Just Another Fairy Tale

*Amanda's POV*


We get back to our floor. I don't talk to anyone, greet or anything. I just walk straight to my dorm. I unlock the door and enter. I close it right after and lock it. I throw my keys onto my side table and my jacket on my bed. I walk to the windowsill and I places my hands on it. I lean forward with my head down.

"It doesn't bother me." I mutter.

"He doesn't love me anymore." My throat getting tight. I turn around to grab a water bottle but I see all of my friends standing there. Tiffany must have opened it.

"You're not okay and it does bother you." Liam says.

"I'm fine. It doesn't bother me anymore. If he wants to move on that's his choice." I say and grab the water bottle by my keys. I twist the cap open and I take a numerous amount of sips.

"You can't fool me." Harry steps forward.

"I'm fine!! Alright!? Just leave me alone!!" I yell and fall onto my bed. I dig my face into the soft pillow.

"You can't keep pushing away your feelings.. You can't hold it in you're gonna have to talk to us sooner or later." Perrie says.

"What Niall did doesn't even bother me." I mutter.

"Then what does bother you?" Louis asks.

"The fact that I let him do that. I found out and I just walked away. I should have kept my eyes on him. They took him and I didn't even know. What if the only reason he's being a bad boyfriend is because I'm just being a bad girlfriend?" I ask.

"It's not like I've been treating him right these past few days.. if he doesn't even wanna take me back anymore I don't blame him. I keep pushing him away when all he wants is me. I've been so selfish. So self centered I never thought about how my actions would make him feel. I've been a bad girlfriend. I know, I've been a bad girlfriend." I mutter.

"Amanda please. If anything it's Niall's fault for not taking you back. You've just been hurting it's not your fault." Eleanor says.

"Don't give me sympathy. I know it's my fault. So just let it go already."

"I would do anything, anything in the world to start it all Over Again. "

"Do you want Niall back?" Zayn asks.

"What kind of question is that? Of course I do! I'm just afraid." I mutter.

"Afraid of what?" Liam asks.

"Afraid he doesn't want me back.." I sigh.

"Of course he'll want you back. He's lucky to have you. You're lucky to have him. This university voted you guys to be the cutest couple!" Zayn says.

"We're not dating.." I say, confused.

"Yeah well, the university ships Namanda." Perrie giggles. I stand and walk over to the window and get back into the position with my head down.

"Well if he doesn't want me back then Namanda is officially over. I'm just worried I'm the only one who wants the other back." I sigh.

"Well..." We all hear an Irish accent. I turn around. They all step aside to reveal Niall.

"Wha-" I start.

"Kenna secretly let me out.. They said their gonna tell Megan I escaped." Niall murmurs. He walks to me.

"They gave me alcohol." He says, stepping closer.

"What? They got you drunk?" I ask.

"Yeah. They knew you would be there when you were and before you came I was already really drunk and Karly did what she did. It wasn't for 9 minutes the longest was 5 minutes and she pushed herself off me when you left." He says. I wipe my falling tears. Why am I crying!?

"What happened there, wasn't what it looks like." He says, his hands going to my waist.

"Did you hear everything I said?" I ask.

"Erm.. yes?" He says, sounding more confused for some reason.

"You were never a bad girlfriend. You were hurt cause I hurt you. I do stupid things and I just need to know if you're going to be there when I do.." He says. I nod.

"Always." I mutter. He smiles.

"Don't blame yourself, babe. We all make mistakes. We're all human. No matter what happens I will always forgive you and you will do the same for me. You will, right?" He asks. I nod.

"Always." I repeat. Niall pulls me in for a hug and I hug him back.

"I love you." He says.

"I love you more." I smile. Feeling full again. Feeling like all the pieces of my heart are putting themselves back together.

A littler later and everyone left. They decided to leave Niall and I alone. We're back together and we agreed to pretend that little amount of time we were broken never happened. So we can both say we have been dating non-stop for a year and 9 months. We're currently sitting crossed legged facing each other on the floor in front of my bed.

"Wanna do something?" Niall asks.

"We are. We're talking." I smile.

"Well I mean, we could walk around the school, tell other students Namanda is official then lets go out for ice cream." He says.

"Ice cream sounds good." I smile. We both stand and I grab my keys. We both leave my dorm and I lock the door. I entwine my fingers with Niall and we walk down the stairs.

"People will just assume we're dating again cause we're holding hands." I say.

"Fine." He says.

"I just wanna brag about how you're mine again." He trails off.

"If you wanna-"

"Yay!" He cheers.

"No." I roll my eyes. Niall groans. We walk down the main hall where there were a few kids sitting, leaning against the wall.

"I told you Namanda is the cutest. You owe me!" Someone says. I smile and wrap an arm around Niall's torso. Niall wraps his arm around my shoulders and I let my free hand hold it while I rest my head on Niall's shoulder. We walk out the door. We walk to the nearest ice cream place. Niall gets his favourite, Cookies'n'Cream and I get my usual Strawberry. Niall got a cone and I gone mine in a cup. We walk out of the store and Niall wraps an arm around my waist and licks his ice cream while I take tiny bites from my ice cream.

"Lets sit." I say, tugging on his arm. We get to a bench and sit on the table. Our feet at the part where we're supposed to be seated at. We look at the sun set.

"It's gorgeous." I smile.

"Not as gorgeous as you." He says cheesily. He covers his lips with his ice cream then kisses me cheek. I groan and do the same and I kiss his cheek. Niall chuckles and puts more on his lips and I do the same. We both go in at the same time to kiss each others cheek but we end up kissing each other square on the lips. I giggle lick his lips. Tastes good anyways. Niall does the same and we then pull away to finish our ice cream. Once we're done we head back to the school.

"Thank you Niall." I smile.

"For what? For everything?" He asks.

"No, for the ice cream." I giggle.

"And everything. You can read my mind." I smile. We walk to my dorm. Tiffany left a note saying she was in Harry's room. So Niall and I had the room to ourselves. I change into regular shorts and a tank top and Niall in his usual boxers. Niall crawls into bed first and I get comfy beside him.

"Goodnight, babe." He says. I lay in between Niall's legs. My head resting on his bare chest. His arms around me while I hold his hands.

"Night." I smile. I still feel like I'm being a bad girlfriend. We could say it's hidden pain.
