Once In a Lifetime

H and I are holding hands walking to the restaurant. I realize there is something I need to talk to Harry about.
“H, we haven’t really discussed if we are letting people know about us or are we keeping it a secret for now?”
Harry pulls me aside to a quiet corner on the street near a cafe. “Do you have a preference?” He asks me.
I reply. “H, I just want to do whatever you think is best for you. I know things can get a little crazy for you with the media.”
H seems deep in thought. I wait patiently. Rubbing his hand with my thumb. It seems to calm him. The furrows on his forehead disappear.
“I know it would probably be wisest to keep it between us right now.” H says and I look down at the ground. “I understand. I really do.” I assure him.
H moves closer to me and speaks again. “The problem is I don’t think I can hide my feelings for you. And honestly, I don’t want to.” He leans in and kisses me.
“Are you sure,H? I will support you no matter what.” I tell him seriously.
He looks at me for a moment before answering. “I know you would and that is exactly
why I don’t want to hide how I feel about you. Lord knows I’ve done that for long enough already.” He smiles.
I return his smile. We head to the restaurant.
