"I have to call my little princess.''Niall says as he takes out his phone. Jana smiles as she sits on the bed in one of his shirts. He slides his jeans off as the phone is stuck between his ear and shoulder.

Lou answers.''hey, let me talk to Tori.''he say.''Okay.''She says and Niall waits to hear that sweet voice of hers.Finally, he does.''Hi Ni Ni!''She says excitingly.''Hi Baby. What are you doing?''he asks her.''Getting 'weady for bed.What are you doin' Ni Ni?''Tori's giggly voice asks him. He smiles.

''I'm lying in the bed.''He tells her.''When I come home?''She asks while yawning.''Lou's gonna bring you home in the morning.''he informs her.''Did you have a nice day with Lux?''he adds.

''Yep. She my best friend Ni Ni.''Tori says.''Cool. Okay, well I have to go to sleep. I love you babe.''He smiles slightly.''I wove you too Ni Ni. tell my Mama I wove her too.''She says.''I will, bye.'' ''Bye Ni Ni.''

Niall ends the phone call and turns the lamp off. Jana's body close to his as he pulls the cover over them.''She said she loves you.''He whispers.''I figured.''She smiles.''We never finished that kiss.''Niall mumbles.

''In the morning.''She sighs sleepily.''Oh, okay.''he says and puts his arms around her.''I love you Jana.''He says.''I love you too Niall.'' That made him feel good. He smiles and kisses the top of her head as she leans against his chest.

Finally, he knows that she isn't mad. The only thing pissing him off is Tori's 'so called' 'dad'..

1 Week Later..
Niall opens his eyes as he hears talking. A voice he's sure he's never heard before. He gets out of the bed and slides on some pajama pants and a muscle shirt. He walks out of the bed room and goes to Tori's room. She smiles brightly and jumps up as the door opens.

''Ni Ni!''She squeals and he takes her hand as she reaches for his. Together, they walk into the living room. Niall stops walking as his eyes meet those of the stranger, but he knows exactly who it is.

''Jana, who's that?''Micheal asks her. She turns around and sighs softly.''Um, this is Niall..my..um..''She hesitates.''Her boyfriend.''Niall finishes for her and she nods.''This is Tori.''She adds and gestures towards Tori. Micheal bends down. ''Hi there.''He smiles.

Tori slides behind Niall's leg, and she holds onto it. He puts his hand by her head, keeping her hiden from him.''So..she thinks he's her..ya know.''Micheal mumbles to Jana.''Actually..no. She doens't even know what that is.''Jana shrugs gently. Niall's eyes stare a hole straight through Micheal.

''Anyways,here.''Micheal hands her the check. Usually it would be mailed. She smiles gently and holds it in her hand.''Can you sign this for the court?''He asks and hands her the paper.''Sure..I'll go get a pen.''She says and walks into the bedroom.

Leaving Niall alone with Micheal, that wasn't a smooth move..
