Do I Frighten You?

I was going insane, I found myself back inside of my car, rushing over to Jess' house, I had just got back with Amelia, I thought things were going well. I stopped my car in her parking lot and then sighed, before jumping up out my car and then I went to the door, and knocked. She opened the door, her cheeks were stained with tears.

“I'm sorry.” She said shaking her head. “I know you don't want this.”

I just stood thee confused. “Are you for sure you are?”

She nodded. “I took a test.”

I ran my hand through my head, and then I grabbed my phone and texted Amelia.

'Can I talk to you one on one? It is important.'

'sure' She texted me back.

I began to pace around the room, I promise not to keep anymore lies from her, I don't want to upset her you know, I want her to feel good, I want her to feel like she is needed, I want her to know that she is the only one I am concerned about. But now, I am going to have to be concerned about Jess, and the.... baby. I groaned and then sat down on her couch.

She sniffed and then wiped her eyes. It wasn't her fault, but she could get an abortation right? I mean, I know it is wrong, but I don't want to be the father of her baby.

“Did you have sex with anyone besides me?” I asked looking down not making eye contact with her.

“No.” She shook her head and then sat next to me.

This was a dream, everything was a dream, I had probably feel asleep at the movies with Amelia. But I was not waking up.

“Okay.” I said and then standing up. “Be careful tonight, get some sleep, no drinking smoking, stressing, or anything that would harm the baby.” I said walking over to the door. “I have to get some sleep tonight.”

She nodded. “I am not going to be at work tomorrow, I am going to the doctor to get the real results.”

I nodded and then opened the door. “Night.” I walked out the door and then sighed and got back inside of my car and went straight to Amelia's.

I had made my way to her house and knocked on her door and she answered, she looked confused she offered me to come in and I agreed and stepped into the house.

“What is wrong?” She asked as I waited for her to close the door.

“I can't explain it properly.” I said putting my head on my head pacing back and forth.

She had grabbed me and stopped me from pacing, she had sat me on the couch, and sat next to me. “I am listening.”

*Amelia's pov*

Something was not upset, he was shocked. He was in utter shock, I frowned because he wasn't talking for a while.

“You know that night, when you seen Jess and then you stopped talking to me?” He began and then I nodded my head and then rested my hand on his leg, in comfort.

“I – well, I had went home and started drinking again, and she came and she was also drunk.” He said looking down, ashamed at his action. I was shocked about what he was telling me. I hope they didn't

He didn't talk right away and then he spoke again seconds later and mumbled. “We had sex.”

I was shocked, and I was confused, right after e did things, I felt so stupid right now. I bit my lip to fight back the tears. This hurt, This hurt me so bad, I felt stupid. I was upset.

“and she told me tonight when I got home she was pregnant.” He finished, and then covered his face with his hands.

“Harry!” I squealed and noticed I was crying.

“I know, I am stupid, I was drunk, I wasn't thinking.” He said, tears falling from his face right now. “I just felt like I needed to tell you cause, I don't want to keep anything from you ever again.”

I nodded and wiped my eyes, He got that bitch pregnant. I was upset and then I pulled him into a hug, knowing that he is still mine. He is mine even though she is carrying his kid.

He hugged me back and softly mumbled. “I don't know what to do.”

I felt so bad for him, I felt like he needed my help, I could help him but I would never help her. She didn't deserve my help from anything, She messed us up in the first place.

He was crying on my shoulder, I don't blame him. This was unexpected, He had a long day, he had a very long day. I pulled back and then brushed his curls from out of his face and then I gave him a small smile.

“I hope I still have you.” He said wiped his eyes with his hands and sniffed.

I nodded and then hugged him again. We cuddled on a couch for a long time.

The door had opened revealing my mom, Harry had moved looking at her, She looked at him he got up from the couch.

“Ms. Danton, I'm Harry.” He said greeting him, She shook his hand slowly and gave him this glare. “I should be going.” He said looking at me.

“No, no stay.” She said gesturing her head towards the couch.

He didn't say anything he just moved his way back towards the couch and sat down next to me, she sat in the love seat by herself.

“So, I've heard you and my daughter have been having issues.” She said putting down her purse.

He nodded. “They are worked out now.” He said looking away from her.

“Mom.” I groaned and rolled my eyes.

She grave me a glare. She told me that she was going to talk to him. But right now isn't the time.

“Come over for dinner Harry.” She offered him.

Harry had snapped his head up and looked at her shockingly.

“Oh okay.” He said nodding his head, looking down at his fingers.

“Just don't hurt my daughter again.” She said and then stood up from the couch. “It was nice finally getting to see you and speak to you Harry.”

He nodded. “You too.”

Once she left, I looked at him and rubbed his back. He was not feeling well, and to think of it neither was I.

“I should really get going now.” He looked at me, Giving me a sweet kiss.

I smiled, and then kissed him again a little more longer before he stood up. I stood up with him and then went towards the door and then opened it for him.

“I will text you, and see you tomorrow.” He said turning to face me.

I nodded. “Don't let this bring you down.” I said touching his cheek.

He nodded and then hugged me again. His hug was just to comforting and warm. He planted a kiss on my forehead.

“I love you, Meli.” He said and then turned around and walked off.
