''I don't care, you know.''Jana says as Niall complains about Tori's lack of sleeping at night.''You should care. She's your daughter.''He reminds her. ''She might as well be yours..''she mumbles under her breath as she leans against the counter.
''And why is that?''He asks her.''She loves you way more than she loves me.'' Jana sighs out.''No she doesn't.''Niall assures her.''Yes she does,Niall..she loves you way way way more.She doesn't even want to spend time with me.''She whispers.''So that's what this is all about?''Niall asks.
''What do you mean all of this?''She asks and looks up at him.''This past week you barely talk to me and you barely come out of the bedroom..'' ''Niall, that's not even one of the reasons..if can't see the reasons..then you're totally blind.''She says and walks past him and into the bedroom.
He follows her and shuts the door behind him.''What's up with you babe?''He asks as she sits down on the bed. He pulls her up though, and puts his hand on her waist.
''Your mom wants us to move over there. Your dad doesn't even like me. Neither does Greg...your entire Family either wants something from me..or hates me.''She admits her feelings about the subject.
''Babe.That's stupid.''Niall says and puts both his hands on her cheeks, his fingers brush against each of her ears.''You know my mom loves you, so does my dad, and Greg..And no, if you don't want to go to London, then we don't have to.''He whispers.
Jana's arms go around him quickly and he holds her tight, leaning his chin on her head. ''I love you baby..I would never do anything you didn't want to do.''Niall assures her and she snifs and squeezes him tightly.
She leans back up and he looks down at her.''Listen..about the whole problem with Tori not sleeping..I have a solution.''He smiles lightly and she raises her eyebrows.''What is it?''She asks him.''You'll see soon.''He winks and she smiles as he kisses her softly.
That night..
Jana leans against the door frame of Tori's room and watches Niall. Niall kneels on the floor so he's level with the short bed. He leans on the edge and Tori smiles at him.
''I wanna sweep with you Daddy.''She whines softly.''No babe.I told you. You need to be a big girl tonight.''He mumbles to her.''But..but.''She sniffs.''Tori, I promise baby, I'll check up on you.''Niall says to her and she nods with a small pout on her face.
''Can I watch t-b?''She asks him.''Sure babe.What do you wanna watch?''He asks and walks over to the flat screen that hangs on the wall. Its not too big, perfect for the room though.''Spongebob!''She squeals.He smiles as he changes the channel and sets the timer. It will go off in an hour.
He walks back over to her bed and turns the lamp off.''I love you.''He whispers and kisses her lips gently.She kisses him back.''Wove you daddy.''She mumbles and he smiles. He checks the cover that is tucked around her and he walks out of the room, shutting the door all the way.
''I hope this works.''He whispers to Jana as they walk into her room.''It will.''She smiles lightly as she lies down and waits for Niall to undress himself and climb into the bed with her.
''so can we..try?''Niall whispers as he climbs on top of Jana, a hand holding him up.''I dunno..if you wanna.''She mumbles with a shy smile and major blushing.''I do..you think we should wait 'til tomorrow? I can get some to keep Tori..''He whispers and she nods.
''That sounds good.''She mumbles.''M'kay..its a plan.''He winks and places a sweet, nice kiss on her lips before lying down and cuddling next to her.
