I'll Be Superhuman

Liliya, Minette, and Perrie were busy getting ready for the dance at Perrie's place. Liliya was getting her hair done by Storm while Perrie was helping Minette with her nails. "I can't believe that Louis asked you Minnie! You guys are so cute."
"We are just friends for like the 50th time!" Minette shot a glare and Liliya, who just made a kissy face at her.

Perrie couldn't help but laugh her new friends. She was really glad to have the girls. Before it was just her and Zayn…none of the other students liked them very much. But now…Perrie has gained a lot of friends. They finished up with hair and nails. So it was time to put on their dresses. Perrie was wearing an all black one. She really liked how it looked with her hair. And she knew that Zayn would drop dead when he saw her.

Liliya was going with Harry…which upset Andrew. They recently started talking again but not a whole lot. Liliya still didn't like how he was all weird about her with Harry. Perrie comes out and Liliya just smiles. "Looking smoking Perrie! Zayn will die right on the spot!"
"Thanks Lilly…okay you go now!!" Liliya reluctantly gets up and changes in to her dress. Liliya wasn't too big on this whole dance thing…but everyone was going so she couldn't just sit in her room like some loser. So she is going. It helped that Harry asked her…because she couldn't really say no to him after she busted his ribs.

Minette was anxiously waiting for Liliya to come out and when she did…Minette rushed over. "Lilly!!! You look so pretty! Harry's thoughts are going to be risqué tonight!"
"Minnie!!! You shut up! Go change the boys are probably waiting!" Liliya just lightly slapped her while Minette just smiled and went to put on her dress. She was kind of nervous because well Louis asked her to the dance. And Minette wasn't quite sure what that meant for their friendship now

Harry and Louis were waiting outside the girl's wing. Harry was pacing back and forth. Zayn was late and he had no idea why. Harry was more focused on what he was going to do with Liliya when she came into view. He knew that she would look stunning because well she always was. It bothered him that she has been talking to Andrew a bit more. But she said he had nothing to worry about. So here he was worrying anyways.

Louis just sat there watching Harry pace back and forth. Louis's leg was moving so fast no one could see it anymore. He was just bouncing it up and down but right now he felt like he might puke. He worked up his courage and asked Minette to the dance. Sort of as friends but sort of as more. He really liked her…it was just easy to be with her. She would catch him staring lately. He liked how intense she got when she was doing homework or how blue her eyes were. He also liked that she had a good sense of humor. He heard their voices. He looked at Harry. "Where the hell is Zayn?"

Zayn was not planning on going to the dance. He had another agenda to do. He knew Perrie would be upset but if he got the shot then they could dance all they wanted. He was about to leave when his mom stopped him. "Zayn, honey are you sure about this? Once its done…you can't go back…I'm not sure if Professor will let you back in…this is huge."
"I'm sure Mom…I think its for the best." His mom just let him go. She understands…he knew she was once this desperate. He started walking towards the city…hoping that Perrie will still want him after this.

Liliya was excited and nervous all at the same time. They got out of their wing and her eyes landed on Harry. He looked great in what he was wearing. His jaw dropped open. She smiled and quickly walked over. "Do you like it?" She twirled around and looked at Harry. "I…you…the…wow."
"Thanks Curly." She sent him a wink. He bent down and kissed her on the cheek.

Louis was fairly certain he died and went to heaven. Minette looked like a vision in her dress. He got up and sped over there. Which caused her to laugh. Shit he must've used his power because she hadn't even taken a step. He looked over and Harry who was practically drooling over Liliya. "Minnie you look…just amazing."
"Thanks Louis you look nice too." He just smiles at her. This is when things get a little grey. Now since he likes her as more than a friend…he feels like he should kiss her on the cheek. But he knows that friends don't do that. Maybe the hand?

Perrie was looking at the others being all cute. Hell Louis kissed Minette on the hand which made her turn a deep red. Harry was still busy trying to form a legit sentence. While she was here wandering where the hell Zayn was. Then it hit her. Oh no. He better not be…she just runs towards his house. When she gets there his mom answers. "He already left…Perrie…I don't know if--"
"Well I have to try!" Then she ran off towards the city. Praying that she will get run into him before he makes the stupidest decision ever.

Harry noticed that Perrie ran off to Zayn's house. He decided that they will work it out. Zayn was always awful with time. He just took Liliya's hand into his and lead her to where the dance was. He looked down and saw how her eyes light up when she saw everything. "Let me guess…your first dance?" She just nodded and smiled. Then dragged him out to the floor to dance with her. He really hoped she didn't get an attack while here. But since she has been talking a little bit to Andrew she didn't seem so on edge.

Minette almost died when Louis kissed her hand. She was worried about Zayn and Perrie though. It's been an hour and they are still nowhere to be seen. But she was sure they were okay. Her eyes spotted Harry and Liliya laughing on the side while taking a break from dancing. She was really glad that Liliya has gotten better. No more major attacks but every so often she would get a small one. She quickly snapped her focus back to Louis whose hand was slowly drifting down her back. He stopped when he got to the small of her back right above her butt.

Zayn rounded the corner and continued to walk until someone grabbed the back of his shirt and yanked him. Thunder and lightening cracked across the sky. No rain just thunder and lightening. Zayn knew who it was instantly. He turned around and came face to face with a very angry looking Perrie. He's only once seen her this made…her eyes were clouded with grey. "Perrie what are--"
"Stopping you from doing this!" Her eyes cleared up and now she just looked sad but still angry because another clap of thunder sounded.
"Perrie is it my choice! Not yours." He went to leave again when Perrie grabbed his shirt and spun him back around. Zayn braced for another round of shouting. But instead he felt lips crash into his. His eyes widened when he realized that he was kissing Perrie. He quickly pushed her off. She was just smirking at him. "What the hell Perrie?! YOU COULD HAVE DIED!"
"But I didn't. See perfectly fine." She was right. She was fine and he didn't get any sort of power or memory from her. His hand traced his lips…he touched her and nothing happened because he would never hurt her. "Oh my god Perrie…I…I'm in control."

Niall and Liam were over at Andrew's playing on his Xbox. Niall noticed that Andrew was a lot happier these past few weeks. Which only meant one thing…either he met a new girl or Liliya was talking to him again. He was betting it was the latter. Which Niall didn't really like…he couldn't seem to shake Liliya from his head. Andrew invited them over on the grounds that he didn't want to be alone tonight. "So why are we over here the weekend before finals? My dad almost killed me when I told him." Which was true. His dad was a very strict man…probably why his mom left.

"Liliya is at a dance with Harry tonight so I just couldn't sit around waiting for a text back knowing that she could be grinding--"
"Please don't continue that sentence." Niall felt a bit sick knowing that Liliya was potentially dating another guy. Whoever this Harry guy is…Niall didn't like him one bit. At least he knew Andrew would be nice to Liliya…who knew what Harry would do.

"I thought she went to a boarding school?" Liam was kind of confused. There were no boy and girl boarding schools in this area. Andrew's eyes widened.
"Its like a joint thing I don't know all I know is that I couldn't be invited…we weren't really talking when she was asked anyways." Liam just nodded then he realized that Minette went to the same school. Did she have a date? Not like it mattered really she seemed freaked out the last time they saw each other. Liam was just focusing on the audition they had in a couple of weeks. Him and Niall were beyond excited and Andrew was planning on coming out to support them. Niall's dad frowned on it since mutants were allowed to mix with them. Liam really hated Niall's dad. Which is why he never went over there. If they were hanging out at Niall's parents Liam made sure it was at his mom's…because at least Maura was okay with mutants.

The dance was finally over but Liliya didn't want the night to end so her and Harry went out to the garden and walked around. Minette and Louis went back to their room. Harry was holding her hand. "Hey I learned a new trick wanna see it?" She smiled up at Harry, who looked at her with worry.
"Um…is it safe?" She just nodded and then focused on vanishing from sight.

One second she was there then she wasn't. Harry's jaw just dropped. She just vanished. Then he heard her giggle and slowly reappear. "I don't know if I like that trick very much."
"I have another one." Then she just suddenly became all water. Like her whole body. Harry just stood there unsure of what to think. Is it bad that he is kind of turned on by this?

"I can still hear what you think Harry." Harry's eyes snapped to where Liliya's eyes should be. God damn it. He hated when she and Minette did this…his thoughts should be his own. Liliya turned back to her human form and hugged him. Harry wrapped his arms around her tiny frame. Then he just decided to go for it. He lifted her head up and kissed her.
Liliya's eyes widened when she realized what was going on. She was kissing Harry. Holy shit. Harry is kissing her! She felt so warm inside. She kissed him back and stood up on her tippy toes. Then before she knew everything got really bright. "Holy shit! Lilly! You're like glowing…" Liliya looked down and saw that she was glowing. Wow perfect timing. Somehow she got it to stop. "Maybe we should just head back huh?" Harry just solemnly nodded and followed her.

"Sorry we missed the dance." Zayn looked down at his hand that was entwined with Perrie's.
"Its okay Zayn. This night was still amazing." Zayn looked at her. Perrie was everything to him and now he could touch her and do the things that a boyfriend should be able to do. Not to mention that Perrie looked stunning in her dress. He just brought her hand up and kissed it. Which caused her to blush. Yep everything was going Zayn's way at the moment…and he couldn't be happier.

Louis and Minette were hanging out in her room after the dance. "Louis why are you so nervous? It's just me." He looked at Minette and he felt those butterflies in his stomach again.
"You just look really nice…and I don't know pretty girls make me nervous." He looked back down at his hands. That was kind of the truth…but really it was only her that made him this nervous. He could care less about all the other girls here. Minette grabbed his hand and just held it in hers. Louis had to be careful about what he thought because he knew that she might be able to read it.

"I really hope Zayn and Perrie are okay…they missed the whole dance." Minette knew that Louis had some sort of feelings for her…but did she really want to date one of her closest friends? She was a little bit torn. But she was worried about Zayn and Perrie. They will have to explain tomorrow. Then they heard Harry and Liliya outside. So Minette just went for it. She kissed Louis very quickly on the lips. "Thanks for making tonight a blast Louis. See you tomorrow." Louis seemed like in a daze when he left. Minette and Liliya stayed up really late talking about everything. Minette couldn't help but laugh at Liliya's story. "Its not funny Minnie!!"
"Yea it is! Harry made you glow! Oh man…too funny." A pillow came flying at her head but Minette blocked it.
"We should probably go to bed huh? Don't want to get in trouble for being loud." Minette agreed with Liliya and they shut up and went to bed.
