There's Someone Always Watching
Chapter Three
Niall's POV
I waited until the same time the next night for Tessa. She came in dark our jeans and a black sweatshirt, with the brand name Aeropostale on it.
She did not see me, for I was up in an old tree, as she whipped out something from her sweatshirt. It was her father's crest. I smiled, for I knew she had worn it all day.
"So I see you've taken a liking to the gift I've gotten you," I say when I float down to her. I spin around her head, circling her.
"Yes. Do you know where it's from? I've seen it before, in a dream, or a distant memory, perhaps," she says. She very insightful, I take notice.
"You'll have to wait for it to come up in my explanation." I shook my head and smirked at her. He checked her watch, as humans call it
"Well, I don't have all night, so get on with it," she said as she sat on a log. She sat rather distantly away from me.
I started to tell her everything.
"Okay, so I am half-vampire half-human? And my father is dead? And this is my fathers family crest" she said.
i nodded.
"And I am your keeper, sent by your father. And I am a vampire, but your mother is human. That is why you are a Half-Blood," I added. She nodded, staring into the distance at the moon at its fullest, playing with her Father's crest.
"You seem nervous," I say a loud. She nods, snapping back to reality.
"I just don know how this will affect me. My friends," she mumbles something under her breath, which sounds like Mary, but I couldn't tell
"Just know, you aren't like any other sixteen year olds. You have special abilities. You were given the Sight, Strength, and Wisdom. You will have to learn how to control these gifts by yourself."
"But why," she complains.
"It's different for every one," I answer, mostly truthfully. Not everyone gets these Gifts.
Only special people.
