I'll Be Superhuman

Liam and Niall were hanging out since it was a Friday night. They usually just play guitar. Niall lived on the other side of the subdivision from Liam. His dad wanted to be as far away from the mutants as possible. Niall liked going over to Liam's place. His parents were always so nice and accepting. They finished jamming and Liam suddenly jolts up. "Oh my gosh! Today's the 15th. Quick come on!" Niall follows Liam down to his deck. Liam grabs two binoculars. "Uh…what are we doing?" Niall was very confused.

Liam just sat down in a chair. "Watching the mutants play some game. I think capture the flag. But don't hold me to that. This is the best ever." Niall sits down beside him and just shakes his head. "Why are we creeping on them?"
"Because its cool to watch."
"Do they use their gifts or something?"
"No but they go all ninja." Liam was so excited to watch. He loved watching. He wished he could join them. "Hey Niall. If you could have any power what would you have?"
"I don't know…I've never really thought about it." Liam sighed at his friend. He knew that Niall was a bit of a moron when it came to mutants. He lives with his dad so that's probably why. His dad is a leader for the organization that wants to get rid of mutants. "Well think about it now. I would want to have invisibility. That'd be awesome. Oh here they come!! Hey that redhead is new…" There was a fence that divided the land.

And on the other side of the fence stood Zayn, Perrie, Harry, Louis, Minette, and Liliya. "So whose team am I on?"
"Depends on the captains this round." Liliya just nods her head at Louis. Minette gasps. "Oh my gosh the peeper is watching again!!!" Everyone frowned at that but Liliya doesn’t get why. So she uses her telekinesis powers and hears. 'This is so weird...the redhead looks cute though...' 'Best part of every month...' There was definitely two people watching. "I hear two people Minnie."

Everyone snaps their heads and gape at Liliya. "I do too but usually its just one person. He must've brought a friend. How did you hear--" She was cut off by Wolverine shouting at everyone to shut up. "Alright now that we have your attention. The captains this time is Harry and Perrie." Harry and Perrie go to the front while Zayn walks over and stands with Wolverine and Storm. "Why doesn't Zayn play?" Liliya looks at Minette.
"Uh he can't touch people yet…he doesn't have control." Liliya was on Harry's team so was Louis. Minette was with Perrie. Then they went to hide their flags.

Liam was practically bouncing up and down in his chair. "Oh man! Now it’s the fun part!! Get ready to be amazed."
"This still feels wrong." Niall mumbled while looking through the binoculars.
"Shut up and watch." So that's what they did. They watched as Liliya made quick work of anyone who tried to attack her. "Man that redhead is kicking ass right now!" Niall just nodded in agreement. He was honestly impressed by what he was watching.

Liliya suddenly came face to face with Perrie. "You're going down newbie." Liliya just smirked. She dodged all of Perrie's punches. Liliya then swiftly grabs Perrie's head and shoves her knee into it. Perrie falls to the ground holding her nose. Louis was following Liliya since they were sent to get the flag. "Holy shit! You okay Perrie?"
"Louis focus. The flag." Liliya has already started to walk away in search for it. "But she--"
"I only gave her a bloody nose. It's not broken. I think I see it!" She starts running and Louis follows. They secure the flag after Liliya takes out another 5 people.

"Wow that redhead is amazing."
"Are we done now? I'm tired." Liam laughs at Niall and puts away the stuff so they can head inside. They go back up to his room. "But seriously wouldn't that be awesome?"
"Yea it does look like fun. Although I would want the redhead on my team."
"So what power would you want?"
"Probably like super speed or maybe like fire." Niall just shrugged. He never really thought about this kind of stuff.
"That'd be cool." Liam was laying down in a sleeping bag next to Niall. They drift off as the mutants regroup and head back.

"Hey Lilly. The peepers were really impressed by you! I wonder how old they are."
"Were they? Sorry about your nose again Perrie. And I don't think I would want to get involved with people who creep on us though Minnie." Perrie was still holding a towel to her nose. Harry slung his arm around Liliya's shoulder. "You my dear, were amazing."
"Thanks Curly. You weren't to shabby either although your punching stance is shitty."
"Maybe you could train me?"

Liliya looked at Harry whose green eyes were sparkling with hope. "Maybe…if you behave."
"I will!" Everyone just laughs at Harry. "Check it. Harry is getting a taste of his own medicine." Minette giggled at Louis while Zayn was busy making sure Perrie was okay. Liliya has decided she was going to like it here. Although she knew she would miss home. But this place wasn't too bad. She has made some good friends…so it looks promising.
