Katie P.O.V
I woke up to the bright sunshine and the birds chirping. I let out a big stretch and sat up. I look over and Niall is still asleep. I kiss him on the cheek and say:
"Wake up sleepy head." His eyes opened and his sparkling blue eyes stared at me.
"Good morning beautiful." he says kissing my head.
"Ready to go home today?" he asks me.
"Defiantly, I hate hospitals." I say to him. We get up and pack our bags. Just then, my doctor walks in.
"Hi Katie, how you feeling?" she asks.
"A lot better." I say to her.
"This may be sad for you two but, Nina needs to stay an extra day." she says.
"Oh, really?" I say upset.
"Yeah her lungs need one more day. But you can take Niall home today." she says smiling.
"Well that makes me happy." I smile.
"I'll go get him, be right back." she says walking out.
"I wish we could take Nina home today." I say hugging Niall.
"Yeah, I know but its just for her to be able to breathe better." he says rubbing my back. Just then, the doctor comes in with Niall.
"Here he is." she says handing him to me. I look down at him, his bright blue eyes looking back at me. I see him smile a little.
"He is beautiful." Niall says kissing his head. I got him dressed in the outfit we brought, cutest thing. We sign me out and head to the car. We pull out of the parking lot and make our way home. We're driving when it hits me, where are the kids now?
"Ni, who's got the kids?!" I say panicking.
"Um, i'm pretty sure their still with Liam, but we can drive by Greg's house if you want." he says to me.
"Yeah, can we?" I ask.
"Of course babe." he says turning the wheel.

We pull up to Greg's house and I walk in. I walk in to what I thought was going to be a disaster, but it wasnt. Liam was in the kitchen, in a apron, making breakfast. The kids were clean and dressed, sitting at the table, eating.
"Hello?" I say knocking on the door. Liam turns around and see's me.
"Hey Katie!" he says hugging me.
"Kat!!!" Lux and Theo come running for me. I pick them up and hug them.
"Hello!" I say kissing their heads.
"You guys look adorable, who dressed you?" I asked them. They pointed at Liam and said:
"Li did!"
"Thank you so much for doing this." I say hugging him. I look over and Ava is in her highchair, reaching her arms out saying:
"Mama!!" I walk over to her, pick her up and hug her tight.
"Hello princess!" I kiss her head.
"Hi mama!" she smiles. I set her back down in her highchair.
"They look adorable." I say pinching their cheeks. They run back over and continue eating.
"So do you want me to take them with me or?" I ask him.
"Well do you have both twins?" he asks. I shake my head.
"No Nina had some trouble breathing, so she's staying an extra day." I say to him.
"Well you can take them if you want. We do need to get home anyway." he says. I walk over to where the kids were and said:
"Okay, we are going to leave soon, okay?" I say to them.
"Okay Kat." they say handing Liam their plates. They get out of their chairs, I take Ava out of her highchair and they go sit in front of the T.V. After Liam finishes cleaning up, I walk over to the kids and stoop down to their level.
"Okay kids, Niall is the car with one of the new babies, so we need to be very quiet." I say putting my finger to my lip. They all give me a thumb's up. I put their jackets and pick up Ava and Theo. Liam grabs all the bags and Lux. We get out to the car and I strap them in.
"Took you long enough." Niall laughs. We all get in and head home.
Niall's P.O.V
I cant believe im the father of three children now. We pull into the driveway, I take Ava and Theo, Liam takes Lux and Katie takes Niall. We walk in and the lads are sitting in the living room.
"Hey, your finally home." Harry says hugging me. He looks at the car seat in my hand and becomes confused.
"I thought you had two?" he raises his eyebrow.
"Yeah, Nina was having trouble breathing when she came out, so she's staying an extra day." I say to him.
"So where the hell are Denise, Greg and Lou?" Katie asks.
"They been stuck at work since yesterday, that's what Denise told me." Liam says.
"Oh really?" Katie raises her eyebrow. Just then Lux says to Katie:
"Can I see the baby?"
"Of course sweetie." she says taking Niall out of the car seat. Her eyes light up.
"Wow, he can fit in my dolls clothes!" she says.
"Hey watch it stinker, its a boy." I laugh. I joined Louis and Zayn on the couch.
Katie's P.O.V
I walk into the kitchen with Niall in my arms and see it note. It reads:
Dear Katie, look on your back porch
- Denise
Oh god I thought. I open the patio door and walk outside. My eyes light up, its a welcome home party, that Denise, Greg and Lou put together.
"Oh my gosh, you guys are to much." I say hugging them. Then Greg looks at Niall.
"Is this the second Horan boy?" he asks me.
"Yep, Niall James." I smile.
"Niall named his boy after himself?" he questions.
"Yeah, that's what he wanted so." I say. Then everyone walks out to the patio.
"SURPRISE!" they all yell.
"You guys knew?" I question. They nod their heads.
"You tricked me!" I pout.
"Yes we did angel." Niall says kissing me. After that, we ate hamburgers and hot dogs, it was a barbecue. Niall was a handful tonight, wait till we have to bring Nina home tomorrow. I'm already stressed out. It was about 7:30 by now and Lou, Denise and Greg wanted to leave, but their children had other plans. Lux pulled on her mothers pants and pleaded:
"Mama, can I stay?
"Sweetie, I think Katie and Niall have enough responsibility for tonight." she says to her.
"She can stay if she wants." I say.
"Do you really want to stay?" she asks her.
"Yes mama." she says.
"Okay i'll come and get her as soon as possible." she says. Then Theo jumps in.
"I wanna stay!" he says.
"You can too angel." I smile.
"Okay, i'll come and get him as soon as I can." Greg says. That just left us, the kids and the boys.
"Okay, so who's gonna watch Niall while I bathe Lux, Theo and Ava?" I ask them.
"I will." Harry smiles. I carefully hand Niall to Harry.
"Watch him." I say to Liam. The kids run upstairs and I follow them. I run the bathing water and put them in. I wash their hair and wash them. Then I just sit back and let them splash and play.
Harry's P.O.V
I looked down at Niall, he is really beautiful.
"Niall, you got a handsome kid over there." Louis says to him.
"Yeah, hopefully he'll be like his dad." he says laughing. I hear noises coming down the stairs.
"You might wanna hold him." I hand Niall to Niall. (never thought i'd say that XD)
"Why?" he raises his eyebrow.
"Because, just trust me." I say to him. Just then, Lux comes running down the stairs, in her diaper, towards me. She jumps in my lap.
"That's why." I laugh. Just then, Theo comes running, in his diaper, towards Liam. He jumps in his lap and smiles. And lastly, Ava came crawling for Louis. He picked her up and sat her in his lap.
"Why are you stinkers in your diapers?" Liam says tickling Theo.
"They ran away, again." Katie laughs coming down the stairs. She picks up Lux and lye's her down. She puts her pj's on and she jumps on me again. Then she takes Theo and dresses him, he goes back to Liam. And lastly, she takes Ava and dresses her. Louis picks her up and sets her back down in his lap. Then she gets up and slumps next to Niall.
Katie's P.O.V
We watched football for about an hour then it was 8:30.
"Time for bed." I say getting up. Harry picks up Lux, Louis picks up Ava, Liam picks up Theo and Niall has Niall, Zayn follows. We walk into Ava's room and lye them all down.
"Goodnight angels." we all say kissing their heads. I shut the door quietly and we walk into the twins nursery. Niall lye's down Niall and covers him with a blanket.
"Do you mind if the lads and I sing him a song?" Niall asks.
"Of course you guys can." I smile.
"We are going to sing a song I wrote called 'You & I'." Niall says. Niall begins the song and they start singing.

They finish the song, it was beautiful.
"Guys that was amazing." I say smiling. I turn on the baby monitor and shut the door. Everyone separate's into their parts of the house. Niall and I lye down and get cozy.
"See you in a few hours." I kiss him.
"Night babe." he kisses me. We turn over and fall asleep. I'm dreading the next few months.
