How to Move

Yvette was having a hissyfit

Yvette was having a hissyfit right now. I told her that I had gotten fired and her face instantly turned red with anger. She kept on shouting that she was going to punch our boss and tell her off. I actually began laughing at her because she looked hilarious when she was mad. She of course gave me the evil eye as I laughed even more. She took a deep breath and then looked at me once more.

“Are you sure you’re alright?” She gave me a worried look and squeezed my arm gently.

“Well, no, if I am being honest. But there isn’t much I can do about it. I have no say in this.” I shrugged and stood up straight. I had been leaning on the desk in the classroom. I straightened out my shirt and looked at the woman in front of me. She was looking at me with sad eyes and then finally sighed.

“I guess…” She looked at the floor and I shook my head. I’ve noticed that when things weren’t going like Yvette wanted she turned in to a child. It was hilarious and annoying.

“Just stop being like that, Yvie.” I sighed and began walking towards the door. She ran after me and pulled be backwards. “I need to get to class, still have those for the rest of the week.” She let go and that allowed me to open the door. I started walking towards the room where all the teachers from my apartment sat to get my things. She followed me.

“How do you think THEY will react?” I understood who she was talking about and I just shrugged and sighed.

“I really don’t know.” I walked into the small room and over to my desk. I grabbed the stuff I was using for the English lesson I was having today. I began walking towards the classroom I was using today and Yvette followed me again. “Look, I don’t know how all of this is going to go down. But you have to come with me.” She sighed and nodded her head.

“Yeah, yeah. I said I would go. Meet you at the back entrance at four?” She smiled and I knew she was trying to drop the subject. I nodded and she ran off to her own office. I laughed a little before plastering my serious face on. I walked into the classroom where students were talking loudly with each other. Once they noticed me there they all sat down and waited for me to start. I looked at my papers and decided that they needed to know about the situation. I walked around the desk I was using at the front of the class and leaned on it as I gazed over the students.

“I have some news to share with you.” A student raised their hand and I motioned my hand towards them and nodded for them to speak. The student in question was Drew Chapwin.

“Is it about the trip next week?” I let out a small sigh and nodded.

“It kind of is.” I looked at them and smiled. “This week will be the last week you have me as a teacher here. I have been asked to leave and Friday is my last day.” I tried keeping a smile on my face as I saw the surprise on theirs. They didn’t see that coming.

“That’s bullshit!” I gasped slightly and straightened my back.

“That detention for you, Sarah!” I turned to the board and began the lesson.

*Three hours later*

I sighed as I pulled my coat on. I started walking through the school, all of the students had already disappeared home. I walked to the entrance where Yvette and I had agreed to meet up and waited for her there. I pulled my phone out and looked at the messages the boys had left me on twitter.

Niall – ‘Soon on the bloody ground! YAY! Can I have pancakes tonight?’
Liam – ‘Hey! Just wanted to let you know that the flight is on time! See ya soon!’
Harry – ‘Hello love. We are landing really soon! I’m guessing you just got off work so we’ll see you at home.’

I laughed at all of their messages and answered them all too. I figured that Zayn didn’t write anything to me because he wrote to Perrie. As I laughed again at how goofy the boys were Yvette walked out the door.

“What are you laughing about?” She raised her eyebrow at me. I shoved her for giving me a bitchy stare and she laughed.

“I was laughing at the boys. They keep on sending me messages about everything and nothing. It’s stupid.” I shrugged and began walking towards her car. I didn’t have a car and I didn’t plan on getting one. I was fine with taking the tube or having someone else driving me. She unlocked the car and we got in.

“So the boys are getting taxis to take them home?” I nodded and looked out the window. They were all coming to our place tonight and I had offered to cook for them. I didn’t plan on making pancakes so earlier I had to tell Niall he could get some, some other day. She started the car and began driving to our flat. We conversed lightly about small things at work and so on. When we arrived at the flat she parked the car and we walked into the building. We didn’t talk on the way to the flat but we smiled at each other now and then. I was thankful that she wasn’t the kind of person that talked too much. Even though she could ramble a lot sometimes, she kind of knew when to shut up. I was now unlocking the door and let her in before I walked in.

“I got to check if I have everything for tonight.” Yvette nodded before plopping down on the sofa and turning on the TV. I sighed at how comfortable she was here and went into the kitchen. I looked at the list I had left on the counter this morning that stated all of the things I needed for dinner. I check everything and noticed that I was missing a few things. “Yvie!” I called out and waited for her to come into the kitchen. She walked into the kitchen smiling and hopped up on the counter before speaking.

“What?” She didn’t sound rude at all, she just sounded bored. I laughed at her easy going nature and shook my head at her.

“I need you to go to the store for me.” I gave her a sweet smile and hoped she would say yes. She waited a while but then she nodded. “Thank you! Here a list.” I wrote down the few things I needed and gave it to her. “I’m gonna start with dinner and call Soph really quickly.” She hopped of the counter and hugged me really quick.

“Sure things darling! See you in a bit!” She skipped to the door, making me laugh loudly. When she shut it behind her I grabbed my phone and dialed Sophie’s number. As I waited for her to answer I pulled out the ingredients for Flying Jacob. For you who don’t what that is, it’s chicken, chili sauce, peanuts, bananas, bacon and whipped cream. I was going to remove the bacon because Zayn didn’t eat that. At first I decided to fry the chicken so I took out a pan and heated it up. I had my earphones on so that I could talk and work on the same time.

“Hello!” She answered the phone with a very happy tone which made me laugh.

Hello darling! How are you?” I smiled and placed the chicken on the pan.

I’m fine. You?

Same. They are coming home today.” I sighed to show how hopeless I felt. Even though I missed them I was afraid about the fact that I was seeing Louis again. He scared me.

Yeah I know. It’s all over the news. Apparently their tour went excellent!” She laughed and I joined in. It was always hilarious to read about things in the magazines, since we got the info first hand.

I know right!” The tour had gone amazing but there had been a lot of hiccups this time around. Dates that didn’t match and double sold tickets. It wasn’t because of the boys management, the venues were to blame for that. “They are coming home tonight…” I spoke softly and I knew she would understand why. She let out a small sigh and I could picture her shaking her head.

I am not going to yell at you again. I’ve done that enough.” She paused to see if I had anything to say, I didn’t. “Just see what happens tonight. And tomorrow. And then call me the day after tomorrow. I wanna now all the dirty little secrets!” I laughed and then realized that a lot was going to happen in the next couple of days. I took a deep breath and then spoke.

I really hope the drama stays on minimum.” I let out a small laugh and sighed again. “I really need to go, Soph. Making dinner for the boys. They should be here soon.” I spoke with a very monotone voice as I chopped the bananas.

Alright! Is Yvie coming?” I mumbled something that sounded like a yes. “Good. I wouldn’t want you to be alone with Louis right now. Oh no wait! I do want you to be alone with him and do naughty things but it is you who don’t want to! ” Her voice was thick with sarcasm and I just laughed at her.

What ever! I really need to go now. Yvie is coming back anytime soon so she will be my rock for tonight. Bye! ” Before she could respond I hung up. I didn’t want her to make remarks on how silly I was acting. A minute after I had pressed the little red button on the screen I got a text from the one and only, Sophie.

Sophie’s Pants – ‘I am really hurt that you hung up!! : ( But I hope tonight everything goes good and I do love you! <3’

I laughed at it but didn’t respond. I knew she didn’t expect me to so I didn’t feel like I had to. Right as I was starting to mix all the ingredients together the door opened. I was going to put it in the oven until the rice was done. I didn’t turn around to look at the person walking in because I thought it was Yvette. But when I heard other voices I whipped around and looked at all of the boys standing in the hall. A big smile formed on my lips as I looked at them. Perrie was also with them. Yvette walked in and smiled at me.

“Look who I found down stairs!” She motioned her hands to cover all of the boys and Perrie. I laughed and wiped my hands on a towel I had over my shoulder, like a real chef. I then walked over to them and started hugging all of them. I had met up with Perrie either here or at her house a couple of times but she and the girls had gone to Australia two months ago. They stayed there for the last two months and came home five days ago. When I hugged her she held me tight.

“Gosh, I have missed you!” She leaned back and gave me a huge smile. Before I could respond I was being pulled into another hug.

“My turn!” Harry shouted and it made everyone laugh.

“Move over Harry, my turn now.” Niall spoke with a pout. I laughed at how adorable he looked and hugged him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. I moved over to Liam and gave him a tight hug before going to Zayn. He gave me a sweet smile and hugged me tight.

“How are you, love?” He spoke as he leaned back. As soon as his arms left me they were around Perries waist. I smiled and answered quickly.

“I’m good. You?” He nodded as a reply and I looked around for Louis. He was no where in sight so I looked at Harry.

“Where is Lou?” He looked around too and then shrugged.

“He was with us just a second ago. Must’ve gone to his room.” He started walk towards the kitchen and Niall followed him.

“Should I talk to him?” They all stopped what they were doing and looked at me. All of them looked worried but I couldn’t understand why. Harry then looked over at Liam who shrugged.

“Yeah you should. Just go easy on him.” Liam spoke and gave me a weak smile. I looked over at Niall and Harry who were standing by the stove.

“Could you guys put that in the oven and then make some rice?” I gave them a sweet smile and they nodded. “Thank you.” I gave Yvette a look to tell her to watch them and then I walked towards Louis room. I knocked on the door but didn’t get an answer. I knocked again and still no sound from inside the room. I sighed and decided to ignore him ignoring the knocks and just walk in. I grabbed the handle and turned it to open the door. I took a deep breath before walking in. It felt weird being in here but some how it also felt right. As soon as I entered the room I saw Louis lying on the bed. It looked like he was crying because his shoulders were shaking. I closed the door behind me, not wanting the other hearing our conversation.

“Get out.” His voice startled me but I kept approaching his bed slowly.

“Louis…” I spoke his name so soft, almost as softly as if speaking to a broken mirror. His head snapped up and he looked at me with a tear stained face. I felt my heart break seeing him like this.

“Leave me alone, Jo.” His voice wasn’t harsh, it was broken. I took small steps towards him.

“Lou please…” He sighed and sat up.

“What do you want? It isn’t me so just…” He took a deep breath. “Please just talk about it with someone else.” He was looking at his hand and I realized what I had to do. Even though I couldn’t promise him my entire future I wanted him to have what he wanted right now. And I would be lying if I said I didn’t want him.

“That’s the thing, Lou.” He still wouldn’t look up at me. I sat down on the bed but his eyes wouldn’t meet mine. “Lou I wanna try.” He looked up at me slowly. His eyes full of confusion but also happiness.

“What?” I smiled as I blushed, my gaze moving to my hands.

“I said I want to try this, Louis.” I took a deep breath and began speaking again. “I can’t promise you that everything will be sunshine and roses all the time. I come with a lot of baggage. I mean a lot.” I sighed and looked up at him. “You already now I love you. Which is stupid because I haven’t known you for that long. I mean after a week I just knew. I really don’t want you to hate me, even though it would be a lot easier. I just want to -.”

He broke me off by pushing his lips onto mine. At first I didn’t know what to do but soon I began kissing him back. The kiss was innocent at first but soon he licked my lips asking for permission to enter. I separated my lips and gave him permission. Our tongues played in perfect harmony and I pressed him down on the bed. I straddled him and my hands started searching his body, feeling every muscle. His hands started to explore my body as well and I felt myself blush. I quickly got off him and sat on the side on the edge of the bed. I knew I shouldn’t be embarrassed but I didn’t like my body. I wasn’t thin. I know a lot of girls say that but I truly wasn’t. I am 167 cm and weight 90 kilograms. I had curves, and not the ones that you usually would want. I had stretch marks on my belly, boobs, legs, arms and back. I wasn’t the most beautiful, but I knew I was pretty. Sometimes. So when he started to feel my body all I could think off was that he would be disgusted.

I felt the bed move and soon his arms were around me. He was hugging me from the behind and I felt a tear slid down my cheek.

“What’s wrong?” He whispered in my ear. I felt goose bumps form on my entire body and I had to close my eyes for two seconds. I took a deep breath before plastering a smile on my face.

“Nothing.” I kissed his cheek and stood up. “Now lets eat.” I reached my hand out for him to take. He took it with a smile. As he laced our fingers together he gave me a look that told me he didn’t believe me. I let out a sigh. “We’ll talk about it some other time.” I smiled at him as we walked out to the others.
