Year Two

Skylar's P.O.V

I woke up to a strangely empty bed the next morning. I lay in Harrys bed, staring at the ceiling and going over what happened last night in my head. Rachel staying in her room. Luke and Ashton leaving. Harry and Louis coming back. Wait, so they did come back? Then how come Harrys not with me- I sigh, shaking my head on to pillow. I let out a strangled yawn and glance at the digital clock on the night stand, it clearly read 12:00am. My flight back to New York is at 6pm, so I only have 6 more hours with them.

I frown, pushing the sheets back and sleepily rubbing my eyes while I enter the bathroom. Once I had taken a shower, changed my clothes, and added a few swipes of mascara to my lashes, I still haven't seen Harry, Louis, or Rachel. Maybe they went somewhere? I quietly make my way down the stairs, and laugh slightly when I enter their living room. Harry and Louis were angled awkwardly on both sides of the couch, with Rachel's head was on Louis' lap and her feet on Harrys.

I nearly jump when Rachel lets out a small noise, followed by Harry and Louis. They all slowly open their eyes, rubbing them tiredly and looking at me confused.

"What time is it?" Louis asks, letting out a yawn.

"Around 12:00," I say, the corners of my mouth tugging into a small smile when they all look surprised.
Rachel quickly sits up, pushing her hair out of her face and blushing slightly.
"Well," she huffs, lifting herself off the couch. "I'm going to go take a shower."

"Me too," Louis replies quickly, before shaking his head and widening his eyes. "not with you, I mean after you." He stutters, pursing his lips before scurrying out of the room. Rachel leaves just as quick. I glance at Harry, who watches Rachel until she's upstairs. He meets my eyes, but looks away quickly while knotting his hands together.

"So-" I begin, but Harry quickly stands up and storms out of the room. I let out a breath and hang my head. I guess he'll be glad when I'm gone. Maybe I should leave earlier? With that thought in my mind, I pulled out my phone and rescheduled my flight so its in two hours. I glance around the house, knowing I'll miss this place, before trudging up the stairs and into Harrys room. I quickly pack up my stuff and call a cab. Rachel's still in the shower, and Harry doesn't seem to want to talk to me, so I guess I'll just ask Louis to tell them I'm leaving early. I carefully hop down the stairs with my luggage in the hand. I set it down in front of the door and walk into the kitchen.

"Hey Louis?" I call out, peering into the dinning area to find him and Harry eating.

"Hey-" I don't even get two words out before Harry jumps out of his chair and runs out of the room. I sigh sadly, before looking at Louis. "Could you tell Rachel and Harry that I'm leaving early? Harry obviously doesn't want to talk to me, and Rachel's in the shower." I explain. He nods slowly, shoving a spoonful of cereal in his mouth before waving at me. I smile at him before walking out of the room and back towards the door. Once I had opened it, the cab was already waiting on the street for me. I look back at the house before I grab my luggage wand walking towards the cab.
