From New York To London

The next morning i got changed and picked up Allison, just like i said i would. She turned on the radio and the song 'Half A Heart' by One Direction came up. In a weird way i found that half a heart is connected to my situation. I feel like Im missing half of me because I'm missing my father.
"Want to go get starbucks ?" i asked Allison to get my mind off my father.
"Come on, its the first day, don't be a bitch." she replied. Every first day of school, we go early and to every class, just to see who's in that class and if we like it enough to not ditch that class.
"Oh, i forgot" i said
As we entered Monroe High, we saw Brandon standing by our lockers waiting for us.
"wheres Kyle ?" i asked, Kyle was like a brother to me, he was always there when i needed him.
" Outside smoking with Jake and Aaron" he said
"What about everyone else ?" asked Allison. See, in our little 'group' or whatever you want to call it, there are 10 people. Kyle, i've basically known him since i was born, our mothers were friends so everyday we would see each other everyday and we became friends pretty fast. I met Jake through Kyle, they were friends in first grade so we became friends then. Next was Brandon, him and Allison have been dating since grade 10. Then i met Aaron last year in detention. Tony was my tutor last year, to improve my grades, we spent lots of time last year raising my grade up, and we became friends. Then theres Brianna, i met her in third grade, we used to hate each other but then we got to know each other and found out we were pretty much the same. Melissa and i met in 9th grade, she was new and alone so i invited her to eat lunch with us, we became friends with her quite fast. Last is Nicole, i first saw her getting bullied by a gang. She was alone, scared for her life, but Allison, Jake, and I stepped in to help her. She is like the baby in the group.
"I don't know, late." he said.
He started making out with Allison so i went outside with Kyle,Aaron, and Jake because it was weird.
"Hey guys." i said as i got closer to them
"hey." said Kyle.
"Want a joint ?" asked Aaron
"Nah, its the first day." i said, they knew what i was talking about.
"You act like a good girl the first day, but the rest your a little badass" laughed Jake.
the bell rang so we all went to our first period. I found out i had Jake, Kyle, Briana, and Melissa for my first period. Mrs. Lee had arranged seats for us, I sat next to Melissa, Brianna sat next to Jake, and Kyle sat next to the school's whore. I didn't pay much attention in that class because all i could think about was how i could find my father.
Time went by fast for us, the first day of school was over before i knew it. We are now in my car ( i gave Allison, Brianna, and Nicole a ride after school everyday ) "ugh " complained melissa.
"Whats wrong ?" asked Allison
"Remember how i always throw back to school parties.." began Melissa, she was throwing parties for everything, since her parents are hardy ever home, she is the party animal of our little group.
"yeah" said Nicole.
"well my parents are actually going to be home tonight, so I'm going have to cancel it" she said
"so ? you can do it another day" said Brianna
"but everyone will be mad" said Melissa
"Okay, why don't you just change the location?" said Nicole
"But to where " asked Melissa
"You can have it at my house" i offered.
"Really?"
"Yeah, ill just send Rosa home, and we'll have the house all to ourselves" i said
"Omg, thank you, thank you, thank you" she said
"You welcome" i laughed
Melissa changed the location of the party and we all went back to her house to change.
