Katie's P.O.V
You should see me now. I'm like a fudging hippo. Today is my day to babysit the three kids, at Greg's house. I get dressed in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I packed a bag filled with Ava's things and got her dressed. Niall was still asleep so I kissed his head and made my way to Greg's.

We arrive 20 minutes later. I walk in and Denise runs out because she is already really late.
"Okay what do you guys want to do?" I ask them.
"Barney." Theo says pointing to the T.V. I put on a Barney tape and lye down.
"You okay Kat?" Lux asks.
"Yes sweetie, i'm fine, I just feel weird." I say to her. She runs back over to Theo and Ava and sits with them. All the sudden, I feel something pop down there and liquid down my legs. Oh crap, my water just broke! I call Niall but no answer, shit. I call up Liam and he answers:
"Hey Katie, what's up?" he says.
"Un, where's Niall?" I ask him.
"He;s still asleep, why?" he says.
"Well he better get to Greg's in the next 5 minutes, my water broke, and im here alone." I say to him. All I hear on the other line is noises and he yells:
"Niall, get the fuck up! Your wife is going in to labor!"
"Katie, we'll be there in 3 minutes!" he says hanging up. I slowly breathe in and out, its starting to hurt, bad. All the sudden, the door slams open and Niall and Liam come running in.
"Fear not Katie, we are here!" Liam yells.
"Someone just get me to a god damn hospital!" I scream at the top of my lungs.
"Oh right!" Liam says.
"Niall, take her to the hospital, i'll watch the kids, move it!" Liam yells. Niall picks me up bridal style and carry's me to the car. He puts me in the car and speeds to the hospital. How does this always happen to me?
Liam's P.O.V
I sat on the couch and watched Barney with the kids. Just then Lux walks up to me:
"Where Kat go?" she asks me.
"She went to go have her babies." I say to her. A expression of happiness falls on her face.
"Yay!" she claps her hands. She runs back to Theo and Ava and sits down. I decided to call everyone and let them know. After I called them, all the boys rushed over and so did Eleanor, Perrie and Danielle. Denise, Lou and Greg were stuck at work. I sat back and waited for everyone to get here.
Katie's P.O.V
The pains were getting worse by the second. Niall speeds into the hospital parking lot. He runs through the door and comes back out with a nurse and a wheelchair. The nurse sits me in the wheelchair and rushes me into a room, Niall running behind. I lye in the bed and breathe in and out slowly.
"Your doctor will be here in 3 minutes." the nurse says. Niall sits next to me and holds my hand.
"Just breathe Katie." he says. The doctor runs in and puts her gloves on.
"Okay Katie, you ready to do this again?" she says to me.
"No really but I dont have a choice." I say breathing heavily.
"Okay ready for the first push?" she says. I nod my head. I take the first push.
"Ahh!!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs.
"Okay Katie, the heads out, push again." she says. I push as hard as I can and I hear crying.
"Okay the first is a boy." she says putting him in a carriage, a nurse wheeling him away.
"Okay, time to do it one more time." she says. I let out a big push, some much pressure.
"Okay, okay Katie stop for a minute." she says. She signals a nurse over and tells her to get a breathing machine.
"Is everything okay?" I say breathing heavily.
"Okay let out a push." she says. I push hard and the pain's gone. I hear a little weeping but not full on crying.
"Okay the next is a girl, she's having a little trouble breathing." she says putting her in a carriage and hooking her to a breathing machine.
"Is she okay?" I ask.
"Yeah she's fine, her lungs are just a little premature." she says. She walks out of the room and its just me and Niall.
"You did great." he hugs me.
"Thanks. Now we should figure out their names." I say to him.
"Its pretty certain that the boy is named Niall." Niall says.
"I think the girl should be named Nina." I smile.
"Perfect so Niall James and Nina Faith." Niall smiles.
"Perfect." I kiss him. Just then, they wheel in our two little miracles.
"Okay here is Niall and Nina Horan." the nurse says. I look over at them, Niall has brown hair and sparkling blue eyes and Nina with her brown hair and blue eyes and a breathing tube. They are perfect.
"So when will Nina be able to breathe on her own?" I ask.
"In two days." the doctor says. Just then, everyone walks in.
"Hey everyone." I whisper to them.
"Hey how are you feeling?" Eleanor asked.
"I'm feeling a little better." I say. They take one look at the babies and fall in love.
"Oh my god, their beautiful." Perrie says.
"What are their names?" Harry asks.
"Niall and Nina." I smile.
"Those are great names." Eleanor smiles.
"Why does Nina have a tube in her?" Zayn asks.
"According to the doctor, her lungs are premature." I say.
"But she'll be better in two days." I smile. Everyone stayed around for about two hours, then left. About three hours went by and Lou, Lux, Denise, Greg and Theo showed up.
"Kat!!" Lux and Theo jump on the bed with me.
"Shh, we need to be quiet, the babies are sleeping." I say to them.
"Babies are here?" Lux says. I pick her up and show her them.
"They very pretty." she smiles. They hang around for a while then leave. Niall decided to stay with me, he slept with me on the bed. We snuggled and feel asleep.
