Niall’s POV
‘’Dr. Bryant, are you sure there’s nothing we can do?’’ I sigh out as I sit in the chair I had pulled up beside the bed, my feet were hurting. Harry’s also in one, but we both still keep a hold of Jana’s hands.

‘’We could do a C-Section, but that would affect future pregnancies.. You to are wanting to continue on, correct?’’ He asks us. I gulp lightly, I wasn’t so sure on this at the moment. ‘’Yes. Of course.’’ Jana nods as she squirms a little, trying to get comfortable on the bed.

‘’Well, there’s not much we can do. We just increased the numbing and the pain medicines so that should help soon, whenever the baby decides to come out.’’ He tells us. ‘’How long does labor last? Like, at the most?’’ Harry asks curiously.

‘’It can go over twelve hours. It all depends on the baby and the mother.’’ Dr. Bryant says. ‘’Twelve.. hours.’’ Jana whispers. ‘’But Mrs. Horan, I’m sure you’ll be able to get him out soon. It shouldn’t take that long.’’ He assures her after hearing that not so happy filled comment.

“Ah! Fuck!’’ Jana suddenly yells, surprising everyone in the room. ‘’Baby?’’ I say, worried a little for her. ‘’Shit. Niall. Fuck!’’ He yells, squeezing the little life that was left in my hand away. ‘’Oh! I see! She’s contraction majorly!’’ The nurse happily says.

‘’Thank.. God.’’ Jana groans out before pushing a little. ‘’Alrighty Mrs. Horan, lets see if we can get him out.’’ Dr. Bryant says as the nurses each stand on the side of the bed near Jana’s knees. ‘’Whenever you feel like it, just push.’’ One of them tells her as she sits her hand on top of Jana’s knee.

Jana nods in return, nothing more nothing less. ‘’Niall!’’ She yells and I knew then that it was getting close to time. ‘’Honey just push as hard as you can.’’ The other nurse says. They both stare at the main attraction right now, waiting for any sign of the baby coming.

‘’C’mon baby, don’t think about the pain.’’ I say as I stand up and push the chair back with my foot. She nods a little as she takes a deep breath. ‘’Talk to me.’’ she sighs out. ‘’Tori told me the cutest thing earlier.. She said that she couldn’t wait to hold the baby. She said she was going to take good care of him.’’ I tell her.

She smiles lightly, but I knew it wasn’t quite working. ‘’Taylor’s probably passed out. Poor baby. Tori said she didn’t want to sleep because she didn’t wanna miss the baby. And Selena’s trying her best to stay up.’’ I say, just trying to catch her up on things.

‘’You know, this baby is totally going to be Daddy’s Boy, no matter what you say.’’ I wink at her as she looks at me and giggles lightly. ‘’No.. He’s not.’’ She sighs a little, keeping her gaze on me. ‘’Yes he is, he’s going to love me.’’ I say. ‘’I doubt that.’’ Jana smiles a little.

‘’Ow! Niall!’’ She squeezes my hand tight. ‘’Shh.. its okay. You want me to keep talking?” I ask. She shakes her head against the pillow from side to side. I sigh, hoping she would feel better soon, even though it was just going to get worse and worse until he’s completely out.

‘’Sing.’’ She breathless whispers. ‘’Alright, anything?” I ask. She only nods. I clear my throat and begin the soft singing to her, the volume I use when I sing her to sleep some nights, quiet but able to be heard.

‘’I figured it out. I figured it out from black and white, Seconds and hours, Maybe they had to take some time. I know how it goes, I know how it goes from wrong and right. Silence and sound, Did they ever hold each other tight. Like us? Did they ever fight/ Like us? You and I. We don't wanna be like them. We can make it 'til the end. Nothing can come between You and I. Not even the Gods above, Can separate the two of us, No, nothing can come between, You and I, Oh, you and I..’’

Selena’s POV
‘’Selly.. when’s Daddy and Mommy gonna be done?’’ Tori asks me as she sits in my lap, Taylor was asleep beside us on the couch. ‘’Well sweetie, I’m not really sure.’’ I say honestly.

‘’What are they doing in there?’’ She asks curiously. ‘’They’re getting the baby.’’ I say. ‘’Oh.. How?’’ She furrows her eyebrows at me. I gulp a little, this wasn’t my place to tell her. I’m not the person to say this, so I’ll just make something up.

That always works anyways.

‘’Well, the doctor has to do surgery on your Mommy’s tummy so they can get the baby.’’ I say, it was kinda true in some cases. ‘’I’ve had surgery before. Have you seen my scar?’’ She asks.

Thank God, she changed the topic. I was so nervous she would ending up asking how’d the baby get in her Mommy’s tummy, and I surely am not prepared for that stuff. I can hardly understand it myself, I’m kidding.

Tori lifts her purple pajama shirt up and points to her lower abdomen, just to the left of her belly button. There was five or so inch scar that one end disappeared under the waist band of her pajama pants.

I have seen the scar before, its pretty long. ‘’I know. I saw it before.’’ I tell her. ‘’My Daddy’s gotta scar too! On his leg.’’ She says. ‘’I know.’’ I nod. Tori was such a cutie, I loved her so much!

And Taylor too, of course! He’s an angel, and he loves me for some reason. Whenever they’re over at Harry’s he loves to sit with me, so I guess I’m his favorite now. Haha Harry. Yay! Now I have something to brag about!

‘’Wait.. Selly.’’ Tori mumbles, looking up at me with her eyebrows furrowed. ‘’Yeah?’’ I ask, looking back at her confused face. ‘’Is Uncle Harry getting a baby out of his tummy too?’’

I almost choke on my spit. I crack a smile and just lightly laugh to myself.

‘’No, He’s just in there to make sure your Daddy’s okay and calm.’’ I say and she just nods. Now I really have a story to tell.
