I'll Be Superhuman

Zayn, Perrie and Minette were sitting at their usual table which was away from everyone else. They didn't really socialize with any of the kids that come in. The only ones they could somewhat tolerate were Harry and Louis. "Minette! Did you here there is some new chick coming today?!"

Minette looked at Perrie who was smiling. "Oh um yea…I heard. She's 15, which is late if you look at the recent trends of the ages that most mutants get their pow--"
"Yea we got it Minette. She's a late bloomer." Zayn cut off Minette before she went off on one of her tangents again. Minette just smiled then went back to doing math for fun in her notebook.

Zayn sat with his arms crossed and was careful not to touch his friends. He didn't trust himself even though his mom promised his powers would get better with time. But time was something he didn't have.

Harry and Louis come and sit down. "Hey there babe…you always look so good when you do math." Minette looked up at Harry and smiled. "Thanks. But I know you're doing it again. I can read minds." Louis just laughed. Perrie was talking to Zayn. That’s when the doors burst open and men in strange blue uniforms come in. Everyone is looking. "Is that her?" "Why does she need soldiers to escort her?"

"Those aren't soldiers. They're agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. you can tell by the emblem which--" "Minette shush…but thanks for the info." Perrie smiled at Minette while she blushed.

Zayn was the first to ask a logical question. "What is an Avenger's kid doing here?" That when Prof. X comes and asks to see her. The guards part to reveal a redhead. Who was by no means scrawny. She was wearing shorts that showed off her legs and a tank top which showed off her taunt arm muscles.

"Holy shit." Harry was sitting there with his mouth hanging open. Then Prof. X ushered her off somewhere. "She was stunning…right Zayn?"

Louis looked at Zayn who just shrugged. "Eh. I got more of a thing for girls with snow white hair." Perrie giggled and sent him a wink. Which made everyone uncomfortable.

"I don't understand…why would someone associated with S.H.I.E.L.D. send their kid here?"
"Everyone…mark your calendars…today is the day Minette doesn't have an answer."
"Shut it Louis." Minette went back to doing long division. Then they all heard Prof. X's voice from the balcony of his office that looked over the lawn. "This is Liliya Rogers. She is new here. I expect everyone to treat her with respect. Its not easy for her to be here. Especially with what she has been through." With that he left again. Liliya followed him.

Then Wolverine appeared and showed her the lawn. "Thanks. But you don't have to show me around. I can get lost by myself."
"Here sit with these guys. I know they will play nice." Then they all looked up as Wolverine forced Liliya into the last opening. Which was right next to some curly haired boy.

"Liliya…that’s different." He grinned at her.
"Its Russian." Liliya was trying to keep it short. She didn't really like the way he talking.
"Its beautiful…just like its owner. You should come by my room after you get settled in…I'd love to get to know you more." Ah a charmspeaker. This should be fun Liliya thought.
"Do all the girls believe the shit coming out of your mouth?"

Harry eyes widened while everyone just gaped at this new girl. "Its not shit. I would really like to know you more. You seem like a lovely person."
"Lovely enough to know you have a silver-tongue. Best not try to make me bend to your words since I won't."

Louis was laughing so hard while Minette just looked at her with wonder. Liliya went to stand up but some girl with hair that was white stopped her. "Hold on there newbie. How do you do it? You know resist him?"
"I don't know I just do." With that Liliya left.

Louis stopped laughing while Harry still was confused. "I like her. She's great."
"That must be her power. Able to see whose lying."
"Oh that makes sense Minette." Everyone got up and left half an hour later.

Minette went back to her room that she shared with no one. But when she opened it she laid eyes on the newbie. "Oh! Uh hi!" Liliya looked at her with her blue eyes and went back to unpacking. "Um…do you need any help? I know that unpacking can take easily up to 2 hours to do and judging by all you--"
"No I'm good. Thanks though. Um…I didn't catch your name earlier."
"Oh its Minette."
"That's a mouth full…I'm calling you Minnie. Like the mouse."
"Oh I like that! Could I call you Lilly? Your name is hard to pronounce. And it does mean Lilly in Russian."
"Yea sure…knock your socks off." Minette smiled and went over to her bed. Liliya continued to unpack and then made her bed.

Her phone buzzed and so she answered. "Hi Mom. No I just unpacked. Yep…it seems nice. I have a roommate. Yea…she seems cool. Yep. No…yea I'll try to control myself. But its…I know. Yep. Tell Dad I love him. Yep. Love you too." Liliya flopped down on her bed. She couldn't believe that this was how she was going to live now. For all she knew Minette could be some crazy person. There was a knock on the door.

"Perrie! Oh come in! Lilly this is Perrie. She's Storm's daughter." Liliya sat up and waved at Perrie. "Hi, nice to meet you! You are quite the mystery around here."
"I've gotten used to living like that." Liliya shrugged.

Perrie and Minette looked confused. Zayn came bursting in and then Harry and Louis followed. "Hey! Look Haz its that girl that shot you down!"
"Shut up Tommo!" Harry just glared at Louis while he laughed. "Oh sorry Lilly…introductions. Zayn is the one with the blonde streak. Harry is the one who hit on you. Louis is the giggly one." Minette pointed at each of them and then looked back at Liliya. "Nice to meet all of you."

Louis went and sat down by her. "So tell me love. Why are you here?"
"That's a long story. But my parents said that the people here could help me." Everyone nodded and looked at her hoping for more explanation. But when she didn't continue Minette spoke up. "At least tell us who your parents are! Its been bothering me." Liliya sighed and looked around.

"Fine. My mother is the Black Widow and my dad is Captain America." Everyone gasped. Minette asked another question. "But how did you get powers? I mean I know that its not genetically passed down but it is more likely for a kid of mutants to have powers than it is for a kid of humans to get powers."

Liliya smiled and shook her head. "Your power is super smart and I'm guessing telekinesis. Zayn you are just like your mom. Which explain why you always have your arms crosses. Perrie…you look just like your mom. Harry you can bend people to do your will by using words. Louis you have super speed and strength. Even though no one would guess that. And I well I don’t know what my power is." Everyone is gaping at her now. Liliya knew she shouldn’t have done that but it avoided some more questions. "But…then why are you here?" Minette was the only one who could speak.

"I shouldn’t be. Right now its what…3pm. Right now I would be in combat training learning how to throw hidden knives. But I'm here instead hoping that they can help with my little problem."
"Knives?...you were supposed to be a spy like your mom." Minette was slowly starting to piece together Liliya's story.

Harry and Louis just nod their heads while Perrie and Zayn seemed impressed. "Yep. But instead I got injected with some secret serum that made me what I am now. Colonel Fury said it was a new thing that would help me with nerves. Instead I almost set my house on fire."
"The serum. You were genetically transformed into a mutant. But that doesn't explain how…" Minette still didn't quite understand how Liliya could show more than one power.
"I know it doesn't." Liliya was looking at all of them.

Louis just smiled at Liliya. "Well it doesn't matter since it's almost time for capture the flag! Which is always fun but no powers. Only combat skills." Everyone left to go get ready.

Minette put on a long sleeve shirt and jeans. While Liliya put on a pair of black leather pants. She left her tank top on. Minette looked back at Liliya was shocked. "You are wearing that?!" Liliya laughed and just shook her head at Minette. "Yea. Nobody will be able to touch me anyways." Liliya confidently walked out.

Harry and Louis were waiting for them and both of their eyes bugged out of their head when they saw Liliya. "Wow…you…" Louis's jaw was hanging open. Harry smirked at his friend. "You my dear look irresistible. Leather suits you."
"Keep on trying curly but it won't work." Louis was still drooling over Liliya when Zayn and Perrie appeared.

"Alright lets go! Liliya are you sure that that's what you want to wear?" Perrie was looking at Liliya's pants. "How about you just focus on your outfit selection. This is what I would train in. Besides I was bred for combat. So lets go." They all just gaped at Liliya. But lead her to the area where they play capture the flag. A field that connects to a forest right by some subdivision.
