Never Let You Go {Book 2}

It’s March and it’s been two months since that whole ordeal with Harry. We have settled our differences and talk only on a friend base only; if you could call saying hello and how are you being friends. Anyways school is dragging on, it seems like I’ve been here for an eternity. I am quite excited though for this summer.

Taylor and I are both going to Europe with a group of kids with schools all across Iowa. We get school credit for completing all the work that is given to us so it’s not wasteful by any means. We start the meetings today and have a meeting twice a month with all the kids so we can get to know them better before we leave June 21. Dad did find out that we are going to England, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland, so I’m super excited to be going.

Today is the first day in a very long time that it’s been warm for March, its 81 today a record high according to the news. Reminds me of the week I spent in California visiting Niall. Speaking of Niall, the boys have almost finished their tour they have about a month left before they go back home to England. Niall said when we come to England to let him know and he will see about taking me out to London’s West End to Phoenix Theatre to see the play Blood Brothers. Its looks like an amazing show and I can’t wait for that either. Niall and I have gotten a lot closer in these past few months which I’m thankful for. I thought he would hate me forever for dating Harry and that turned out to be a flop in the biggest way possible. Right now I am standing at my locker at school debating on whether or not I should go to last period.

“Hey chick wanna ditch?” I hear Taylor behind me

“Ah dear you’ve read my mind” I say

We decided to ditch last period and go to the mall, Taylor doesn’t have to pick up Jo from daycare until four o’clock.

“So have you heard from yours truly yet?” Taylor asks me

“No I haven’t” I say “How about you?”

“No he hasn’t called me yet, I got a text saying they are in Luxembourg doing a show tonight before they go to Brazil and finish up the tour there.” Taylor says

“I miss his little Irish ass to tell you the truth.” I say

“Yea it’s been hard with not having Louis around to help with Johannah, she misses her daddy too” Taylor says to me

Taylor drops me off at my car and I go home and take a nice long nap before I wake up to my dad calling me from the kitchen.

“Cassandra Jean McGavin GET DOWN HERE NOW!” dad yells

“Yea dad what’s up?” I say

He played the message on the machine

“Your student has been reported absent from period number 7 today. If you feel this is a mistake please feel free to call and we can discuss what had gone wrong” the answering machine says

“Oh” I reply

I didn’t know they started calling home now when a student is absent from a class.

“Oh is right, so was it you or do I have to call your brother too?” he asks

“No, it was me. Taylor and I ditched and went to the mall before I came back home.” I say

“Well, you’re grounded for two weeks. No phone, no computer, no car. I will be taking and picking you up from school. Gives you plenty of time to get caught up on your homework. Or maybe even get ahead” he says

This sucks Niall is supposed to call me tomorrow and now I won’t have my phone. I’ll just have to use Taylor’s phone and call him when we get to school in the morning and tell him I’m grounded for two weeks and can’t use my phone or anything electronic except for the computers at school.

“Gahh why do you have to be so difficult” I shout as I stomp upstairs to my room

sorry it's taken me so long and this is kinda short. had really bad writer's block and a lot of homework.. got my paper back today and got an F on it :( all because i forgot to put in my quotation marks. anyways hope this isn't too boring love you all XOXO
