm Anna, it's lovely to meet you" I held my hand out to shake his and he looked at it hesitantly before putting his hand in mine. "Hi I'm Harry it's nice to meet you to" When he laid his hand in mine I felt an electric shock going through me and I let go of his hand immediately and I looked up to see if he noticed it to but he didn't show anything.

It must be all in my head, I thought to myself and I shook my head and turned around "Anna dear, maybe Harry could show you the neighborhood" And I turned around again facing my mom and I narrowed my eyes a bit at her because I know what she was trying to do and I was just not falling for it. "I don't have time mom, I still have a lot of unpacking to do," I said apologetic "Maybe another time" this time I directed it to Harry and he was just staring at me and this was becoming really awkward.

"Yeah that okay, what about tomorrow?" He said, finally opening his mouth while he was checking me out but he had a certain look on his face, which made me, quit nervous to be honest and I had a feeling that he wasn't really the nice person who was standing before me now. He gave a certain attitude, which consisted with arrogance and a bit of power I guess but I probably was just over reacting. I mean if you look at my ex-boyfriends I was always wrong and in the end they cheated on me even though they didn't look like they would do something like that ever.

I'm probably just paranoid and he was probably a really nice lad so maybe I should just say yes to him already. "You know what, that's fine, thank you Harry" I told him politely and that earned me a smile.

"I will pick you up at 10am then" He confirmed and I nodded to let him know that was okay. "That's alright, bye" I was already moving away from the door to close it when Harry said my name. "Bye Anna" He said and I already loved the way my name rolled of his tongue and Iquickly turned around and power walked to my room.

I plopped down on the floor and began to unpack my clothes but my mind was with Harry and I was really curious about him. He really was hot and secretly I was really looking forward for tomorrow and hopefully he wouldn't think of me as weird because people tend to think I'm a bit weird.

I mean I love to read books and I dress like a nerd even though I also love to wear dresses but I always put a jumper or a vest over my dresses and as I told you guys earlier I always wear my vans. So no heels for me, I can't walk on them even if I tried, so a boy as hot as him wouldn't give me the time of day. I was a grey mouse amongst all the lovely ladies sadly enough.
