Aurora's POV
I lay in bed awake, I look over at the clock and it reads 3 am. I sigh and roll over to try and go back to bed. I am in the condo today because it is the weekend, according to the clock it is Mother's Day. My first Mother's Day to be exact. I don't know why but I want to go back before everything before Liam and I had our first big fight. I stir again now laying on my back again. I can't lay on my stomach still because of the wound in my abdomen. If I had just told him years ago that I liked him then we wouldn't be in this situation. I wouldn't be a mom, as far as I know, and I wouldn't be so ridiculed for being with Liam. Liam wakes up from my stirring.
"Auri, baby, what's wrong?" He asks as he snuggles into my neck and kisses my shoulder.
"I am just thinking" I say as I lay still.
"Think about what?" he asks as he continues to kiss the nape of my neck.
"Us" I say without emotion. He stops kissing my neck and looks at my face.
"What about us?" He asks hesitantly.
"I am thinking about how maybe I wouldn't be in this situation if I just told you years ago that I liked you, and maybe I wouldn't have messed up my life." I feel a tear form in my eye.
"I admit that it would have been a hell of a lot easier if you told me, or if I told you, but I don't think you messed up your life."
"I am 21, I have a daughter from a one night stand. I wasn't talking to my best friend for about 2 years because of his occupation, which resulted from breaking up with him because I was selfish." I start crying now.
"Hey, hey, shhh it's okay" Liam says as he wipes away my tears and pulls me into his chest. "You have to think of the bright side of this. You are talking to your best friend again, hell you are in bed with him. You shouldn't consider it a one night stand either because it was so much more. You also have a beautiful daughter." He says to comfort me.
"I love her, I really do, but I wish that I could have been married before I had kids."
"That one you brought upon yourself because we could have been married before Chasity but you decided not to tell me." Liam says semi-joking. I can tell it still hurts him but at this point he is more excepting because he understands where I came from in the situation.
"I will tell you on the next kid don't worry. If we have another kid that is."
"What happened to your idea of having millions of kids? I remember when we were around 6, we were playing in your room and you asked if I could be your brother. I told you no at the time because I had to be home because my Mum made a chocolate cake, but you said that you hated being an only child and that when you have kids you wanted a million." He laughed while telling the story.
"Yea but that was before I had one, and who I am having kids with."
"What are you saying that I am a bad father?" He asks seriously.
"No, I am not saying that at all. I just meant you are huge, worldwide, and it is hard for me to want kids when there is all of this pressure on them. I feel like all kids raised in fame end up in bad situations."
"Well let's be the outlier. I don't want this fame thing getting in the way of what you want, because what you want, I want"
"Okay" I say as I chuckle, "I want a million kids then."
"I can do that." He says as he kisses my lips exerting pressure. His one hand is on the side of my head and the other on my waist. His lips descend down to my jawline then neck. His hand on my waist tightens as well as his hand in my hair. I pull him closer to me so his hips are aligned with mine. My hands stay on his lower back.
"Liam" I moan into his ear. We flip over so I am now on top of him. I straddle his waist as I pull on his shirt to take it off. I slide my hands down his chest then lean forward to reconnect my lips with his.
"God! I love you so much!" Liam says against my lips.
"Good, you should." I say cockily, as I bite his lower lip. Liam moans into my mouth.
He tugs on my nightgown and I let him take it off. I am only in a pair of underwear now. I lean down again to kiss him and his hands start on my butt and work their way to my shoulders and back down. I am just about to take off his pants when Chasity starts crying. Wow, this is just great way to ruin the moment. I sit up then grab my nightgown and pull it over my head as I go to the crib. Liam sighs in annoyance.
"Don't give me that, it's your fault too." I say and pick up Chasity who is red in the face from crying. I try and soothe her by rocking her back and forth for a little bit. She doesn't lighten up her crying so I assume that she is hungry so I start to feed her. Then she is quiet.
"Maybe she can go back to sleep fast and we can get back to where we started." Liam says as he kisses my shoulder.
"Someone is a little antsy there." I say teasing him.
"Well considering we haven't done anything since we made Chasity, I can safely say that I so need this" He say and continues kissing my shoulder then proceeds onto my neck.
"Hey it isn't my fault that you didn't make a move until tonight."
"I just thought you would want to take it slow since we just started the relationship again."
"Oh yea and already having a child together is taking it slow." I say as I roll my eyes.
"Whatever, is Chasity almost done?" He asks.
"Yes just relax will you?" I say. Chasity finally finishes eating then she starts to cry again. Well this is great. I get up from sitting on the bed and I decide to go to the living room so it won't wake Rose and Harry.
"Where are you going?" Liam asks me as I start walking to the door.
"I don't know why she is crying so until she goes back to sleep I am going to bring her downstairs so she doesn't wake Rose and Harry." I say as I leave my bedroom.
I am downstairs for about an hour and a half before Chasity falls back asleep. When I get back upstairs to the room Liam is fast asleep. So much for being so ready earlier. I put Chasity in her crib and go back to bed sadly enough I didn't wake up Liam by getting in bed.
I wake up for the second time today by Liam shaking me awake. "Liam if you want sex you are going to have to wake me up nicely not by shaking me to death" I say sleepily.
"Auri, honey, there are people here." He says to me sweetly.
I open my eyes and I see my parents and his parent standing in our room. Well this is awkward.
"I hope you will use protection this time. We want to wait until after you are married for you guys to have more kids" My Mum tells me.
I just lay there at a loss of words. Then my dad says, "I want more grandkids let them do as they want." Liam's dad then agrees with my dad.
"I… uh… don’t you think it is a little early in the morning to be talking about my sex life?" I ask them. Liam just chuckles at me. I just now notice that he is holding Chasity.
"Well it is Mother's Day, and the topic of you being a mother to more kids is a perfectly normal conversation for today." My mom says, well this is not how I wanted to wake up today.
"Can I get ready for the day? Please?" I beg as I remain sitting in the bed.
"Yea just come down when you are ready." Liam says as he leans down and gives me a kiss. I smile at them while they leave. I quickly throw on a sundress and brush my hair then I go downstairs to find everyone sitting in the living room, including Rose and Harry. Rose was really chipper which was weird because she is usually not a morning person.
"… yea I am so excited. We are getting married on September 1st because we just can't wait any longer to be married." I hear Rose say as I enter the living room.
Liam is the first to notice that I came downstairs. "Hey honey. Here come take my spot I can stand" Liam says as he stands up from his spot in the armchair in the living room.
"No, it's okay. I don't want to take your seat." I say politely. I am not really in the mood for company, but what can you do when you have parents come over.
I walk to Liam's chair so I can sit on the arm rest. He snakes his arm around my waist and pulls me into his lap. I squeal when he does so because I didn't expect it. Liam leans in and gives me a kiss on my cheek and whispers in my ear, "I love you." I give him a fake smile because I am just not in a very great mood. Liam gives me a puzzled look and whispers, "Are you okay babe?"
"Yea, I am just a little tired that's all." I quietly say back to him.
"I should've taken Chasity last night after you fed her, so you could have gotten some sleep." He says as I lean my forehead against his.
"It's okay, you need your sleep too." I smile for real at him this time, which he returns.
"Aurora! Liam!" Liam's Mom says pulling us out of our own little bubble.
"Hmm?" I question.
"When are you guys going to get married?" She asks us.
"It all depends on when he asks." I say jokingly.
"I told you I want it to be a surprise, and I know you don’t want to rush into things more than you have to." Liam responds.
"Well, I saw in that magazine, you know the one with Chasity in it, that it seemed like you were already planning the wedding."
"Ugh, that magazine was a bad idea Liam. I knew we shouldn't have done that. I mean it has hurt us more ways than one." I say complaining about the awful people magazine again.
"I know Auri, I should have listened to you. We should have just taken pictures of Chasity ourselves and just sent it in." Liam says.
"They just must have not liked you because they actually wrote a good article about me and Harry getting engaged." Rose says surprised.
"Well you also don't have a baby out of wedlock and you guys have been pretty much dating for 4 years." I say as I roll my eyes. "Well are we going out for breakfast or no?" I ask finally, because I just want to get this family bonding thing over with today.
We get to the restaurant and are immediately seated because we are with Liam. Harry and Rose have to go see Harry's Mom today for Mother's Day so they didn't come to breakfast. We are seated at a round table so everyone's eyes can be on us, well this is just great. They are all staring at us and I am starting to feel a little uncomfortable so I fidget quite a bit. Then Liam's mom asks, "So are you going to stay together this time?"
"I am pretty sure that we are." I tell her. This is what I am dreading, all of the burning questions.
"Only pretty sure? Why not 100% sure? Because I don't think I can handle another break up." She can't handle another break up? I can't handle another break up.
"Mum, please. We are going to try any way we can to make this work. Both of us want to make sure Chasity has some what of a normal life." Liam says.
"Okay, okay… but I am going to warn you, Susan and I are starting to plan the wedding." Liam's mom said as she lays a hand on my mom's shoulder.
"Actually, we already started. We started when you were around 10." My mom added on.
"Shh Susan, they weren't supposed to know about that." Liam's mom hushes my mom.
I just look at Liam as he looks at me. I turn back to our moms, "How did you know we were going to end up together? I was just starting to realize I like him more than a friend" I say.
"You were inseparable. You used to trick us into making you have sleepovers every night until middle school, then you had to have one once a week until Liam left. I remember times when you guys didn't even have to talk to know what the other person was thinking or planning on doing you just did it and the other followed."
"Oh, remember the time when they got in trouble in the 3rd grade because they wouldn't move seats because they wanted to remain next to each other and they had to go to the principal's office?" Liam's mom butts in.
"And the time when Liam refused to go to school for a week just because Aurora was sick and he said 'I don't feel good either, I only feel good when I am with Aurora' and we let them just stay in Aurora's room all week." My mom continues.
I never realized how much Liam and I relied on each other when we were younger. It always seemed like we were apart when in reality we had maybe 2 hours apart from each other max each day, other than sleeping of course.
"My favorite memory was when I came home from work and Liam was sitting in the garage on the stool by my workbench with his head in his hands and I go up to him and ask what's wrong. He responded 'I need to be a better dad' I looked at him confused because he was only 7 at the time, he then continued and told me 'I held the baby upside down and Auri yelled at me. I need to learn how to be a dad otherwise she is going to go find someone better to be her husband' I laughed so hard that I am pretty sure I peed my pants. I told him that if he tells Aurora that he needs help learning to be a dad, then she will help him and not find someone else." My dad says. I look over to see Liam blushing, I never heard that story before. He didn't want me to find someone else then and it was only pretend.
"I remember one time Aurora came into the den to talk to me. She asked me if she can have more parents than two, I told her that you have two sets of parents when you marry someone, then your husband's parents are also your parents too. She thought it over then told me, I am going to marry Liam so you and Liam's mom can be my parents too. I told her okay then she left to go back to play with Liam" Liam's dad finally says.
"So that's how I started calling you Mum and Dad. I don't remember that conversation." I finally say.
"I remember the conversation with your dad in the garage. I was so afraid that you were going to find someone else to play with" Liam says and chuckles.
"Apparently some things never change." I say to him as I lean over and give him a kiss.
The waitress comes over and is at a loss of words when she sees Liam. I just roll my eyes. Then she gets up the courage to speak, "Hi, my name is Wendy I will be taking care of you today" then she leans close to Liam and says just loud enough for me to hear "I will take care of anything you want." Liam is a pro at keeping his face composed because of the paparazzi, me on the other hand I was a little annoyed by her presence.
"Excuse me, uh Wendy is it?" I say to her kind of sourly.
"Yes?" She asks bored with my presence.
"Can you do me a favor and get me a nice tall glass of almond milk? I heard that it promotes healthier breast milk and Liam and I want to make sure our daughter stays healthy." I give her a fake smile.
"Um…. Sure." She looks at me flabbergasted. Then takes all of our orders and leaves as fast as she can.
"Was that necessary?" Liam whispers to me.
"I don't want people to think you are available." I whisper back.
"Trust me I don't want people to think that either, but it was kind of rude."
"I know, what can I say I am very hormonal lately." I wink at him trying to lighten up his mood.
"What are you two whispering about?" My mom asks.
"The waitress hit on Liam, so I made it blatantly obvious that he is taken." I tell her.
"Good for you! I don't want to lose a daughter-in-law like you." Liam's dad says.
I just smile at his dad. I am so lucky that I found someone whose family loves me.
The food comes and we eat. I am halfway through eating when Chasity starts crying, she is probably hungry. I sigh then grab Chasity from the car seat in the high chair.
I go into the bathroom to feed her quickly. When I am in the restroom, our waitress comes in the bathroom, great.
"I'm surprised he hasn't left you yet." She says to me as she washes her hands.
"Excuse me?" I ask her.
"Well he is only with you because of that bastard child." She insists.
"You don't know anything about us." I tell her.
"I saw you fighting after he was nice to me. I can tell he wants me, he just has to drop the baggage." She starts reapplying her lipstick.
"I don't have time for this. If you really believe that he wants you go ahead and try and take him" I say getting bored of her.
"Fine I will." She leaves the bathroom.
I finish feeding Chasity then go back out to the table. Our waitress was definitely trying to flirt with Liam, I can tell Liam is just trying to be polite. He notices me walk over to the table and stops talking and just smiles at me, and not his fake smile that he uses for the press and fans but the smile he uses only with me.
"Hey babe. What took you so long?" He asks me.
"Chasity doesn't eat very fast. I'm sorry did I miss much?"
"No nothing interesting happens when you aren't around." I lean down and kiss Liam. "I have something to give you for being such a wonderful mother." He continues as I sit down.
"Liam, you really shouldn't have. I mean I don't deserve anything." I say.
"Here" He gives me a box, it is bigger than a ring box. I open it and see a charm bracelet, the classic type with a silver metal chain making up the bracelet part. There is one charm on the bracelet. It says Chasity with her birth date on it.
"Liam it's beautiful!" I tell him.
"And I will get a new charm for every kid that we have here on out."
"I love you so much." I tell him
"I love you more."
"I love you most." I say and he kisses my nose.
Our waitress huffs and walks away and I chuckle at her reaction. We finish eating and we leave the restaurant and say goodbye to our parents. We drive back to the condo.
"So, you know that I have to go on tour soon, right?" Liam says as we settle into the living room. I am snuggling with Chasity on my chest as I lean into Liam's shoulder.
"When do you leave?" I ask him.
"Next weekend."
"I am going to miss you. It is going to be hard to watch Chasity while I am working."
"You should just quit your job. Just be a full time mom."
"I'll think about it. I just wish you didn't have to be away for so long."
"Me too, but I will make sure to spend every second I have off with you. I promise."
"I know you will. You have to Skype us everyday, so when you come back Chasity will remember you."
"Okay, I might have to make you Skype me twice a day because I don't know if once will be enough." Liam kisses the side of my head and looks at Chasity who is now sleeping in my arms. "She is so lucky."
"Why do you say that?" I question him.
"Because she gets to know that you won't ever leave her."
"I'm not going to leave you either. But she is lucky though, because she has you to love her unconditionally."
"I love you unconditionally. You couldn't do anything that would make me love you less than I do right now because every second I spend with you I fall more and more in love with you."
I snuggle further into his shoulder and slowly fall asleep feeling secure in Liam's arms.

So So So sorry that I haven't updated in forever! I even had the chapter done awhile ago. But I recently started working again and my day starts early then I work for 6 hours and by the time I get home I just want to go to bed, even though it is around noon. OH OH OH! Guess who's birthday it is today?!?! It's Ginger's birthday! (The other author on this story) She has finally joined the 19 year olds club! So y'all should wish her a happy birthday!
