Niall’s P.O.V.

I woke up to the sound of the ocean waves and the seagulls. But most importantly I woke up to lyric poking my cheeks.
“Get up Ni, get up Ni” she repeated
“I’m up babe I’m up.” I said sitting up and rubbing my eyes. Lyric unzipped the door to the tent and in came the sun light.
“Oh god close it.” I said turning my head away causing her to giggle.
“Sucks right.” She said getting out and extending a hand out to me. I grabbed her hand and she pulled me up. I walked towards the boys and Liam handed me a sandwich. I gladly accepted it and looked out onto the ocean.

Lyric’s P.O.V.
We were all eating our sandwiches in silence until my phone started ringing. I took it out and answered. It was Sydney.
*her and Sydney’s conversation.*
“Hey babe what’s up?” I said walking away from the guys.
“Ok if I tell you this please don’t freak out.” She said overly excited
“Ok I promise.” I said chuckling
“you were nominated for best female athlete for the Teens choice awards!!!” she said and screamed
“Haha are you serious Haha whooooo” I said jumping up and down and screamed almost fangirling. Haha I’m fangirling.
“Ok what day is it today” I asked
“Um I think it’s the 20th of June” Syd said
“Ok when is the award show” I asked
“Umm August 11th” she said still fangirling
“Haha oh my god are you sure” I asked
“I’m sure it says you are” she said laughing
“ok well vote for me like a lot” I said giggling
“ok I will” she replied
“ok I have to go love you take care” I said
“love you too” she said
*end of phone conversation*
With that I hung up the phone and ran towards the boys and jumped on them.
“Whoa whoa whoa” they all said stumbling backwards.
“What happened” Zayn asked regaining his balance
“I got nominated for best female athlete on the teens choice awards” I said jumping up and down.
“and you’ve never been nominated for it before” Liam asked
“no only for the kids choice awards I won both of the times I was nominated.” I said
“Well congratulations babe” niall said giving me a peck on the lips.
“Group hug” Louis exclaimed. We all had a group hug. We all packed up our stuff and walked towards the car. We placed everything in the trunk of the car and we all piled into the car and we left.
*a couple of hours later*
We were all in my living room watching a movie when I heard the door bell ring
“I got it” I said getting up and answering the door.
“oh hey Austin what’s up” I said
“well me and the boys were wondering if you wanted to play a game of baseball with us” he said smiling
“I would love to but I don’t have my gear and what about the boys.” I said my smile fading
“you can use ours and the guys can play if they want. And they can use our equipment too.” He said
“ok I’ll tell them just give me a minute to change and we’ll be over in a minute” I said before closing the door. I walked into the living room and asked them
“Hey do you guys want to play baseball” I asked smiling
“but we don’t know how to play” Zayn said
“can you throw a ball” I asked they nodded their heads. “can you catch a ball” I asked they nodded “can you bat” I asked
“that depends” Louis said
“oh who cares come on go and change so we can play before we leave for London. They boys got up off the couch and walked to their rooms. And I followed niall into mine. And I quickly changed into this http://www.polyvore.com/workout_clothes/set?id=89249303
And I walked down the stairs and grabbed some water bottles and waited for the boys. Once we were all done changing. We left towards the park. We got to the park and I introduced the boys to my friends.
“Are they all boys” niall asked
“Yeah none of the other girls could make it.” I shrugged my shoulders.
“ok guys remember we are professionals ok so don’t worry if you suck ok.” I said to them I gave them each a glove and I put my gear on. I put my fingers in my mouth and whistled to get Austin’s attention. Then I waved him over.
“ok remember they might suck ok so tell the other boys ok and remember you asked us so its your fault.” I said.
“ok guys get in a line we are gonna split into teams.” Matt said. We all got into a line except the team captains which are Matt and Zack. There are exactly 20 players so each team captain picks ten players. Matt and zack flipped a coin and zack called heads but It landed on tails so matt chooses first.
“ok I pick lyric.” I walked over to him and gave him a high five then I stood next to him and looked over at the players.
“I pick Alex.” Zack said
“Yo pick Liam” I said “trust me do it” I whispered
“Um I pick Liam.” Matt said. Liam smiled and walked over to us and I gave him a high five.

Our team consisted of Matt, Austin, Liam, Isaac, Harry, Scott, Luke, Tyler, Lucas, Drake and me.
The other team consisted of Zack, Jason, Zayn, Blake, Louis, Logan, Niall, Colton, Drew, Josh, Mike.
I walked over to Zack and covered my mouth.
“hey dude with Liam and Harry don’t get them out on first or second let them go and them get them out on third or home ok ‘cause they’re just starting ok.” I said
“Alright” he said before walking over to his teammates and told them. We were batting first so we let Liam go first. I gave him the batting gloves for him to put on. And then I handed him the helmet and bat. Liam walked up to the base and got ready to bat.
“Remember follow through with the swing.” I yelled so he could hear. Drew who was the pitcher threw the ball and it was a strike but Liam didn’t swing at it.
“Ok come on babe just look at the ball.” I said. Drew wound up and threw the ball. And Liam hit it all the way to the fence it wasn’t a home run but all the way to the fence.he dropped the bat and ran to first and went half way to second but then came back.
“good job Liam that was awesome.” Tyler said giving him a thumbs up and Liam smiled widely. Isaac walked up to the base and got ready. Drew threw it and Isaac hit the ball. And Liam took off running and made it to third and Isaac made it to second. Drake was up to bat next but he bunt the ball sending it in the middle of third base and short stop. The third base man snatched it up and threw to first but he made it a second before the ball got there. So the bases were loaded and I was up next. I put on the helmet grabbed a bat and walked out of the dugout. As I was walking to the base niall whistled at me. I stopped dead in my tracks looked up at him and he was smirking.
“Shut up horan” I said trying to hold back my laughter. I walked up to the base and looked at the pitcher. He wound up and threw it but I let it go.
“Ooohhh she’s lost her touch ouch.” Colton said. I stepped out of the batter’s box and looked him dead in the eye.
“If I hear one more word come out of your mouth I swear to god I’m gonna shove this bat so far up your ass it’s gonna come out your nose.” I said. This earned the laughs of some of the guys.
I focused and went back to batting. Drew threw the ball and I hit it. And of course it was a home run. They guys started to cheer and as I jogged by Colton I stuck out the middle finger. And he put his hand over his heart and gasped over dramatically making me laugh. When I got to home base they all started to hit my helmet as they cheered. I walked into the dugout and gave Liam a hug.
“Oh my god that was amazing Liam.” I said pulling away from the hug. “Feels awesome doesn’t it.” I said smirking
“Yeah that felt good.” he said smiling
“damn it I should’ve recorded that” I said. Before we knew it we all ready got five runs in so it was our turn to be out in the field.
“Ok so what position do you want to do.” I asked Liam as I put on the gear
“I don’t know.erm could I do right field” he asked unsure
“Of course” I said handing him a glove and pushing him out of the dugout and onto the field. I told the rest of the guys what I told Zack to tell his teammates to do but with Louis, Zayn, and Niall. Of course Niall went first to bat. He walked up to the base and looked at the pitcher. Tyler wound up and threw and Niall made contact. I went out to the field and they were going to throw to third since Niall just took off but I told them to throw it to me instead. Once I had the ball I turned around and saw Niall coming. I stood in front of the base and as he got closer I ran towards him and tackled him to ground. And he landed with a loud thud.
“oooohhhh ahhhhh” everyone said once Niall hit the ground. Niall lay there on the ground groaning. I bent down next to him took off his helmet and I stuck out three fingers.
“ok babe how many fingers am I holding up” I asked
“three” he said
“ok what’s your name”
“erm Niall” he said
“Ok then you’re good. You’re fine you’re fine just walk it off.” I said tapping his cheeks and helping him up then kissing his cheeks. I turned and everyone was staring at me.
“Ok now that should be a warning. And that was my boyfriend so imagine what’s gonna happen to you.” I said pointing at all of them then putting on my helmet.
*a few hours later*
We had won 15-10. Right now we are packing up and I’m hugging all the guys goodbye and as did the boys. We all got home and quickly showered and changed since our flight left at 9 and right now it was 7. I got out of the shower and changed into this http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89310121
we drove to the air port and waited until our flight was called.
“flight 456 to London is now boarding” the lady over the speakers said. We grabbed our stuff and left. We gave our tickets to the lady and boarded the plane and found our seats. I sat down put my head on Niall shoulder.
“Oh babe I almost forgot I’m sorry.” I said yawning.
“For what” he asked
“For tackling you” I said softly giggling
“its fine it didn’t even hurt.” He said
“sure it didn’t.” I said smirking
“but why were you asking me those questions.” He asked
“oh just to
make sure you didn’t have a concussion ‘cause I’ve tackled some girls and they got some really bad concussions some even get knocked out so I was just checking.” I said yawning on the last part
“are you tired princess” niall asked. And I nodded my head. I nuzzled my face into the crook of his neck and I slowly drifted off to sleep.
“good night princess I love you” niall whispered right before I fell asleep.
