1 Year Later…

Liliya and Niall had moved into an apartment downtown, Niall got her away from the crazy just like he promised. Liliya enrolled in school with Niall. She was falling back into a rhythm, however much to Niall's protest she still was part of the X-Men. She was an insider…meaning she put her powers and years of assassin training to use. But she rarely got called on now. Every so often she would help out her mom on cases. She's thinking about taking over for her mother. But Niall refuses to let her go. Saying its too dangerous and he can't let his princess get hurt again, she's been hurt enough in her lifetime. Niall plans on marrying Liliya…sometime in the near future. Right now he's just focused on making his music and Liliya…she's always on his mind.

Perrie and Zayn were still together, living in one of the houses on the ground of the Mansion. They were getting married later this year. Perrie was a teacher at the Mansion and Zayn was off being a celebrity. But they made it work because they both knew that they couldn't be without each other. Perrie got together regularly with Minette and Liliya. She was happy that they have carried on with their lives, she was happy with her life too. Zayn could see how content Perrie was to teach and not be part of the X-Men anymore. Which he was all for when she told him, he didn't like that she put herself in danger. But apparently once was enough. Which was fine, he wanted his future kids to have their mother around anyways.

Harry found himself a lovely girl, they bought an apartment together. Really close to Niall and Liliya. The whole gang loved his girl, and he couldn't be happier. Although many fans were heartbroken that he didn't pick them. She works for the hospital…she's working on her doctorate degree. He was immensely proud. Of course she was always bragging to her co-workers about him. Louis always teased him about using his powers to get his first date with her. And it was true he might have but he didn't have to anymore, she loved him for him. Powers and all.

Liam and Minette were dating, though their relationship wasn't quite as far along as their friends. But they were happy. Every so often one of them would spend the night at the other's place. Liam hated it but he knew Minette needed to warm up…the last person she lived with left her for dead. So he waits. Maybe later this year he can ask her to move in with him. He would like having her around. She got a job with intel for the Avengers and the X-Men. Which was nice. Minette got an apartment in the city and help Liliya with her studies when needed. Life has quieted down now, but sometimes she still has nightmares about that fight.

Louis and Eleanor…They were happy together. They live together in their own little house on the outskirts of the city. It’s a hell of a drive for both of them to get to work but it was a good place to raise kids. They were the first to get married out of their friends, and they have a little one on the way. His parents were ecstatic about that, and the fact that they were close by. All of their friends were dying for the little guy to be born. Eleanor got a job at a local school teaching young kids. Louis was making music like how he always wanted. He couldn't be happier with Eleanor and with how his life was going.

The world was at peace, Professor X was working with the government on a peace deal between mutants and humans. Everyone seemed to have gotten somewhat over their phobia of them as soon as all the Purifiers around the world were captured. He let the girls do as the wished, knowing that they have seen more than a normal person should see. They came by to visit. So did the other boys. The words that come to mind when he sees them are: relaxed, content, joyful. Just like how he has always wanted mutants to be outside of the Mansion. Now he can sit back and work on teaching instead of fighting off a force he couldn't control, and it was all thanks to three girls and a boyband.
