Percy Jackson/1D And The Oath

Bright, early in the morning, the Apollo cabin as always was rowdy.

"Bulls eye! You lose! Again" Kamiela mocked her little sister Brianna.

Brianna said angrily "Not fair! You cheated!"

Kamiela snorted "Oh yeah? How did I cheat?"

Brianna just glowered Kamiela sighed then turned to her and said "Okay, if you want to do better, relax you're grip on the bow, only hold the string with two fingers"

Brianna nodded, eagerly following her half sisters advice.

Brianna and Kamiela were both Apollo children, they were outside their cabin, practising.

Inside the cabin, quite a few Apollo children were singing songs. Tony a newbie, he was 9 years old was even practising some poems he'd written though were no better than his fathers...Maybe even worse which was an achievement.

Megan was with them to but she was just tending to Oliver, who had his leg chipped by an Arrow by accident and it had gotten infected.

Megan scowled "Its your fault, you know, you shouldn't of gotten in the way of his practising"
Oliver snapped out of his daze as he was listening to the very pretty Aphrodite girl talk then huffed, looking irritably at the Tony.

"I expected a kid of Apollo to have better aim, who aims at the ground?"

Tony flushed red, not meeting the older boys eyes, he said, his voice wavering "Sorry, the bow was heavy! I'm only small and..."

Megan sighed "Its fine, Tony"

Tony reddened even more as she spoke to him and shied away from her.

Brianna teased, ignoring everything else that was going on "So, how are you and Jason getting along?"

Kamiela smile brightened and she beamed "Really well...Actually"

Brianna rigged her eyebrows "How well?"

Kamiela laughed and nudged the younger girl "Brianna! How old are you? You sound like a Aphrodite kid"

Brianna rolled her eyes "Thanks, though really-"

"Megan! Come quickly!"

Everyone turned around to see Niall, in front of them, panting slightly, he looked in a bit of shock and deep stress, urgency could be heard laced through his voice.

"You better see this" Niall said shakily.

Megan asked hurriedly "What is it?" As she ran over to him, forgetting about Oliver, who fell over with a pained "Oof"

The whole Apollo cabin looked like they all wanted to come and see what was so interesting.

Niall shook his head and said "Its to crowded in there as it is, only a few of you can come"

Kamiela looked at Brianna "Want to find out whats going on?"

Brianna nodded eagerly "Do I ever"

They weren't aware that they probably would of wished they'd stayed in the Cabin as soon as they saw what was going on.

Megan, Kamiela and Brianna all stared at was happening before.

"What happened?" Megan stammered, rushing over to one of the patients in the medical bay

She was shivering violently. And Joanne who was there came over to Megan "Her names Victoria, she's from the Hermes cabin, just come in, with the same symptoms"

Joanne went through them "They can catch the illness in seconds, so far we've got Lily, Will, Pepper. Piper, Harris, Richard, Jenny, Ollie, Tyler, Tabbither, Kian, Scott, Simon, Jane, Danny, Sarah, Aaron, Amy and...And Two demigods have just died from the same illness..."

Megan gasped horrified "Who was it?"

Megan and Brianna all stared at all the sick demigods, Joanne news making them feel green and Kamiela tried not to throw up.

Joanne said shakily "Karen from the your Cabin and Thomson from the Hermes Cabin"

Kamiela noticed that the demigods that went on the quest last year where also here but luckily they weren't patients. Niall, Liam and Zayn was there, along with Zayns brother Nico. Louis was also there which Kamiela was surprised about Louis normally didn't come out of his cabin that much and rarely talked to other people, other than Niall, Zayn and Liam...And Harry, before he disappeared that is...

Megan was suppressing tears, she had lost people before so it almost felt like she was used to it but it was a bit of a shock.

Brianna asked "How come we didn't know about this?!"

Joanne said slowly "You're camp, Poseidon, Hades, Zeus and Ares Cabin haven't been infected yet...It infects at random, we're not sure how the sickness travels though its probably only a matter of time before you're camp is affected"

Brianna and Kamiela both paled, looking fearful.

Kamiela tried desperately to get her mind of it then she noted that one of the girl patients seemed fine? She seemed to be arguing with Louis?

"Who's that?" Kamiela asked.

Joanne answered first before Megan could, scowling "Thats Meredith, she had the illness first but she must of had only a small dose of it, she was pretty sick for a few hours then as soon as she got over the worst, she was better, like that" Joanne clicked her fingers.

"Thats strange" Brianna said frowning.

Joanne then said "We think i'll be like that for the rest of them, they'll get very sick then at some sort of stage when they start vomiting blood, soon after that they'll either live like Meredith did and become immune or become like T-Thomas a-and Karen."

Joanne shuddered, trailing of...

Brianna, Megan and Kamiela paled even more.

Nico stared at the ill Demigods. They all were either unconscious, sweating and trembling, or their eyes were open but unseeing, accusingly yelling in pain but that was it.

Nico noticed a boy he recognised more because he was with that new Zeus girl? Elise wasn't it? Elise was on a bed but luckily she wasn't ill like the rest of the patients, she had been cleaning up quite nicely and was now helping Joanne
, now Megan with the patients.

Elise was a bit of a mystery, people, apart from Louis tended to stay clear of her, her father tried to kill her, there was obviously a good reason for that somewhere so it just seemed logical to avoid someone who the king of the gods wanted to kill.

Who are you Elise? Nico wondered.

Nico scanned his eyes over the boy, wondering what Cabin he came from and why he was interacting with the cursed Zeus girl, also was it him or did the boys hair keep on changing colour? The boy was leaning over someone else but spoke quietly with the Zeus girl, she gave him a sad smile before walking of to help with some more patients.

Nico walked over to him "Hey" He said.

The boy looked up sharply, his eyes widening and his cheeks flushing.
"H-hey" The boy stammered "You're N-Nico right?”

Nico smiled slightly at being recognised, usually he was just ignored...Or feared.

"I'm Jake, Hecate's kid”

He raised his eyebrows, that explained the magical changing hair Nico thought. Realising he quite liked the wacky look he smiled bigger at Jake, then turned more serious as he asked "Half brother?"

Nico nodded towards the other smaller boy Jake had been leaning over. Jake bit his lip as he said slowly "Full Brother actually...He was s-sick and I-I…"

Jake shuddered, turning himself away from Nico. Trying not to loose it in front of Nico, wiping at his eyes, trying not to cry. Nico stood there awkwardly, not sure how to comfort the boy. What should he do? He sucked at comforting people! Nico, feeling like he should do something, reached out hesitantly but stiffened in surprised as Jake ,realising Nico was offering comfort, hugged him suddenly and cried on Nico's chest.
Nico didn't know what to think…

Nico saw Zayn smirk at him then give him the thumbs up, Nico scowled at him.

Louis watched Zayn suddenly smirk then looked to see Nico awkwardly comforting the Hecate kid, Jake.

Louis grinned, holding back a laugh.

Meredith’s eyes narrowed and she said irritably "There are people dying here and you're laughing?"

Louis quickly shut himself up and he said angrily "It wasn't them I was, ugh, never mind”

Meredith rolled her eyes then Joanne suddenly appeared near them like she had just appeared out of thin air and piped up "Chiron is having a meeting about this sickness in like, 10 minutes and Meredith you're free to go, although I suggest you don't live with that many people at first and someone should stay with you"

Joanne looked at the closest person to her and hesitated then remembered Meredith stealing her plant again, about a week back and said knowing Meredith would hate it
"Louis, would you do it? Thanks"

Before Louis could respond Joanne quickly hurried away.

They looked at each other as both said "Wait, WHAT?!"
