From New York To London

The Party

~Kimberly's POV~

It took us about two hours to find what to wear. ( My outfit )( Brianna's )( Allison's )( Melissa's )( Nicole's )
Finally, we went to my house to prepare for the party.

A couple hours later, my house was packed. Everyone was either high or drunk. I, personally, was high and a bit tipsy. I walked up the stairs to my room, where i see a couple making out half naked. I can't really tell who it was because like i said before, i am high, and a bit drunk.
"Get out" i said to them, clearly annoyed and tired. They quickly put their clothes back on and left the room. I laid on my bed, I didn't sleep though cause i couldn't. I just stared at the ceiling thinking. Thinking about how i will find him, my father. Thinking about Kyle. I like him. I do and i haven't admit it for a long time because he is one of my bestest friends. I don't know what i would do without him and I'm afraid that if we don't work out, we will not be as close anymore.
Then, i hear the loud music stop. It just stopped. So, i walk down stairs to find only about 50 people there. Then, i find Tony helping a drunk Nicole walk out.
"Tony, whats going on, where is everyone going ?" i ask
"Your mom's here, and threw everyone out saying that if we don't let, she's calling the police " He says
"What, its 1:30, she isn't supposed to be home for another 3 hours" I said
"Well, she came early, and she's looking for you outside." He said.
"Are you taking everyone home" I ask, he knew that by 'everyone' i only meant our little group
"Nah, Kyle and Allison are helping me." he replied. Then he left, carrying a drunken Nicole.
I walked up to my room again to sleep, but instead i found my mother sitting on my bed waiting for me.
"Is this what you do while I'm off at work ?" I can tell she didn't want to yell because there was still quite a few people down stairs.
I didn't say anything though.
"For the past two years I've been trying to be patient with you. I let you dye your hair, get piercings, GET TATTOOS! But this ! This crosses the line! I don't have time to put up with your bullshit! Im only working for you! But you, you don't appreciate anything. You have everything you want, yet your never satisfied. I'm done trying to please you Kimberly." she said.
"You know what, no i don't have everything i want. My whole life i just wanted a family. I never got that. You, you were always out working or whatever. You never talk about my father. I don't know him, thats all i wanted." i said calmly.
"Fine, you want to meet your dad? Ill buy you a ticket.. your going to go live with your father. Happy?"
No. Im not, i never wanted to go live with him, i don't even know him.
But i didn't say any of that, because that would mean i wanted to stay with her.
"Fine. When am i leaving ?" i asked
"First thing tomorrow morning." She said simply and left the room.
"What do you mean tomorrow, i just started school!" i said following her down the long spiral stairs.
"I mean exactly what i said,'tomorrow morning'" she repeated.
"But i just started school!" i repeated
"Come on Kimberly, its not like you were going to go anyway." she said, finally at the bottom.
"What about my friends!"
"Those friends won't get you anywhere in life!"
"You can't just send me to a person i don't even know!"
"THATS WHAT YOU WANTED !" She yelled. Oh, and buy this time nobody was here, but mother and i.
"At least tell me something about him." i pleaded.
"okay" she continued,"His name is Simon Cowell." Thats all she said before locking herself in her room.
i softly knocked on her bedroom door.
"what." she said.
"when do i pack?" i asked, I'm so confused.
She opened her door and said, " i don't think i can get tickets for tomorrow morning. So, you can pack tomorrow morning and say goodbye to all your friends before you leave" she said simply which surprised me because she only likes four of my friends. Kyle, because she's known him since birth. Allison, because she's known her for a long time. Nicole, because she thinks that she's sweet. And Tony, because he's smart.
"O-okay." i said, and went up to my room, and fell asleep.
