Year Two

Lizzie's P.O.V.

I decided that I wanted to go back to school a before classes start because I don't like this lonely feeling I get at home since my dad is never here. I've seen a few old friends, and I've been texting my friends from Cambridge but that's about it.

I started packing a bag with a few different things that I would need, when I heard the front door open. I heard laughing from a man and woman.I peeked out of my door and saw it was my dad and some woman.

"Oh honey, I didn't know you were gonna be here right now." My dad said."Come here I want you to meet someone." The next hour of my life was filled with awkwardness. I didn't want to be there, and that lady seemed to have no intrest in me.

"It was nice meeting you, but I have to go finish packing, since im leaving later today."I said before quickly running to my room. I called a taxi and finished packing me couple of bags, making sure I had my blue dinosaur.

Twenty minutes later, I was in the cab and back to school.When I got there It was a bit lonely. I grabbed my three bags and went into the direction of my dorm.

"Need some help?"I turn around and see Michael.

"Mikey!"I yelled dropping my bags to hug him.

"Its nice to see you too."he chuckled.

"What are you doing here so early?"I asked.

"I didn't have anything better to do, so I figured why not settle in a little early." he said picking up one of my bags in each hand, while I carried the last.

We got up to my dorm and put my bags on my bed.We spent the next hour talking about everything and anything. It was so easy to talk to him, but I'm not sure of my feelings for him.I mean, he is great and all, but do I feel he's just a friend?

He suddenly got a phone call.

"Hello....Oh right sorry, I had to help Lizzie......yeah.....hold on" he put the phone away from his ear and turned to me.

"I kinda forgot that I left Caum back at ours alone, do you mind if he comes over?"Michael asks.

"Sure, I can order pizza."I say taking out my phone to place my order online.

Calum arrived 10 minutes before the pizza did.The rest of our night was spent eating pizza and watching movies.
