Chapter 39 - Dedication
The next day.
Annabelle P.O.V.
” Annabelle my dear, I need you to sing in a higher pitch. I think it would fit better to your voice” Helene interrupted me as I was singing. We had been singing and practicing over and over and I was getting quite tired. Music helped me escape my problems and isolate myself from the real world but singing love songs that remind me of Harry isn’t like what I call escaping my problems.
”Anything you want” I answered.
”Okay let’s try it one more time but a little different this time okay? When you come to the chorus you have to sing your soul out” she said and smiled.
I was about to answer her but someone knocked on the door. ” Come in”
”Heya, i’m here to help Annabelle”. The Irish accent is not to misjudge – it’s Niall !
”I guess you are the boy Annabelle was talking about?”
”Yeah sure, I’m Niall nice to meet you” he said as he shook her hand.
”Nice to meet you too. So are you going to sing or?”
”No actually, i’m going to play the guitar while she sings ”
”How terrific! I can’t wait to hear that”
”So how far are you with the song lyrics?”
”I’ve actually just written a chorus and a verse which we have practiced the last hour ” I answered.
”Holy sh.. I mean wow” he said as he shook his head.
”Yeah let’s try an acoustic version then and we’ll stop for today” Helene suggested. I agreed with with her, we within minutes finished our vocal lesson. I was so buzzin' for today; Niall was going to help me finishing my song!
”Thank you for today you have been amazing Annabelle. And nice to meet you Niall” Helene waved at us as we left the room.

”So what have you been up to I haven’t talk to you for ages” Niall said as we walked towards his room.
”Well not much actually I’ve spent all night writing the chorus and I’m not even sure if it’s good. I need your help especially because you know how to express yourself and you know how I feel about this whole ting”
”What exact thing are you thinking of?” he said unlocking his door.
We sat at his bed as he started looking for something while I continued explaining” The whole Harry thing. I know I maybe over think every single thing but I saw him with a strange girl twice this week and it has just affected me a lot. I really miss him and I’ve kinda realized..”
”That you love him?” he smiled.
”Yeah exactly you clever Irish man” I said in a teasing tone which casued him to laugh. He handed me a notebook and a pencil.
”Just write down what you feel about him okay?”
”Uhm… ?” I was confused like never before.
”Well you have to get your emotions on paper otherwise we’re never gonna make a personal song and you’ll never win him back!” he said stubbornly.
”Ah, I get your point now. Give me 5 minutes”
”I’ll give you 10 if you need so. I’ll find some candy while you write” he said as I tried to find every single emotion I have felt the last couple of days...
Jealousy. The biggest feeling I feel right now.. wait.. also hate.. but love too.. oh yeah and guilt. Totally guilt.. not to forget…. Regrets!
Oh yeah and im also confused, totally confused, actually more than anything else!!
”Are you done?” Niall suddenly said.
”Yeah I guess. Looking at this makes me realize how few emotions I actually feel” I laughed.
” Well maybe it’s a good thing. Let me look at that” he said as he took the notebook out of my hand
”Hmm” he said rising his eyebrow.. ”This reminds me of a Taylor Swift song or something like that. You can’t go all in like that but we can definitely use it !” he exclaimed.
”Taylor Swift? I laughed. ”How can you even come up with things like that?”
”I’m Irish don’t blame me babe” he smirked.
We sat us at his desk, he found his guitar and looked at the notebook once again.
”Okay Ann, tell me … Do you want him back?”
”Yeah I really want him back I’m 100 percent sure”
”Great then write something about wanting him back, something that will make him reflect about your relationship!”
Oh yeah, like that was a piece of cake..Hmm.
I started thinking as I looked in different directions, reflecting about what could make Harry think. I’m sure Niall saw me as a crazy bimbo
Then it hit me
” I GOT AN IDEA” I shouted and raised my forefinger. What about this.
I started writing :

Niall looked closely at the lyrics his head was all in the notebook, then he looked at me and smiled ” It’s great. Totally great. I love the question it’s totally gonna make him think” he said and we high fived. I loved the way he made this situation so easy.

We kept playing over and over, we kept singing, adding then again erasing some lyrics and before we even knew it – three hours had passed in the blink of an eye! I felt myself getting tired and hungry so did Niall because we could clearly hear his stomach rumble.
”Shall we grab some food?” I suggested even if I knew the answer
”Just give me a minute I think I have the perfect acoustic melody”
Wow Niall saying no to dinner? This is some crazy stuff!
He started playing and I immediately fell in love with it ”WE GOT IT THERE IT IS IT’S FANTASTIC” I said as I jumped off the chair and started dancing around the room. ”You’re a genius thank you so much” I said and hugged him . ”No problem that’s what friends are for. Now let’s grab some food”
”MacDonalds?”
”You bet!”
Harry P.O.V
The days were literally a true nightmare even though I tried to do my best to stay positive and I had my best friend who tried to cheer me up. Nothing helped me more than a big burger menu. It was freezing cold outside, I and Louis had been at the gym and we agreed to treat ourselves with some big mac’s. Ironic as it is but that’s just how we are.
The line was long and it took a life time to order. After waiting for like 15 minutes we finally got our meal.
I was enjoying my hot chocolate as I recognized a blonde haircut followed by a blonde long haired girl – great. It was Niall AND Annabelle.
What’s the odds for a situation like this?
”Look who’s coming” I leaned forwards and whispered to Louis. ” But don’t be obvious now please”. He slowly turned his face to the side ”Great not her. I can’t stand looking at her ” he said. .. Wow I had never thought Louis would say that.
”Easy mate why not?”
”Because she behaves like a slut. I can’t take it. She ruined everything ever since Zayn came back . I can’t believe we actually thought she was a nice girl” he said filling himself with cheeseburger.
”Calm down Louis, she played games with me, not you. She IS a sweet girl there’s just more beneath the surface I guess"
”Don’t be so sure about that. If she loved you she wouldn’t do such things."
”Love makes you blind you know it yourself. I really miss her" I confessed.
”I know mate I just wish you the best ” he said sounding concered. I knew he stood up for me which I really loved but I just couldn’t forget her. I knew she wasn’t like the others. It killed me I couldn’t talk to her.
”Hey I think Niall saw us he’s coming towards us” I said .
”WITHOUT ANNABELLE?” Louis shouted.
”Shut up man you’re too obvious idiot, I dont know if she’s coming I dont want to look at her, I cant take it ”
”Just eat your burger and be a man for gods sake Harry Styles” he answered as he stuffed my mouth with a cheeseburger

I almost got choked especially because Niall AND Annabelle were coming closer and closer.

”What?” he just smiled like an idiot without a clue.

”Oh .. Here’s my water sorry mate I didn’t know you were choked” he laughed. I drank the whole water as I saw a hand on Louis’ shoulder.
