Chapter 9
Emma POV
He asked me a question I feared he would ask me.
"Where you under One Directions supervision when you where kidnapped?" I swallowed and looked at the judge she smiled and nodded. "Y-Yes." I stammered. "But only because of Natalia." "Sorry but I didn't ask about Natalia." he snapped. the judge banged her hammer on the stand. "Excuse me calm down sir shes 13!" she yelled.
"Lunch break." she dismissed us and I ran over to the guys. I smiled at them. they all had either a pissed off look or tears in their eyes. "Don't be angry or sad guys. Everything will be okay." I assured them. "How do you know?" I had to think of something quick. "I think positive." I smiled at them. that one statement seemed to light up the rest of the lunch break.

we came back to the court room and sat down again. The judge tuned around to face us. "I have come to a decision. I am going to keep this case open and we will continue to battle. Until then, Emma will stay with you." she gestured to the boys. they stiffened at 'Until then'. I let out a sigh of relief. but there was one question I had to ask the judge. she said to me that I would stay with the boys defiantly. so why is she keeping the case open?
Natalia POV
after Harry and I broke up, I photo shopped pictures of them having sex with girls in front of Emma. I sent them to the foster home and they immediately thanked me and said she would be fought over between the boys and the new family. I had heard that One Direction was in the judges favor so I fixed that over the lunch break.
*flashback*
I walked up to the court house and into the court room. I marched up to the judge and told her the situation and how Emma should be given away. She disagreed but after I showed her a picture of her grand daughter and said "Unless you want to never see her again, I suggest the odds NOT be in their favor." I threw the picture at her and stomped out. leaving her flabbergasted.
*End flashback
Damn im good. Now how to get Harry back......
Emma POV
we got home and sat down at the table. "Now Emma if anything happens and you are forced to leave, know that we love and care about you. If anyone tried to hurt you they'll die by One Direction." Louis said trying to lighten the mood. "That's not gonna work Lou." Harry mumbled and stormed away.
Harry POV

Harry, im trul sorry I miss you so much and im a wreck without you. I cant sleep here alone. I know youll read this and I want you to know I was very very very mean bitchy and selfish. Im sorry.
I was stunned. She was sorry? Maybe she deserved a second chance after all....
