Percy Jackson/1D And The Creators Horn

The group slowly stared ahead of them, after a couple of hours trekking through rubble they had arrived. A stone wall faced them as high as a sky scraper. The walls were caked in mud and stones jutted out from the sides, some were so sharp you could easily cut yourself. But their didn't seem to be an entrance?

"What do we do now?" Harry asked staring at the wall, feeling extremely intimidated.

Niall voiced what everyone else was thinking as he scratched his head confused "Where's the entrance?" He wondered.

Louis frowned looking around, he approached the wall, a prickly feeling in his skin made him tense sensing danger.

He was about to touch the wall when "Do not touch it!" A girl's voice screeched near them.
They all jumped and spun around, Liam and Niall's eyes widened! It was that girl!! Alexis!

She was standing there looking panicked "Whatever it says, what ever it does! Do not touch those walls! They're cursed!"

Louis demanded "Who are you?"

Alexis said calmly "I'm Alexis and I am your guide through the Maze, my brother will help along the way"

Harry asked "So...you're a part of the Maze?"

Alexis said "I'm cursed, I along with my brother went to the Maze. We did not make it out, we were cursed but also gifted"

Zayn asked confused "What does that mean?"

Alexis said "We were cursed to be slaves to the Maze's power forever"

Liam asked "But what about the gift?"

Alexis said simply "We failed the tests but because we had been brave and acted true to our selfs it did not kill us"

Zayn gaped and spluttered "And a life of slavery is better than death?"

Alexis said carmly "For those of us who fear death yes, it told us that was our fatal flaw"

Alexis stepped forward and clicked her fingers and suddenly the ground shook and a huge stone gave way, crumbling to the ground, a dark deep whole was in its place, it looked hollow, damp and dark.

The group suppressed a shiver. Alexis spoke calmly but Zayn noticed how watery her eyes had become, she looked...Pained?

"You will enter one by one, you will be tested on power, skill, courage, kindness, everything that makes a true warrior and you will have to stare death in the eyes in many occasions, you'll be tested to your limit, you will either come out of here changed, never to look at things the same as you do now or..."

Alexis didn't look at them for this part and she said this time they could all hear the pain in her voice as her voice lowered and she said "Or, you'll never come out again"...

Alexis then straightened and she gulped slightly as if trying to shove her pain and grief away.

Zayn suppressed a shudder as he thought...she knows...she knows we probably won't survive this, she knows she may be leading us to our deaths.

Niall looked at the small tunnel that had opened up in the wall, he felt fear but a strange confidence as he thought well as long as their aren't any gallows knots in there, along with Romans and a prison I'm fine with it...
