Niall POV

5 Days Later

The day has come right now I am going to leave now to train for Iraq a huge part of me does not want to leave my family behind, but as long I am healthy and alive I am going to continue to fight for my family and my country.

Rose had to leave to work early because she had to take care of an important client she is working with at the moment, I already said my farewell’s to her but now comes the hardest part saying goodbye to my 6 year old daughter.

Me: “Daddy is all set to travel back to camp right now Angel, please listen to daddy I will be back I promise you with all my heart I will be back. I will hug you again and kiss you at night before you sleep, I will sing your favourite song and you will to tell me all about your school experiences.”

Angel: “Do you really have to go daddy…” she hugged me with tears streaming down her face, it felt like someone just took my soul and dropped it to the floor. I just hugged my baby goodbye and I left the house, one more minute of seeing that sad face and I will not be a normal man again her sadness breaks my heart into pieces.

5 Hours Later

Luntenant Greg: “Niall report to the telephone booth there is an important call from home and they said it was urgent, it cannot wait any longer.”

What the hell could have be going on that was so urgent that it couldn’t wait, as soon as I picked up my phone and heard hysterical tears and yelling I knew something was wrong…

Notes

The whole family now knows that Niall is going to Iraq and Debbie told them about her cancer, but what happened with the family emergency?. To find out simply, wait for tomorrow's updates ;).
