Delia's P.O.V.

"Do you haaave to go?" Niall asked, as I fastened the clasp on my bra.

I was sitting at the edge of his bed, redressing myself. It was my last day on campus and I had only dropped by his room to say goodbye. But of course that wasn't all that happened. This is how it had been with us since Halloween. We had been hooking up regularly. And our friendship had stayed intact. Despite his original worries that things would be weird if we were sleeping together, Niall found it easy to be friends. We had decided that it was definitely just sex. Neither of us were really the sort for relationships and so this was the best option for us both.

"Yes Niall, I have to go. My sister's coming to pick me up and she's should be here pretty soon. I really need to go back to the room and get my stuff" I mumbled, pulling my shirt on over my head and standing up.

He groaned slightly.

"I'm not gonna see you for a whole week" he complained.

I rolled my eyes.

"It's a week Ni. You'll survive" I told him, leaning over the bed to kiss his pout. He pulled me closer right away and I obliged happily for a minute or two before pulling away.

"Goodbye Niall" I grinned when we parted, pecking him again before getting up off of the bed completely and leaving his room.

It wasn't long afterwards that my sister picked me up and so my week off began. I knew I wouldn't be able to meet up with Niall at all over the week because he was going to Ireland to spend time with his family. However, there was other people to meet up with. I hung out with a few friends from my old college on the first day. I decided to ring Louis the next day because of the fact that there was a carnival going on near where I lived. I hardly wanted to go alone and Louis could get a big group to come. I had invited Demi and Eleanor as well.

They all agreed and Louis told me he'd bring people so I started to get ready right away. We were meeting at the entrance of the carnival at 8 o'clock.

By the time it was quarter to eight I was fully ready. My hair had been straightened and pinned back. I checked my reflection in the mirror one last time. I looked good.







I headed out of my room then, going downstairs.

"I'm going out!" I yelled to my mom as I pulled my bag off of the hook I had it on. I don't know if she heard me. If she did, she didn't bother replying so I just shrugged and walked outside. The carnival was close enough to my house so I just walked. It only took me ten minutes and when I arrived I found Louis chatting with Rachel and Harry.

"Hey" I gave them a smiled as I walked up to them.

"Deils, hey" Louis grinned as I got closer.

Both Harry and Rachel said hi. Louis flung an arm over my shoulder casually.

Only a few minutes after I arrived, Eleanor did. As soon as she walked over to us I noticed Rachel looking away. What the hell?

Demi arrived after her. Then Lizzie and Michael. And at long last Calum and Ashton. Rachel's face lit up slightly as Ashton arrived and she gave him a smile as he walked over to her. Louis glanced at them quickly before looking away, a somewhat annoyed look on his face.

"Well this is everyone now, let's go" I announced loudly. And so we headed into the carnival.

Once inside everyone broke up into groups. Rachel, Ashton and Calum headed off in one direction, Lizzie and Michael headed off in another. And so that left the five of us wandering around, browsing the different games.

"Ooh Harry! You have to do this!" Eleanor squeled, dragging him over to one of those Test Your Strength games. Harry was looking unusually moody. Though honestly it was pretty attractive on him. The whole smoulder thing he had going on was working.

Demi followed, giggling slightly as Harry did a façade of showing his muscles before lifting up the mallet.

While they were distracted I decided to question Louis.

"So.. you and Eleanor were together for a while, yeah?" I began, whispering so he could hear me.

He gave me a funny look before nodding.

"You obviously loved her?" I continued.

Again he looked confused.

"I did" he replied.

I nodded.

"Ahh.. I see. And now who would you say you were with longer - Eleanor or Rachel?" I asked, not pausing for breath.

"Eleanor. I was only with Rachel for maybe-" he began but cut himself off suddenly, his eyes widening.

"I-I-" he began stuttering but I just grinned.

"I knew it! You still like her" I announced.

He bit his lip.

"Delia, you can't tell anyone about this. If Harry found out he'd kill me" he said quickly, obviously worried.

I giggled.

"I wont, relax. But you do still like her right? I see the way you look at her" I laughed, giving him googly eyes.

He rolled his eyes.

"I don't look at her in any way. Not that it would matter if I did. She seems to have moved on pretty quickly" he muttered more to himself.

I sighed wrapping an arm around his torso. He slung an arm over my shoulder in response.

"Well you never know Lou.. Things might work out" I reminded him.

It was then that I noticed Eleanor looking at us, her happy go-lucky mood seemed to have faded away. She was almost glaring at us.

I decided to just ignore it, very comfortable with how Louis was holding me.
