Stay With Me

Niall's eyes open as he feels a hand on his face. He sees Tori starring at him with a frown and tears dripping from her eyes. ''What's wrong babe?''He asks her.''Some one at da door Daddy..it wake me up.''She sniffs.''Lets go see who it is..''he mumbles and she nods lightly as he stands.

Niall puts on some sweat pants, no shirt though, and carries Tori in his arm to the door. he opens it to find Micheal standing there. ''Hey.''He smiles gently.''Hey..do you need to speak with Jana?''Niall asks him.''Yeah, and you. Its nothing bad..I just have few things to ask.''He laughs lightly.

After putting Tori down, Niall bends down to her level. ''Go get Mommy okay?''He whispers to her and she nods as she runs off. ''Here, have a seat.''Niall offers as he brings Micheal to the kitchen table. He sits down, Niall sits across from him.

''What do you need Ni?''Jana asks as she walks into the kitchen.''Oh, hey Micheal. Did you need something?''She adds as she sits down beside Niall. Tori climbs into his lap and sits facing him, messing on his phone as always.

''I just needed to ask you something.''Micheal clears his throat.''I need to know something, from Niall.''He adds. Niall looks at him. ''Listen man, I really want you to take care of Jana okay?''He says. Niall nods and he continues on.

''i understand how much you love her. I can never know her the way you do.. Please, do me a favor. It might be the biggest favor in the world..but please..take care of her. I don't want Tori growing up thinking her father was a piece of shit..even though I am.''

''My point is..Jana..Niall.., I don't want you to tell Tori who I am or anything about me. If she asks who I am..make up something..but I don't want her to know I'm her father.She's better off not knowing.I'd hate for her to be ashamed.''He pauses.

''I understand.''Jana mumbles. Niall doesn't say anything though. But he does sigh to himself. He looks down at Tori's beautiful blue eye that stare up at him. A sweet small smile on her face. He kisses her forehead.

He couldn't imagine being in Micheal's shoes..mainly because....


he doesn't want to be.
